본 연구는 최근 우리나라 국민들의 주요 관심 교육정책인 '고교학점제' 관련 언론기사들을 한국언론재단의 빅카인즈(BIGKinds) 시스템을 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 2018년 1월 1일부터 2019년 11월 30일까지 기간을 설정한 후, 총 54개 언론사의 '고교학점제' 관련기사들을 추출하였다. 그 다음, 추출된 '고교학점제' 관련 기사들을 대상으로 뉴스트렌드 분석, 네트워크 지도 구현, 핵심어 추출 및 워드클라우드 제시 등의 연구과정을 거쳤다. 본 연구결과는 '고교학점제'의 정책 진행 과정성의 과제 및 쟁점들을 해결하는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the Naeil Chaeum deduction system on job satisfaction. The results of the study are summarized as follows. A total of 159 small to medium-sized enterprise workers participated in the deduction for Naeil Chaeum. The data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics 20, which included frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and post analysis. First, the suitability of the method of the Naeil Chaeum deduction system has the highest positive effect on the job satisfaction. Second, the correlation of job satisfaction after filling in Naeil Chaeum deductions showed that fitness (p <.01, ${\beta}=.307$) and efficiency (p <.01, ${\beta}=.296$) had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Third, the analysis of the difference of job satisfaction according to the academic ability of the workers who were enrolled in Naeil Chaeum deduction system was analyzed that professional college graduates (2.08) were higher than job college graduates (1.99).The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the Fill - Down System on the job satisfaction by analyzing the importance of quality of life, job satisfaction, and muscle strength, analyzing the difference according to the demographic characteristics of the workers, And helping to stabilize the work life, and to verify the effectiveness of the study.

Even though the pre-feasibility study was introduced in 1998, it mainly has focused on transportation social overhead capital(SOC) such as road and railroad. Last year, however, the government newly launched R&D project area for the pre-feasibility study. This paper tries to analyze the pre-feasibility study methodology and system that applied to R&D facility, cluster, and sized R&D infrastructure projects. In depth study of economic, policy, and AHP analysis, this paper shows that the preliminary feasibility study have some caveats and suggests a way of improvement for making up for limitation. Main suggestions are as follows; First, to improve the fit in R&D sector analysis, using consistent method is important. Second, technology analysis is essential for R&D evaluation. Third, technology experts should take part in AHP analysis.

미국을 비롯한 영국, 프랑스 등 주요 EU 회원국들은 국가 경쟁력 향상을 위해 초광대역망 구축을 정부 차원에서 추진하고 있다. 초광대역망 투자 계획은 모든 국민에게 통신 서비스를 제공하는 보편적 서비스 제도와 연계하여 추진하고 있다. 특히 미국의 Broadband Plan과 영국의 Digital Britain 계획을 통해 보편적 서비스 제도가 PSTN 음성 서비스에서 데이터 서비스로 전환되고 있다. 이에 반해 호주에서는 초광대역망 구축과 보편적 서비스 제도 개편 움직임이 다른 국가들과 차별되어 국가 차원에서 기업을 설립하고 망 투자와 보편적 서비스 제도를 담당하는 방향으로 움직이고 있다. 본고에서는 호주의 초광대역망 구축 계획을 살펴보고 초광대역망 환경으로 과도기 단계에서 보편적 서비스 제도 개선 현황 및 특징을 살펴보고 시사점을 살펴보고자 한다.

This study relates to the effect from enforcement of regulations in 2014 against controlling shareholder expropriation in Korean corporations. The relationship change between related party transactions (RPTs) and the corporate values of listed Korean corporations is analyzed for the five-year period before and after enforcement of the regulations (2009-2013 and 2014-2018). Three types of RPTs regarding long-term supply contracts, loans, and credit were adopted for analysis. Following are the results of a regression analysis with panel data that consist of 6,534 firm-year observations. First shown is that the enforcement of regulations affects the relationship between RPTs and corporate value. Specifically, for all corporations, the result implies that the purpose of expropriation is weakened, and the efficiency and transparency of transactions in corporations are enhanced due to enforcement of the regulations. Secondly, the extent to which the regulations exert influence on designated and non-designated corporations differs. Regulation enforcement seems to be more influential on non-designated corporations than on designated ones for the efficiency and transparency of transactions in the long-term contract type of RPT.

사전조사.분석은 사후분석 및 조치에 비해 매우 효과적이며 불필요한 예산의 낭비를 막을 수 있는 첩경이다. 전력증강에 종사하는 담당자들이 사전조사.분석의 중요성을 제대로 인식하지 못하고 소홀히 해 왔던 것이 사실이며, 이제는 전력투자사업에 대해 사업착수 전에 늦어도 사업추진 초기에 군 내부뿐만 아니라 외부의 전문가들과 종합적이고 전문적인 사전조사.분석을 수행하도록 해야 한다.

This study has been carried out in order to observe the status of performance warranty contracting system currently being implemented at the advanced countries including Europe, U.S.A., and Japan, review the introduction feasibility and possibility. For this purposes this study has surveyed the concept and necessity of performance warranty contracting system as well as the status of domestic performance warranty contracting system. Especially the application environment for the performance warranty contracting system of Europe, U.S.A., Japan and Korea in terms of maintenance guarantee liability system, performance warranty regulations for design-build contracting system, selection method of successful bidder, performance warranty means, project contracting system including maintenance cost, and specifications and contract conditions for performance warranty system have been comparatively evaluated. And introduction methods of performance warranty contracting system were suggested.

This study analyzed the effect of career development system and personnel management equity on career success for workers who experienced various career change environments. The results of empirical study were as follows: First, it was found that career adaptation partially mediated career development system and career success relationship. Second, it was found that the moderating effects of personnel management equity on career success and career adaptation respectively. Third, it was found that the moderating effect of personnel system fairness was mediated by career adaptability in the relationship between career development system and career success. The analysis results confirm the importance of career adaptability and personnel system fairness for individual career success and suggest that the effectiveness of the career development system can be increased when the characteristics of career development and the personnel system are combined.

The purpose of this study is to propose a system improvement plan to prevent ground sinking accidents. To do this, follow the procedure below. First, it defines terms that are used interchangeably, such as ground subsidence and ground depression. Second, analysis of the current status and cause of ground sink, and the analysis of the correlation between rainfall and ground sink causes, derives priority management causes. Third, we propose a system improvement plan for the cause of priority management. As a result, damage to underground pipes and inadequate underground works were identified as the cause of priority management, and two system improvement plans to manage them were proposed. The results of this study can be used as basic data for improving the system for more effective prevention of underground sink in the future.
