Development and Characteristics of the Soft x-ray transmission W-target tube (W-target 투과 양극형 Soft x-ray tube의 개발 및 특성분석)

  • The x-ray transmission W-target tube was developed and its characteristics were evaluated. The continuous x-ray was emitted at the tube voltage less than 12kV, and the characteristic x-ray was emitted more than 12kV. From the measurement of the energy distribution and dose of x-ray, it was confirmed that our results are a good agreement with the blown ones. Moreover, in comparison with commercial x-ray tube, it was also found that the characteristics of our x-ray tube is better than the commercial one. Therefore we confirmed that the x-ray tube developed in this study is so good that it can be commercialized.

  • The Electrical Charge generated by friction in flowing insulating oil can create hazadous accidents. Neutralization of static charges in the oil during transportation is an obvious method of overcoming the problem of internal electric charge. It is known that SCR(Static Charge Reducer) can neutralize much of this charge by the needle electrode and mixing it with the original charge. In our experiment, a filter to generate static charge was set just befor a measurement pipe, and streaming current from the filter to the earth $I_s$, current from the electrode to the earth $I_e$ and current from the receiving tank to the earth $I_f$ were measured in a steady state. As a result, charge density and needle electrode current increases with increasing of oil temperature. Charge elimination rate decreases with increasing of oil flow rate, and increases with increases of oil temperature. Faraday Cage current decreases with increasing of oil temperature.

  • For this purpose, the research is to study the architectural characteristic of SooMaJaiJeon which is one of the DongHwaSa in the traditional wooden architecture by dividing it into three section-bracket, roof structure and frame structure. This study is largely divided into four stage-section do subject, research and actual measurement and conclusion. The whole process was consistently executed through detailed steps. The com position of this study is as follows. The 1st chapter-the purpose, background, method, object and range of the research. The 2nd chapter-the history of SooMajaiJeon. the 3rd chapter-the structure of Dapo-style bracket has generally considered, the frame structure of Dapo-style, vertical and horizontal member and podium, the characteristic of bracket with member and the structure, design of bracket, roof structure. In the 4th chapter, the conclusion of this study has been summarized, Dapo-style is the building that has deep symbolism and structural characteristic of traditional wooden architecture. The frame structure has a dominant regional characteristic and a typical part of typological classification in SooMaJaiJeon.

  • Much attention has been paid to the copyright law revised and proclaimed on July 1, 2000 on the ground that the law embraces digital medium environments. The transmission right added to the economic rights takes into account the fact that limitless cyber space represented by the Internet came to be pervasive. This is based on a lot of exhausting conflicts between those with copyrights and Internet users. The area of publication is badly afflicted in this sense, falling into confusion due to the miscomprehension of differences among the right of publication, the right of transmission and the right of reproduction. The term 'e-book' is not covered by relevant laws despite the widespread use of e-books. In this context, this study is designed to point to the necessity of dealing with the right of publication with the problems of the copyright law emphasized and to ask for the aggressive reflection of the concept of digital publication in the future revision of the copyright law.

  • As a result of electrostatic hazard analysis of electrostatic removing wear about combustible gas, in accordance with using period, character of charge voltage is shown that propensity is increased. but character of electrostatic charge amount is below standard(0.6 $\mu$C) of the hazard of electrostatic removing wear, It would seem that character of charge voltage is raised because of swelling phenomenon of the normal fiber and other phenomena. Besides, In some case '96 parka of electrostatic removing wear shown as 0.82$\mu$C that exceed the uppermost limit of the fire and explosion. Therefore, countermeasure or improvement and control are needed.

  • Mobile agent system comes into the spotlight since it contributes largely to mobile computing on distributed network environment. However, this system has a number of significant security Problems. In this Paper, we analyze suity attacks to mobile agent system Presented by NIST[3]. In order to protect this system from them, we suggest a security protocol for mobile agent system by employing R based key distribution and digital multi-signature scheme. To solve these problems described in NIST, securities for mobile agent and agent platform shouid be accomplished. Comparing with other protocols, our protocol performs both of these securities, while other protocols mentioned only one of them. Proposed Protocol satisfies simplicity of key management, providing security service such as confidentiality, integrity, authentication and preventing reputation, liveness guarantee, protection of excution-result data and preventing replay attack. Furthermore, it is designed to detect message modification immediately by verifying each step of agent execution at a corresponding server.

반대투자전략의 경제적 유용성에 관한 실증적 연구

  • 1975년 1월${\sim}$1996년 12월까지의 기간에서 월별주가수익률 자료를 이용하여 반대투자전략의 경제적 유용성을 검증한 결과 다음과 같은 사실을 발견할 수 있었다. 첫째, 보유기간비정상수익률 사이의 시계열상관분석에서는 18개월 이내의 기간에서 통계적으로 유의적인 시계열상관성을 발견하지 못하였으나 24개월 이상의 기간에서는 통계적으로 유의적인 부(-)의 시계열상관성이 존재하였다. 한편 36개월의 보유기간비정상수익률을 측정하는 경우 시장조정수익률모형보다 시장위험조정수익률모형에서 더 높은 시계열상관성이 관찰되었다. 둘째, 표본증권을 대상으로 하여 시장조정수익률모형에 따라 형성기간의 보유기간비정상수익률을 측정하여 반대투자전략을 수행하는 경우 검증기간의 보유기간비정상수익률이, 패자포트폴리오에서는 1% 수준에서 통계적으로 유의적인 31.1%이었으나 승자포트폴리오에서는 비유의적인 1.1%이었다. 그러나 포트폴리오를 운용하는 과정에서 부담해야 하는 거래비용을 공제하는 경우 36개월간의 보유기간비정상수익률이 21.1%인 것으로 나타나고 있어 경제적인 유용성면에서 한계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 시장조정수익률모형보다 시장위험조정수익률모형이 승자 및 패자포트폴리오의 구성종목에 대한 선별력이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 시장위험조정수익률모형을 이용하는 경우 36개월간의 보유기간비정상수익률이, 패자포트폴리오에서는 1%수준에서 유의적인 120.9%이었으며, 승자포트폴리오에서도 1% 수준에서 유의적인 -36.5%를 보임으로써, 시장조정수익률모형에 기초한 반대투자전략과 비교할 때, 경제적 유용성이 현저히 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 검증기간에서의 위험변화가 반대투자전략의 투자성과에 상당히 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 차익포트폴리오에서 위험변화를 고려하는 경우 36개월간의 거래비용공제전 보유기간비정상수익률이 157.4%에서 67.8%로 줄어들었다.

냉음극형 X-선 튜브의 제작을 위한 CNT 페이스트의 무기 충전제에 대한 연구

  • X-선 튜브는 의료 영상 및 치료, 산업용 제전 장치, 비파괴 X-선 영상 장치 등에서 사용되는데 기존의 열전자원을 이용한 X-선 튜브와는 달리, 냉음극형 X-선 튜브는 빠른 속도의 디지털 구동이 가능하며 전력 소비가 낮은 장점이 있다. 따라서, 최근 많은 연구자들에 의해서 냉음극형 X-선 튜브에 관한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 냉음극형 X-선 튜브는 전계 방출을 이용한 전자원을 사용하며, 탄소나노튜브 (CNT), Si, 다양한 종류의 나노선 등이 대표적이다. 그 중에서 CNT는 높은 종횡비로 인해 전계 방출 특성이 우수하여 가장 대표적인 물질이다. CNT를 이용한 전자원을 제작하기 위해서는 직접 성장법, 전기영동법, 스크린 프린팅법, 디핑법 등 다양한 방법이 존재한다. 직접 성장법을 제외한 방법들은 모재료인 CNT와 용매, 금속재료들을 섞어 페이스트나 수용액의 상태를 제작하여야 한다. 이 때, 금속 재료는 기판과 CNT간의 접착 및 전자 전도 통로의 역할을 하는 무기 충전제이며 일반적으로 나노 혹은 수 마이크로미터 크기의 상태로 존재하는 것을 주로 사용한다. X-선 튜브 제작은 일반적으로 외벽을 유리 혹은 세라믹을 주로 사용하는데 아노드 전극 및 캐소드 전극 등과 결합하여 진공 밀봉된 형태가 되어야 한다. 브레이징 방법은 금속과 세라믹을 결합하는데 매우 유용한 방법이며, 그 중에서도 진공 브레이징 방법은 다량의 부품을 한 번에 결합시킬 수 있다. 하지만 진공 브레이징 공정의 온도는 약 $700{\sim}1,000^{\circ}C$이며 이는 금속 재료가 충분히 증발할 수 있는 온도가 된다. 본 발표에서는 고온 진공 상태에서의 무기 충전제의 증발에 대한 현상을 관찰하고 고온진공 상태에서 증발없이 무기 충전제로의 역할을 할 수 있도록 다양한 금속 및 합금에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 또한, 이 연구를 통해 선택된 무기 충전제를 포함하여 CNT 페이스트를 볼밀링 방법을 이용하여 제작하였으며, 이를 이용한 CNT 에미터가 X-선 튜브의 전자원으로 사용될 수 있는지 확인하기 위해 전계 방출 실험을 함께 실시하였다. 제작된 CNT 에미터가 우수한 전계 방출 특성을 가지고 있음을 확인하였으며, 이는 본 연구를 통해 선택된 금속 및 합금 재료가 무기 충전제로의 역할을 잘 수행하고 있음을 보여준다.

Conductive Rubber for Enhanced Safety in Hydrogen-based Facilities from Electrostatic Discharge (도전성 고무 매트를 이용한 수소 기반 시설에서 제전 신뢰성 향상)

  • Hydrogen-based electricity and transportation systems are widely recognized as sustainable power sources. However, the low ignition energy of hydrogen, only 1/10th that of conventional fossil fuels, poses a safety concern involving the risk of ignition due to electrostatic discharge from facility workers. Therefore, anti-static systems are imperative for hydrogen-based electricity facilities. To address this, we propose a reliable conductive rubber mat (CRM) to ensure the safety of these facilities. Unlike conventional anti-static floors that utilize conductive paint (CP), the CRM features a uniform distribution of conductive components in chemically and mechanically stable rubber. As a result, the CRM is unyielding to polar solvents (such as ethanol and hydrosulfuric acid) and non-polar solvents (like mineral oil) without increasing its resistance. Moreover, the CRM can withstand mechanical stress. Consequently, the human-body voltage of workers on the CRM would be sufficiently low enough to protect them from hydrogen explosions, thereby enhancing overall safety.

A Study on Plasma Etching Reaction of Cobalt for Metallic Surface Decontamination (금속 표면 제염을 위한 코발트의 플라즈마 식각 반응 연구)

  • In this study, plasma processing of metal surface is experimentally investigated to enhance the surface decontamination efficiency and to find out the reaction mechanism. Cobalt, the major contaminant in the nuclear facilities, and three fluorine-containing gases, $CF_4/O_2$, $SF_6/O_2$, and $NF_3$ are chosen for the investigation. Thin metallic disk specimens are prepared and their surface etching reactions with the three plasma gases are examined. Results show that the maximum etching rate of $17.2\;{\mu}m/min.$ is obtained with NF3 gas at $420^{\circ}C$, while with $CF_4/O_2$, $SF_6/O_2$ gas plasmas those of $2.56\;{\mu}m/min.$ and $1.14\;{\mu}m/min.$ are obtained, respectively. Along with etching experiments, constituent elements of the reaction products are identified to be cobalt, oxygen, and fluorine by AES (Auger Electron Spectroscopy) analysis. It turns out that the oxygen atoms are physically adsorbed ones to the surface from the ambient not participation ones during the analysis after reaction, which supports that the surface reaction of cobalt is mainly to be a fluorination reaction.
