The purpose of this study is to analyze whether, in public organizations, a significant relationship can be found between transparency and information disclosure systems. The study also aims to analyze how the relationship has changed and whether political regimes and organization type matter for such changes. The meaning of information disclosure and the concept of transparency were reviewed through existing literature, the status of which was analyzed using related statistical data. Using a decade of disclosure rate and integrity index data from 2003 to 2013, the correlation between those two variables by political regimes and organization type was analyzed. To improve the information disclosure system and transparency in public organizations, ensuring the documentation of work process, providing the consumer with the information that he/she wants, and institutionalizing systems to evaluate transparency are important. The results of this study will be used as a basic material for understanding the relationship between the information disclosure system and transparency.

This paper studies desirable form of future e-government in terms of intelligent government research in response to new intelligent cyber security services in the fourth industrial revolution. Also, the strategic planning of the future e-government has been contemplated in terms of the centralization and intellectualization which are significant characteristics of the fourth industrial revolution. The new system construction which is applied with security analysis technology using big data through advanced relationship analysis is suggested in the paper. The establishment of the system, such as SIEM(Security Information & Event Management), which anticipatively detects security threat by using log information through big data analysis is suggested in the paper. Once the suggested system is materialized, it will be possible to expand big data object, allow centralization in terms of e-government security in the fourth industrial revolution, boost data process, speed and follow-up response, which allows the system to function anticipatively.

Molar-incisor malformation (MIM) is characterized by malformation in the root with a normal crown. While MIM mostly occurs in the permanent first molar, it has also been reported in the maxillary central incisor and the primary second molar (PSM), but anatomical analysis of the primary teeth with MIM has not been studied to date. In this case report, a patient with MIM was reported, and an extracted PSM with MIM was analyzed with micro computed tomography (CT). A cervical constriction morphology of the cementoenamel junction (CEJ) can be observed in extracted PSM. In micro CT analysis, characteristics such a mineralized plate (cervical mineralized diaphragm) in the CEJ area, complex root canal morphologies, a calcified mass inside the pulp chamber, and constricted pulp chamber of crown portion were observed.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors influencing poverty in the elderly under the income maintenance, focusing on labor. Accordingly, a Panel Logit Analysis was conducted based on the 7th to 16th data of the Korean Welfare Panel. The analysis results are as follows. First, even if demographic, economic, and health variables affecting elderly poverty are controlled, National Pension and Special Occupational Pension among the income maintenance are negatively related to elderly poverty. On the other hand, it was found that the amount of Basic Pension and National Basic Living Security were positively related to poverty for the elderly. Second, it was found that if the elderly receiving national basic living security work, there is a high possibility of poverty. This raises the need to restructuring the Basic Pension, and suggests that it is necessary to combine the National Basic Living Security with the elderly job policy. Finally, in order to alleviate overall elderly poverty, it is suggested to rebuild the multi-pillar old-age income security system, including Basic Pension and Retirement Pension.

Using the Korean Welfare Panel Study, this study examines the labor-market activities of uninsured persons and discusses policy implications for reforming the National Pension Scheme in Korea. First, despite the short observation period, the data show that pension status is not a static state and can be better understood in terms of dynamic processes. Second, in addition to frequent changes in income-earning activities, complex criteria for pension coverage cause substantial transitions in pension status. Third, a portion of uninsured persons involve in income-earning activities but they tend to face poor working conditions as well as unstable employment. Overall, this study suggests that building solid foundations for developing a financially sustainable and reliable social protection system is more important than rapid increase in pension coverage.

Screening method for NSAIDs (Hon-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs) in urine was developed using GC/NCI-MS. Derivatized six fenamates with pentafluoropropionic anhydride showed high sensitivity in NCI-MS. The conditions of the derivatization reaction and chromatographic conditions were established for screening with a trace analysis. Limit of detection was in the range of 4-25 pg/mL. This method may be used to the equine doping analysis for NSAIDs and forensic analysis.

The Kyoto Mechanisms allows a supplementary means for compliance, CDM(Clean Development Mechanism) and JI(Joint Implementation) projects. The investment in CDM projects is increasing rapidly as the first implementation period began in 2008. This paper seeks to determine factors affecting the price of primary CER using UNFCCC CDM Project Development Document(PDD) data. This study employs the Cluster analysis and the GLS(Generalized Least Squares) method.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the texts of the mass media reported mainly on the hosting of the Seoul Ferrules and the upcoming Pyeongchang Paralympics in Korea, and to present the interest of the current paralympics and future development directions of the paralympics. First, the broadcasting / communication sector accounted for 21%, and second, the intellectual disability was more than twice as much as the mental retardation. In conclusion, it is expected that positive and continuous reporting and analysis will be needed through the quantitative growth of mass media.

In this thesis, We analyze performance evaluation of one channel B-WLL IF receiver system. Among the item of receiver performance, inter-modulation interference and yield analysis is especially focused. Since inter-modulation interference cause bad influence on system performance due to unwanted third order harmonic located in desired frequency band, third order harmonic causing inter-modulation interference should be efficiently removed. Yield analysis is observing influence on system performance when system element parameter is statistically varied, and in this thesis, system output is observed for LNA parameters. Additionally, Scheme for LNA gain adjustment to reduce inter-modulation interference is proposed by observing variation of third order harmonic output for LNA gain variation.

This paper analyzed contents related to problem solving in the 7th elementary mathematics curriculum in conjunction with main changes in the next curriculum under discussion. This paper then provided detailed analyses of textbooks and workbooks in terms of principal contents, problem solving strategies, content areas, and problem types in order to look closely at how such instructional materials would put the vision of the curriculum into action. It is expected that many issues and suggestions stemming from the analyses will serve basic information to develop next curriculum and its concomitant instructional materials in a way to fostering students' problem solving ability.
