  • In this paper, does by purpose DC servo motor speed controller design about PID coefficient tuning techniques that use genetic algerian. DC servo motor is used in application field of a peat many control machine or robot etc. and in this field, selection of controller parameters requires user's expert knowledge. Therefore, general amount of work engineers must continuously iteration tuning in controller parameters by trial and error. With this, when must tuning parameter coefficient about change of dynamic system or disturbance, can improve the efficiency according to following that is more precised and parameter coefficient value that is optimized by using genetic algorithm. In this paper, from dynamic character modeling get in analyze dynamic character of DC motor desist controller drive control possible that is fast response character md improved speed precision using a Genetic Algorithms.

  • 펌프는 다르 진동 유발원들과는 달리 일정한 주파수 및 크기를 갖는 진동을 일으키므로 스프링이나 댐퍼와 같은 간단한 방진기기를 이용하여 진동을 제어할 수 있다 현재 국내에서는 대부분의 펌프에 이러한 방진장치를 설치하는 것이 일반화되어있다 그러나 펌프의 용량 및 중량 주변 구조물의 형태 및 크기 등에 따라서 방진기구의 채택이 불필요한 경우도 있으므로 설비 진동기초에 대한 획일적인 설계와 시공개념은 불필요한 인적, 시간적 및 경제적인 낭비를 초래할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사무용 건무에 사용되는 각종 펌프류에 대하여 가진특성과 구조물의 진동가속도응답을 측정하는 진동실험 및 이론적 해석을 실시하고 본래 계와 수정된 계의 진동을 답과 허용진동수준을 비교.분석함으로서 방진장치의 설치가 불필요한 펌프용량을 제시하였다.

High Speed Sensorless Control of Brushless DC Motor Using DSP (DSP를 이용한 Brushless DC 모터의 초고속 센서리스 제어)

  • DSP를 이용한 Brushless DC (BLDC) 모터의 초고속 센서리스 제어 기법 및 그 결과가 제시된다. 초고속 BLDC 모터의 센서리스 제어를 위해서 주 제어기로 DSP TMS320C240이 사용되며 제어 기법으로는 Pulse Amplitude Modulation(PAM) 기법이 사용된다. RAM 제어 기법을 사용함으로서 인버터는 six-step 방식으로 구동되며 속도 제어는 인버터 DC 링크 앞 단 쵸퍼의 전압 제어에 의해 이루어진다. 회전자 위치는 역기전력 센싱 방식에 의해 추정되며 TMS320C240의 Event Manager Module에 입력되어 Commutation 위치 및 속도가 계산된다. 계산된 속도는 디지털 PI 제어 알고리즘에 의해 처리되며 제어기의 출력은 쵸퍼의 duty 비를 변화시킨다. 개발된 DSP 제어 보드 및 제어 알고리즘의 성능을 시험하기 위해 실험이 수행되었으며 전체 제어 알고리즘은 DSP TMS320C240의 어셈블리 프로그램에 의해 구현된다. 결과로 최고 속도 50000 [rpm]에서 이상적인 응답 특성을 얻을 수 있었다.

Pressure Control of Brake Circuit with Piezoelectric-hydraulic Pump Using Pressurization/Depressurization Characteristics (압전유압펌프가 적용된 브레이크 회로의 가감압 특성을 이용한 압력 제어)

  • In this paper, an equivalent brake hydraulic circuit with a piezoelectric hydraulic pump was constructed, and load pressure control for better pressurization/depressurization characteristics was conducted. To understand pressurization/depressurization characteristics of the equivalent hydraulic circuit, the relation between the load pressure and the input voltage was revealed experimentally. Experiments were also conducted to observe effect of the solenoid valve on depressurization characteristics. In the pressurization experiment, it was validated that transient response time required to achieve desired load pressure may be reduced through voltage control to change pressurization gradient. By applying the valve on/off time control and voltage control, it was also possible to reduce response time in the depressurization process. Therefore, transient response time may be improved within 10ms for pressurization and within 30 ms for depressurization using the control technique suggested in this study. The load pressure control method proposed in this study is useful for controlling load pressure of a hydraulic brake system with the piezoelectric hydraulic pump.

  • Recently, the application of the linear machine for industrial field is remarkably increased, especially for the gantry machine, machine tool system and CNC. However a linear meter remains the vibrational characteristic itself therefore, In these application fields, high position control performance is essentially required in both the steady and the transient states. In this paper, the design method for a position control is proposed by using the two-degree-of freedom PID controller. This method has great features for the linear machine drives such as no over-shoot phenomena and single gain tuning strategy. By comparison with conventional PID controller, the improvement of performance of a linear motor control system using two degrees of freedom controller are discussed. Through the simulation results, the usefulness of the proposed algorithm is proved. With the simulation results, it was made clear that the introduction of two degrees of freedom controller designed by the proposed method not only improves the over shoot and starting characteristic of response but also removes the undesirable characteristic variation.

원자로계측을 위한 박막중성자열전대의 시작 및 특성

  • 원자로제어를 위한 중성자열전대의 응답시간 단축을 목적으로 진공증착된 박모열전대를 이용하여 중성자 열전대를 시작하였다. 이의 실험결과를 선열전대의 것과 비교하였으며, 열중성자동범위 2x(10에 8승)x8x10¹³ neutrons/cm²/sec에서 좋은 선형특성을 가지고 있었다. 시작된 박모중성자열전대를 사용하여 TRIGA MARK-Ⅱ 원자로 로필에서의 열중성자속분포를 측정하였다.

  • Recently, we have reconstructed LX-200 12inch telescope system for tracking and observing man-made space object. Motor, motor driver and motion controller were up-graded for getting faster respond characteristic and active control available. Also, command signal was offered to the PID controller into motor driver as computed real orbiting information of objects using PC, and it's control period of command signal was reduced to the 20ms. As the result, slew speed of the mount system was in proved up to $18^{\circ}/sec$ and respond speed of the system was faster than that of commercial system. Also, flipping state of image observed could be minimized by the up-graded system.

Performance Evaluation of Semi-Active Tuned Mass Damper for Elastic and Inelastic Seismic Response Control (준능동 동조질량감쇠기의 탄성 및 비탄성 지진응답 제어성능 평가)

  • In this study, tile performance of a passive tuned mass damper (TMD) and a semi-active tuned mass damper (STMD) was evaluated in terms of seismic response control of elastic and inelastic structures under seismic loads. First, elastic displacement spectra were obtained for the damped structures with a passive TMD, which was optimally designed using the frequency and damping ratio presented by previous study, and with a STMD proposed in this study. The displacement spectra confirm that STMD provides much better control performance than passive md with less stroke. Also, the robustness or the TMD was evaluated by off-tuning the frequency of the TMD to that of the structure. Finally, numerical analyses were conducted for an inelastic structure of which hysteresis was described by Bouc-Wen model and the results indicated that the performance of the passive TMD of which design parameters were optimized for a elastic structure considerably deteriorated when the hysteretic portion or the structural responses increased, while the STMD showed about 15-40% more response reduction than the TMD.

  • The flight controller should meet the flying qualities, stability margins, and time response requirement according to the class of a target aircraft or UAV. Classical design process of PID controller is a very time consuming process and needed trial and erros. The best way is to apply the multi-disciplinary optimization algorithm to meet the numerous constraints of controller requirements. This paper presents how multi-objective parameter optimization (CONDUIT) can be used to determine many design parameters of lateral stability and augmentation system for roll and heading controller of the small UAV. To verify the effectiveness of applying the optimization method, designed controller using optimization are compared with the baseline controller that is designed only considering the time responses.

  • 스프링클러 소화설비는 화재가 발생하였을 때 자동적으로 감열, 작동하여 초기화재 진압을 목적으로 하는 소화설비로서 소화특성은 화재발생으로부터 소화가 시작되는 화재감지특성과 화재제어 및 진압에 대한 방사특성1) 으로 FRS2) 3)와 FMRC4)에서는 열응답의 민감도를 나타내는 반응시간지수(RTI)의 측정방법과 이론을 제시하였다. 반응시간지수는 스프링클러헤드의 작동에 필요한 충분한 열을 주위로부터 얼마나 빠른 시간내에 흡수 할 수 있는지를 나타내는 특성치로서 가열공기의 온도 및 속도에 의해 결정되며 값이 적을수록 헤드가 조기에 작동하게 된다.
