본 고에서는 2003년 스위스 제네바에서 개최될 WRC 회의를 대비하여 아시아/태평양 지역의 상호 정보교환 및 WRC 회의에서의 지역적 입지 강화를 목적으로 APT 주관으로 지난 8월 26일부터 8월 31일까지 대한민국(부산)에서 개최된 APG2003-4차 회의의 주요 경과 및 결과를 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 이를 통하여 향후 국내에서 전개될 주요 의제별 표준화 활동에 대한 대응 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

우리나라가 개발한 세계 최초의 휴대인터넷 기술인 '와이브로(WiBro)'가 3세대 이동통신 국제표준에 채택됐다. 국제전기통신연합(ITU)이 지난 달 18일 제네바 국제회의센터에서 개최된 전파총회 본회의에서 와이브로 기술을 3세대(3G) 국제표준으로 최종 승인한 것이다. 이로써 와이브로는 'IMT-2000'으로 불리는 3세대 이동통신의 6번째 국제표준으로 이름을 올리게 됐다.

전기통신에 관한 국제 표준을 다루고 있는 ITU-T의 여러 Study Group들 중에서 ISDN에 관한 국제 표준의 제정으로 우리에게 더 많이 알려진 SG13의 연구분야는 '일반적인 망 관점(General Network Aspeats)'분야이다. 본 고에서는 금번 연구회기('93~'96)부터 적용된 ITU의 기구개편 및 Study Group 개편에 따라 기존의 SG XVlll에서 SG13으로 개편된 본 연구반의 주요한 표준화 동향을 지난 '94년 11월 제네바 회의 결과를 중심으로 이제까지의 주요 연구결과와 더불어 짚어보고자 한다.

국제전기통신연합(ITU)은 UN 산하 정보통신기술에 대한 국제표준을 담당하고 있으며, 전기통신표준화부문(ITU-T), 전기통신개발부문(ITU-D), 그리고 전파통신 부문(ITU-R)으로 구성되어 있다. ITU-T는 역할과 임무에 따라 11개의 연구반(SG, Study Group)으로 구성되어 있고, 정보보호 국제표준은 ITU-T SG17(보안, 의장: 순천향대 염흥열 교수)에서 담당하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스위스 제네바에서 개최된 SG17 국제회의(2018년 8월, 2019년 1월) 주요 결과 및 향후 전망에 대해 분석하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics of the Reformation Calvin undertook in Geneva and see what efficient functions Christianity can afford to reveal its value in urban settings today. Calvin's Reformation provided a clear place and role for the Church in the public domain. In addition, Calvin's process of religious reform has always been followed by interest and welfare practices for the socially disadvantaged, such as the poor and women. In this understanding, the study presented the following applications that modern churches can practice in urban settings today: First, the church should be able to clearly understand the diversity, liquidity, and dynamics of the urban environment and make changes through various situational applications supported by the Bible. Second, the church's missional approach should shift from a believing-belonging process to a sense of belonging-believing. Third, the transition from a familiar traditional church to a new social reality is necessary, and efforts are needed to clearly understand the interests and atmosphere of community communities and keep pace with them. And finally, modern churches need to maintain new ecological sensitivity than ever before.

1958년 미국 NASA에서 발명한 SCORE 통신위성을 통하여 인간의 육성이 최초로 방송된 이래 우리는 통신위성을 통한 인간의 달착육 광경도 한눈에 볼 수 있었다. 따라서 위성을 이용한 방송이 전혀 새로운 것은 아니다. 이 모든 것을 통신위성을 이용한 중단방송이었다. 1970년 초 EBC(구나미방송연맹)에서는 방송위성에 관하여 본격적으로 연구하였으며 1980년대 초 이 지역에서는 방송위성을 이용한 방송이 실시될 것으로 보인다. 이와 관련되어 내년 1월 10일부터 스위스 제네바에서는 ITU(국제전기통신연맹) 주관하에 위성방송업무계획 수립을 위한 세계무선주관청회의(WARC-BS 12 호Z Band)가 5주간 개최된다. 이 회의에 대비하여 금년 9월 10일부터 9일간 일본의 고부 경도에서는 ITU후원하에 ABU(아시아 방송연맹) 협조를 얻어 아시아 및 태평양지역 국가들의 방송위성업무계획에 관한 세미나가 개최되였는데 여기서 논의된 내용과 CCIR(국제무선자문위원회) 보고서를 기준으로 방송위성업무에 대한 제반사항을 알아본다.

The General Conference of International Labour Organization adopted the Maritime Labour Convention on 23 February 2006 in Geneva, Swiss and it is. composed of four structures of Preamble and Articles, Regulations, Code A and Code B. According, in the preparation of future enforcement, amendments to the Seamen Act, etc. and relevant regulations are needed and regarding issue of the Maritime Labour Certificate and preparation of The Declaration of Labour Compliance, relevant law and regulation for Recognized Organization and training for related persons, etc. should be established.

ITU 교토전권위원회(1994) 결의 15와 결의 39에 의거, ITU의 회원제도, 재정 강화방안, 조직체계 등을 폭넓게 재검토하고 작업결과를 ‘98년 전권위원회에 보고하게 될 ITU-2000 Working Group 1차 회의가 ’96년 10월 24$\~$25일 동안 스위스 제네바에서 개최되었다. 본 Working Group은 ‘96년 6월 개최된 제7차 ITU 이사회의 결정에 따라 설립되었으며, 이번 1차 회의에는 Member State(''M'' member)와 Sector member(''m'' member)들로부터 대표 120명이 참석하였다. 한편 금번 회의에서는 본 Working Group에서 검토하여야 할 의제와 관련한 지금까지의 연구결과에 대한 검토와 의제 관련 사안들에 대한 개선 기본방향에 대한 토의, 사무국 구성 승인 및 향후 작업일정 계획 등이 다루어졌다. 본 고에서는 ITU-2000 Working Group의 설립 배경과 임무, 금번 1차 회의 주요내용, 그리고 향후 작업일정계획 등에 대해 소개키로 한다.

The purposes of this study are to 1) enforce the necessity of liturgical vestments though clarifying the symbolic meaning, function and ritual importance of Christian liturgical vestments of ministers, 2) figure out the process of changes and characteristics of Christian liturgical vestments of ministers. 3) clarify the liturgical year, symbolic patterns and colors of the liturgical vestments, and 4) study on the status of current liturgical vestments worn by protestant ministers. Based on the catholic and the protestant churches, the scope of the study was decided and the study was conducted along with research on documents and materials. The results are as follows: 1) The liturgical vestments of priests in the Old Testament era had to be worn by stipulated rules and, instructions to perform duties. 2) The liturgical vestment of the catholid church are very various in their kinds and has their unique origins and meanings. 3) The symbolic patterns, color and meanings used by liturgical years of christianity. 4) Design on the liturgical gown and stole of christian ministers.
