The purpose of this study is to find out how the support system of the government and the local governments for enhancing the success rate of the startup firms affected the performance of the enterprises according to the behavior characteristics of the founders. It is divided entrepreneurial support system into entrepreneurial policy support such as entrepreneurial education, mentoring and consulting, and funding of startup support such as policy fund and R & D fund, distinguished the behavior of founder into behaviors for discovery of entrepreneurial opportunities and behaviors for exploiting entrepreneurial opportunities. In order to analyze whether it affects the corporate management performance, a research model was created based on the previous research and hypotheses were set up, and the hypotheses were verified based on this questionnaire. The results of this study are as follows: First, it is found that the support for entrepreneurial policy has a positive effect on the behavior characteristics of entrepreneur. Second, it is found that the startup support such as policy fund affects the behavioral characteristics for finding the opportunity of the founder, but it does not affect the behavioral characteristics for the opportunity exploit. Third, it was found that the behavior characteristics of entrepreneur founding opportunity and exploition of entrepreneurial opportunity influenced the performance of the company. According to the this study, the following conclusion were obtained, First, it is necessary to apply different policies according to the stage of growth of startup companies. Second, startup companies grow through the stages of development of new technologies and ideas, commercialization, and marketing, at each stage, entrepreneur must overcome the so-called Death Valley, which requires funding.

In this study, the improvement plan for the appropriate archives opening system in this country was proposed, by searching for the optimal operating method of opening system of archival institutions through the foreign instances related to the integrated type operation and the separate type operation. This study analyzed the effect of career development system and personnel management equity on career success for workers who experienced various career change environments. The results of empirical study were as follows: First, it was found that career adaptation partially mediated career development system and career success relationship. Second, it was found that the moderating effects of personnel management equity on career success and career adaptation respectively. Third, it was found that the moderating effect of personnel system fairness was mediated by career adaptability in the relationship between career development system and career success. The analysis results confirm the importance of career adaptability and personnel system fairness for individual career success and suggest that the effectiveness of the career development system can be increased when the characteristics of career development and the personnel system are combined.

The Korean government is planning to introduce the Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) system to replace the currently used Feed-in-Tariff (FIT) system which is a subsidy-based mechanism to foster the renewable energy industry. The RPS system is a market-oriented system in which the power companies are obliged to use renewable energy sources to produce electricity by a certain ratio of their production level. They can either produce for themselves or simply purchase the REC (renewable energy certificate) in the market to implement. The objective of this article is to compare the RPS system with the current FIT system in terms of the implementing cost to achieve the policy goal to expand the share of renewable energy m the total power generation. The analysis is conducted using Linear Programming models. The results of this study imply several policy suggestions to successfully introduce the RPS system.

This paper suggests that construction management services should be performed considering the owner's and the project's characteristics through the examples of the successful projects. For this study, the critical CM services in each phase regarding schedule management, cost management and information management are presented and the problems of the CM delivery system in Korea are analyzed with respect to policies, users, suppliers/CMrs and construction environments. Besides, the situation of the delivery systems in Korea and the differences of each delivery system are presented. It is concluded that, for the settlement of CM delivery system in public construction market and, ultimately, the successful execution as an agent of the owner, CMr should diversify the services and give the optimum CM services appropriate for each project's characteristics.

인도네시아는 아시아의 개발도상국중에서도 성장 잠재력 및 잠재적 시장규모가 큰 자원 및 인구부국으로서, 우리 기업의 진출 및 교역이 급속히 신장되고 있는 점을 감안할 때, 우리 기업의 인도네시아에서의 특허권 보호 문제는 향후 그 중요성을 더해 갈 것으로 예상된다. 보편성 및 국제성이 강한 특허법의 성격상 인도네시아 특허법의 기본 골격 역시 우리 특허법을 비롯한 선진 제국의 특허법과 크게 다를 바 없으나, 속지주의 원칙 및 개발도상국이라는 인도네시아의 특성상 그 구체적인 규정 및 제도에 있어서, 우리 특허법과는 다소간의 차이가 있으며, 이러한 관점에서 인도네시아의 특허 제도를 개괄해 보고자 한다.

1인당 쌀 소비량이 80kg 이하로 급감하고 미국 · 중국 · 태국산 식용 수입쌀이 본격 시판되고 있다. 만성적인 국내 쌀 시장의 과잉 공급 기조 속에서 정부 · 농협 · 민간의 수급 조절 및 소비 촉진 노력이 이뤄지지 않는다면, 국내 쌀산업의 여건은 급속도로 악화될 것이다. 이 때문에 최근 정부와 학계 일각에서는 쌀 의무자조금 제도의 도입과 관련, 세부적인 정책 추진계획까지 논의중이다. 국산쌀 소비 촉진을 위해 쌀 자조금 제도 조기 도입이 필요하다는 주장이 제기되고 있다는 것이다. 그러나 쌀 의무자조금 도입에 관련된 논의는, 국내 쌀 산업 전체의 시장 구조가 지닌 특성은 물론 핵심 종사자인 350만 농업인들이 처한 현실 조건을 최우선적으로 감안하여 보다 신중하고 체계적으로 이뤄져야 마땅하다

As the awareness of the importance of Start-up increases, the number of entrepreneurs who decide to start their career is gradually increasing. However, the rate of start-up failure is still high and the qualitative level is very low due to lack of start-up performance. In this study, we analyzed the effect of entrepreneurship capability and start-up support system on start-up performance. To that end, 361 valid data were collected from businesses that were established less than seven years ago in Jeollabuk-do on August 1, 2018 and used for study verification through SPSS 21 and AMOS 21. First, the entrepreneurial competence (entrepreneurial competence, managerial competency) has a positive effect on the start-up support system and the technical competency has no significant effect. Second, entrepreneurial competence (entrepreneurial competence, managerial competency, technical competency) has a significant effect on entrepreneurial performance. However, entrepreneurial competence has a meaningful effect on the start-up performance of entrepreneurs with a negative (-) effect. Third, it was found that the start - up support system had a positive effect on the start - up performance. Finally, the start - up support system proved to have mediating effect between entrepreneurial competence and start - up performance. The implications of this study are as follows. In order to increase the start-up performance of the start-up companies, it is proved that increasing the capacity of the start-ups is an important factor. In addition, empirical studies have proved that the use of start-up support system is an important factor that directly or indirectly has a significant effect on start-up performance, We have made meaningful implications that actively supporting and utilizing entrepreneurship is necessary to enhance start-up performance.

인천시 택시사고율이 전국에서 가장 높기 때문에 인천택시사고의 특성분석과 대책을 마련하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 택시사업체, 택시기사, 도로현황, 보험제도 등을 설문조사, 현장조사, 방문조사방법을 통하여 분석하였다. 설문조사결과 상용근로자의 요인이 안전에 좋은 영향을 가져올 것으로 기대되는 등의 13개 시사점을 발견하였고, 도로의 구조적 문제점을 세부적으로 지적하였으며, 주행거리 종량제와 같은 보험제도 개선안을 제시하였다. 그리고 버스전용차로의 택시이용에 관한 정부의 배려가 현재 악화되어 있는 택시의 운영실태를 개선할 것으로 보며, 결국 택시사고의 감소로 이어질 것으로 기대된다.
