In the 60's to 70's, frame selection was a purely mechanical consideration almost entirely dominated by the optician and his subjective judgments. Toddy the cosmetic factor is predominant. The variety of frame color, materials, and style means that the main burden of selection has passed to the customer, leaving the optician control a subtle factor often difficult to exert. Common materials include nickel silver, Hi-nickel alloy, bronze, stainless steel, gold, gold plated, gold clad, copper beryllium, titanium and sometimes aluminium. In manufacturing of metal frames with the materials, even though fashion is the stimulant of consumer demand, all the metal frame for the prescription to refractive correction should be designed correctly styled eyewear which is cosmetically pleasing, functional correct, physically comfortable, mechanically and structurally perfectible, and temperamentally acceptable.

전기용품의 품질향상과 그 안전관리는 제조업자로서는 수요자를 위하여 또 자기기업을 위하여 항상 노력하여야 할 최대 목표일 것이다. 아시는바와 같이 그 중요요소를 크게 나누어 보면, 1) 원자재의 선택, 2) 제조기술, 가. 제조 및 검사설비 여부, 나. 기술자 및 숙련공 유무 등으로 요약할 수 있을 것이다. 전기용품 품질향상과 안전관리에 대하여는 정부가 최대한의 노력으로 그 지도육성을 부단히 하고 있으므로 많은 발전을 거듭하여 현재에 달하고 있다.

It is frequent to develop the fashion product through predict purchasing needs of consumers in Textile and Fashion Industry. If failed in its prediction, that is, if consumers would not purchase the product, there comes some problems that big sale is inevitable or stock increase tremendously. Otherwise, Quick Response System allows that the company observe the consumer's needs consistently and design products and establish manufacture schedule rapidly so that they could prohibit the products unnecessarily stocked. Consumer's preference is collected and analyzed through the data generated by POS system, and this is provided to the related manufacturer through network in realtime, so that the manufactures could merchandise, produce and provide the products according to the consumer's need. Thus, this study developed POS system-education program, that is, the merchandising of apparel product, product by prediction, retailer, purchase behavior, reduction in stock inventory and product lead time, cooperative system between apparel company and retailer, and conformation to the consumer's needs are included in this program, through binding the new technology in textile and fashion industry for the purpose of Quick Response system.

올해 7월 1일부터 제조물책임(Product Liability, 이하 PL)법이 시행되기 시작하였다. PL법은 그 목적에서 밝히고 있듯이 제조물의 결함으로 인하여 발생한 손해에 대해 제조업자 등의 손해배상책임을 규정함으로써 피해자의 보호를 도모하고 국민생활의 안전향상을 도모하기 위한 것이다. PL법에서 ‘결함’이라고 하는 것은 설계, 제조 그리고 표시사항의 결함과 통상적으로 기대할 수 있는 안전성이 결여되어 있는 것을 말함으로 기업이 대응하여야 할 범위는 과거에 생각하는 품질의 개념보다 높다고 하겠다.(중략)

제조물 책임법상의 결함은 설계, 제조 및 표시상의 결함으로 분류할 수 있다. 이 중 "표시상의 결함"이란 제조업자가 합리적인 설명·지시·경고 기타의 표시를 하였더라면 당해 제조물에 의하여 발생될 수 있는 피해나 위험을 줄이거나 피할 수 있었음에도 이를 하지 아니한 경우를 가리키며, 제품본체가 아무리 잘 만들어졌다 하더라도 제품의 안전과 관련된 정보나 설명이 올바로 제공되지 않았다면 제품은 결함이 있다고 간주됨을 의미한다.(중략)

선진국에서 ISDN 상용서비스를 개시한 지 벌써 수년이 지났고 일부 국가에서는 통신사업자 및 단말 제조업자의 지속적인 보급 노력에 힘입어 ISDN 서비스가 보편화된 상태이다. 후발국들도 망의 디지틀화를 시작하여 ISDN 서비스 도입을 서두르거나 이미 제공하기 시작했다. 국내에도 ''93년 12월 ISDN 서비스를 상용화하여 제공하기 시작하였고 계속 그 시설 확장 및 제공지역 확대를 재촉하고 있다. 본고에서는 유럽, 미주, 아시아 각국의 ISDN 추진현황을 간략히 기술하고자 한다.
