  • Stop-motion animation, which is based on the physical object and is shot frame by frame, is an traditional art of animation. As an independent art form, it has formed a unique art language through a century-long development. With the continuous exploration by animators, stop-motion animation has actively combined with digital technology, and has made a great progress in the use of materials and the technique of filming. the introduction of digital technology not only enriched it's artistic expression, but also laid the basis for it's sustainable development in the new era. This study investigates how 3D printer technology affects the production process and industry of stop motion animation.

  • The paradigm of mobile game contents move from 2D to 3D due to the development of the recent mobile technology and the change of the market environment. Therefore the game manufacturers are concerned about them but the game is developed in the 3D solution manufacturers which have high technology and some major CP and the game is served through the mobile telecommunication companies. Almost of the small CP in Korea ·also judge the mobile 3D game as a next source of benefit so they prepare the development of the mobile 3D game in the future value in market and the industry survival strategy but the game has defects. They take more developing hours and cost than the 2D game and the lack of manpower for the development and the information. Therefore, in this study, we researched the manufacturing environment being the optimization of mobile environment and developing process of 3D game in order to grope for overcoming different these circumstances.

  • According to increase of concerning in health and entry of aging society, sensor-based smart clothing has developed various type and applications. Sensor-based smart clothing should be designed with considering of the interaction between a human body-device-clothing, such as accuracy of signal, wearability, suitability and the configuration of the sensor and so on. In this respect, these characteristics distinguish sensor-based smart clothing process from clothing process and Sensor-based smart clothing process is expected to be needing requirements Specification for development purpose and interoperability assessment based on requirements engineering. In this study, to assess efficiency of process based on requirement engineering, the sensor-based smart clothing process was deducted in two types by analysis of empirical performance. Presented two process were empirically evaluated through qualitative and quantitative evaluation. As a result, design process II based on requiments engineering were confirmed more effective process than processI.

A Proposal of Practical Management Process for Product Design (제품디자인을 위한 실무적 관리프로세스 제안)

  • A recent trend for product development requires that product design firms participate in every process in cooperations with clients. So, this study proposed an advanced practical management process for product design according to the new trend Because existing processes explain summary steps just including market research, design, engineering, manufacturing., to support the recent trend, an extended process which explains every steps should be prepared. Design development precesses include initial meeting, contact, kick-off meeting, market research, idea sketch, rendering, design drawing, design mock-up, design manual, engineering drawing, ES mock up, mold, manufacturing, and patent. To manage these whole design processes, designers should have abundant knowledge about them. This process has three merits: 1) understanding the whole processes, 2)the unity between design and manufactures, 3)collecting accurate information by market research, 4)elevating design quality. So, designers are able to manage whole product development processes. This practical management process proposes an advanced structure for product design development, and can be accepted for various product design development environments.

  • 금속재료 중 철강은 기계적 성질이 우수하고 대량생산에 의한 뛰어난 경제성을 가지기 때문에 다양한 산업 분야에서 널리 사용되고 있다. 그러나 스테인리스강 등과 같은 일부 특수한 용도의 강을 제외하고는 부식 환경에 취약하기 때문에 그 용도에 따라 표면처리를 함으로서 내식특성을 부여하고 있다. 일반적으로 이러한 철강재료에 대한 부식문제를 해결하기 위한 방법으로는 습식프로세스 중 아연(Zn)도금이 사용되는데, 아연은 그 자체가 보유하고 있는 차폐(barrier)효과는 물론 상대적으로 이온화 경향이 크기 때문에 철에 대하여 전자를 공급하는 희생양극적(Sacrificial anode)역할을 하여 철을 방식하는 원리를 가지고 있다. 하지만 최근에 이르러 기존의 도금 프로세스 처리된 제품의 사용 및 적용분야가 확대되고 가혹해 짐에 따라서 내식성 향상을 위한 새로운 재료 및 신기술 개발이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 친환경 프로세스 방법인 PVD법 중 하나인 스퍼터링(Sputtering)을 이용하여 0.8mm 두께의 냉연강판 (cold rolled steel) 상에 Al에 대한 Mg 함량을 10~30wt.%로 하여 약 $5{\mu}m$ 두께의 막을 제작하였다. 이때 20wt.% 막의 경우 공정압력조건을 증가시켜 증착 막의 결정배향성을 변화시켰다. 뿐만 아니라 제작된 막들에 대해서 $400^{\circ}C$온도에서 10분간 열처리함으로서 코팅막의 성분변화에 따른 영향을 살펴보기 위해 시편을 추가 제작하였다. 이와 같이 제작된 막들에 대한 형성메커니즘과 내식성의 상관관계 해명을 위해 막의 조성분포, 표면 및 단면의 모폴로지 관찰 및 결정구조 등 재료특성분석과 더불어 염수분무(Salt spray test), 침지시험 그리고 양극분극 시험 등을 통해 내식성 평가를 진행하였다. 이상의 종합적인 결과를 살펴보면 제작된 Al-Mg 막은 마그네슘 함량비 및 열처리 조건에 따라 조성분포와 막의 모폴로지 및 결정배향성이 변화한다는 것을 알 수 있었는데, 마그네슘 함량이 증가하고 열처리한 막의 내식성이 가장 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 Al-Mg 성분이 표면을 중심으로 균일 분산-분포하며, Al에 대한 Mg의 고용으로 인해 안정적으로 형성된 부식생성물과 금속화합물의 단계적 반응 효과에 의해 차폐효과와 희생양극적 특성이 동시에 향상되었기 때문으로 생각된다. 한편 공정 압력을 증가시켜 형성한 막은 결정학적 구조에서 보다 높은 표면 에너지와 증가한 격자 정수에 의해 Mg이 부식환경에서 빠르게 반응하여 안정적 피막을 형성하기 때문에 내식성이 향상된 것으로 보여 진다. 이상의 연구를 통해서 고내식성을 Al-Mg막의 유효성 확인하였으며, 설계에 대한 기초적인 응용지침을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

  • 국내의 많은 연구를 통해 신재생에너지의 사전 경제성 평가를 위한 모델들은 다수 개발된 바 있지만, 기본적인 연산 프로세스와 연산방식만 지원되고 있을 뿐, 연산결과에 크게 영향을 미치는 신재생에너지의 각 요소 데이터가 제공되지 못하고 있다. 이에 대하여 본 연구에서는 한국에너지기술연구원에서 개발된 신재생에너지 자원지도 데이터를 근간으로 하여 경제성 평가의 기본이 되는 정보를 데이터베이스로 구성함과 동시에 GIS(Geographical Information System)을 활용하여 해당 영역에서 직접 대상위치를 선정하고, 인자값의 설정에 따라 사전 적정성 평가를 지원하는 연산 프로세스를 개발하고자 하였다. 웹 도구를 활용하여 사용자의 접근을 용이하게 하며, 설비데이터의 입력이 가능하게 구성하여 지속적으로 업데이트가 가능한 시스템의 제작을 그 목표로 한다.

  • This paper is to develop curtain wall process life-cycle system in high-rise buildings in order to establish effective cooperation communication channels among the diverse constituents. This paper is to provide a base toward a curtain wall life-cycle management system to support decision making and the effective flow in light of information and materials. The four objectives of the research are 1) the analysis of the current curtain wall life-cycle process, 2) the analysis and development of the curtain wall design process As-Is model, and 3) the Muda analysis of the design process As-Is model and the suggestion of the improvements, 4) the development of curtain wall design To-Be model and comparative analysis of the improvement in terms of value streams. This research indicates the wastes decrease (or the values increase) from 6.7% up to 100% in different decision criteria through the improvement by the comparative analysis between the As-ls and To-Be curtain wall design process. This research suggests the potential improvement by VSM and a curtain wall life-cycle management system in curtain wall construction for diverse constituents be significant.

  • Stop-motion animation is highly valued for realistic imagery and its ability to captivate the five senses of the audience. Despite this, practical research in this area is limited to date. The long hours required to produce stop-motion animation and turn these into profits can be attributed for the lack of knowledge in this area. In production research, the matter is made worse as it is difficult to protect the intellectual property made through the collaborated efforts of students and teaching staff through each laborious stage of planning, broadcasting and making 2D models. Meanwhile as the animation industry finds the investigation of new production processes taxing, it has maintained its focus on pre-existing processes such as the use of pipeline. This paper aims to shed light on new production methods that can be used to improve the effectiveness of existing stop-motion production. In addition, by working with Taktoon Enterprises on its T.V series Galaxy Kids the paper will revise real world production methods including the traditional use of hand made models. Thus by investigating the use of graphic technology such as 3D printing the paper will be able to extend current business models. Research conducted in this paper is a necessary part of overcoming various contents production obstacles. Furthermore, it may help publicize issues faced in production leading to the discussion and sharing of new innovations.

  • Recently, it is more important to do part of software designers for developing user-centered software. They produce visual document for helping communication between developers and visual diagram for analyzing user need factors based on user scenario. Case study of architecture real dispatch service can show developing samples. It is important to produce visual document for one combined opinion between developers in process of defining of development boundary, main concept development, selecting of development system. And visual document process with visual language by software designer is step for recognizing of user need factors before developing interface design in process of collecting design factors of user and environment and analyzing design factor by user scenario. Also, in process of interface and prototype development, it need visual document for peaceful and concord process between developers. Those visual documents with visual language could help to define developers role and duty, user-centered concept development and various interface development proposal during software developing.

  • 음극방식법은 가혹한 해수 환경에 노출된 항만 및 해양구조물 등의 부식을 방지함에 있어 매우 유용한 방식법이다. 여기서는 이러한 음극방식 응용 원리에 의해 무한한 자원인 해수를 이용하여 환경 친화적인 코팅막 제작-시도를 하였다. 즉, 본 연구에서는 해수 환경 중 선박 및 해양구조물 등에 주로 사용되는 강재를 기판으로 하여 양극 조건 및 인가 전류밀도를 달리하여 코팅막을 제작하였으며, 조건에 따라 제작된 코팅막을 SEM, EDS, XRD를 통해 조성원소 및 결정구조를 분석하였다. 또한 밀착성 및 내식성 평가를 통해 실용 코팅막으로써의 한계를 보완한 코팅막 제작 프로세스의 기초 설계 지침을 제시하고자 하였다.
