In this thesis, founded on those considerings, plan the formula of media data for the information of drawing for the production of steel plate by establishing the concept of relational data model, plan the surroundings for query for the interface of user, and introduce the process materialized actually in detail as use the management system of drawing.

The present serial cadastral maps, which have lots of problems arisen from map matching processes, have very limited applications. That is, the poor quality of serial cadastral maps has kept us from using them. Therefore, a special project for improving the quality of serial cadastral maps was proposed by korean cadastral specialists to solve those problems. The primary purpose of this study is to provide effective ways of serial cadastral map production by reviewing the errors of the present situation-based serial cadastral map production using GIS and digital orthophoto.

과학기술의 발전에 따라 연구소 및 산업체에서 양산되는 다양한 유형의 설계도면을 효율적이고 체계적으로 관리하기 위한 도면 데이터베이스를 구축하여 이를 검색 및 전환시키는 시스템이 요구된다. 최근에는 도면설계도구 시스템활용도의 증대로 더욱 능률적인 도면작성 및 관리가 가능하게 되었으나, 현재까지 개발된 도면인식 시스템의 대부분은 단순한 저장 및 복원의 기능, 즉 , 시스템에 자동 입력만이 가능하게 되어있다. 본 논문은 도면설계자동화에 따른 강판절단 과정에 필요한 도면과 도면정보를 데이터베이스로 구축하고 정보시스템을 구현하여 도면을 효율적으로 관리하고, 검색함으로써 기존의 설계방식에 비해 경제성과 생산성 측면에서 보다 효율적이고 사용자의 편리성에 유리하며, 또한 수정도 용이하게 수행할 수 있다. 이러한 필요성에 기반으로 두고 강판제작에 따른 도면 정보를 위한 미디어 데이터형식을 설계하였고, 사용자 인터페이스를 위한 질의 환경을 설계하였으며, 도면 관리시스템을 이용하여 실제 구현되는 과정을 수행하였다.

This study examined the method of making high-quality serial cadastral map with field surveying, the renewal and applications of serial cadastral map which is made for the application of notification of various topographical maps, and related legal and institutional contents. The results of the study are as follows. First, we suggested the way of modification that enables preexisting methods to connect with field surveying in order to improve utilizability of serial cadastral map that is not utilized properly. In addition, we came up with legal grounds from a current law, 'act on surveying watercourses survey and cadastre' for the modification. We also examined legal and institutional factors, the renewal and application of various notifications of topographical maps for efficient application, and the application of modified serial cadastral map for field surveying. Once the current cadastral map is modified based on the results of our study, it is possible that notification of topographical maps gets more accurate, and serial cadastral map can be used for field surveying. In addition, the modification can be utilized for a step-by-step strategy that reduces the existing cadastral map managed as 3 types into the cadastral map managed as 1 type.

현재 우리나라의 수치지도는 5년 주기로 갱신되고 있어 국토변화에 신속하게 대응하지 못하는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 수치지도를 건설공사 준공도면을 활용한 수시갱신이 이루어 질 수 있도록 건설공사 현황, 관련규정, 해외사례 검토, 준공도면을 이용한 수치지도의 시범제작을 통해 현재의 관련규정 및 제도상의 문제점을 도출하고, 개선방안을 제시하였다. 이를 종합한 결과 수치지도 수시갱신을 위해 준공도면을 활용하기 위해서는 첫째, 준공도면의 명확한 정의와 세부지침의 마련이 필요하다. 둘째, 준공측량의 제도적 근거 마련과 성과심사가 필요하다. 셋째, 준공도면 작성비용의 부담주체 설정해야 한다. 넷째, 정보공유협력체계가 마련되어야 한다. 준공도면을 활용하여 수치지도를 수정하는 방법은 매우 효율적인 것으로 판단되며, 준공도면 제출제도를 활성화시키기 위한 노력을 통해 신속하고 정확한 수치지도를 제공할 수 있는 기반을 마련할 수 있을 것이다.

For teaching Advertisement Drawings practically, knowledge of Outdoor Advertisement Practice must be ahead of drawing practices. For understanding and practicing of various materials, treatments, manufacturing process and arrangement on drawings, it is desirable understanding outdoor manufacturing process, and making use of a mock-up. Actually, technical books about outdoor advertisement are very insufficient. As a teaching media based on the actual field for advertisement drawings, snapshots of the field and actual process and a mock-up of a signboard was prepared for practical application.

As for the former analogue method of photogrammetry, We have obtained final digital drawing by creating the stereo model from overlapped images through orientation process using plotting instrument and processing restitution procedure. However, digital photogrammetry batch processes such using small computer system thus We make an attempt automatization of the procedures. And without the production of stereo model, We could obtain 3D digital data through analysis method. Therefore, an objective of this study was to implement a surveying system that could 3D surveying positions using the digital image to reduce limitations of control point surveying and photographing conditions more efficiently to produce digital drawing. By the result, photogrammetry can practice and make out digital drawing to a computer by digital camera of a comparative low-cost. Small scale area can become practical use to drawing production etc. for facilities management because area can make out digital drawing economically than general surveying.

국내의 비정형 건축물은 현재 도입기로, 동대문디자인파크, 전곡선사박물관, 부산국제영화센터 등이 건설 계획 되어지고 있지만 대부분이 실시설계 또는 착공단계에 머물고 있고, 아직까지 구체적인 시공단계에 이른 건축물이 없는 실정으로 비정형외장재의 이중곡률 (Non-Uniform Rational B-Spines)을 반영한 프로토타이핑(Prototyping), 패널화(Panelizing), 현장조립 시 기하학 통제기법, 시공오차 측정기법, As-Planned 도면과 As-Built 도면의 비교를 통한 준공도면의 작성기법 등에 대한 준비가 절실히 필요한 상황이다. 그러나 현재 비정형 건축물의 설계는 초기계획(Concept Design) 단계에서 건축가와 구조기술자의 협업 중요성만 강조되고 있고, 건축물이 비정형화됨에 따라 기하학적으로 설계 및 시공되어야 하는 건축물의 외장재에 대한 설계방법과 시공단계에서 시공품질 확보방안, 시공 하자를 유발시키는 다양한 변수에 대한 대응방안 등은 아직까지도 그 중요성을 인식하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 비정형 건축물의 설계에 사용되는 Architectural Geometry Control 도구 중 그 활용성이 부각되어 지고 있는 Bentley 사의 Generative Components를 활용하여 비정형 건축물의 이중곡률 곡면외장재의 부재생산을 위한 패널화, 제작도면 추출에 관한 연구를 수행하고자 한다.

최근 도시의 기능이 날로 다양화되고 복잡해짐에 따라 지하공간에 대한 활용도가 대단히 높아지고 있으며, 한국전력공사에서도 원자력 발전소에 많은 전력구조물을 지하에 건설하고 있다. 이러한 지하구조물을 보다 효율적이고 신속하게 유지관리하기 위해서는 지하 구조물의 구조설계 및 도면제작을 자동으로 수행할 수 있는 시스템의 개발이 필수적이다. 이에 따라 한국전력공사 전력 연구원에서는 기존의 설계도면 및 정보에 쉽게 접근할 수 있으며, 구조설계에서부터 도면제작에 이르는 과정을 일괄 처리할 수 있는 “Box 구조물 자동화 설계 시스템”을 개발하여 실무에 적용하고 있다. 본 시스템의 개발은 지하구조물의 계획, 설계, 시공조건 등의 변경에 신속하게 대처할 수 있으므로 설계업무의 효율성을 극대화함은 물론 생산성의 향상, 품질의 고급화 및 설계자료 유지관리의 선진화에 크게 기여할 것으로 사료된다.

The various hatch patterns supplied by CAD systems are not sufficient for the preparation of geotechnical map and their use can often mislead to a wrong map interpretation. To use, edit, and communicate the geotechnical map information with ease among many CAD user, unified drawing file format is suggested. New hatch patterns are designed and suggested to use with geotechincal jobs.
