In the customer-centered world, which is used internet and social network services actively, it is important that their needs should be embraced into systems. Our study proposes a technique to normalize and select 1,800 customer's needs at C company. In order to normalize the requirements, we have specified requirements by considering a standard for requirements specification, have identified a set of keywords of requirements and have constructed a relation-graph of requirements. The graph presents objectives to design and build a system, and shows a degree of relative importance for each requirement. And then, we propose a techniques for requirements selection according to their contribution points, which are calculated using relative degree. We demonstrates our techniques by a case study of C company.

요구사항은 소프트웨어 아키텍처 설계의 핵심 요소로서, 아키텍처의 구축과 생성의 근거를 제시해준다. 이러한 요구사항 분석을 위해 다양한 요구사항 분석 방법이 제안되고 있는데 그 중 대표적인 기법은 시나리오 기반의 분석, 목표 기반의 분석, 시나리오를 이용한 목표기반의 분석이다. 그러나 이러한 요구사항 분석 방법들은 정형화되어 있지 않아 요구사항을 분석하는 아키텍트에 의존할 수밖에 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 텍스트학을 기반으로 정형화된 기법인 거시구조를 이용한 요구사항 분석 방법을 기반으로 요구사항 분석 프로세스를 개선하여 제안하였다. 기존 연구에서 제안한 거시구조 요구사항 분석 방법을 재해석하여 요구사항을 분석하는 단계를 나누고 각 단계의 시스템 요소 설계와 구조를 정의하여 요구사항 분석 프로세스의 설계를 수행하였다.

컴포넌트 기반의 소프트웨어가 개발되어짐에 따라 소프트웨어공학 측면에서 컴포넌트 기반의 소프트웨어 개발을 위한 컴포넌트 기반 소프트웨어공학(CBSE: Component Based Software Engineering)에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다[1]. 컴포넌트 기반의 소프트웨어를 개발하는데 있어서 최대한 효율성과 생산성을 증가시키기 위해서는 개발초기, 즉 요구사항 분석단계에서 기존에 개발되어진 컴포넌트들 중에 사용자가 요구하는 역할을 수행하는 적절한 후보 컴포넌트를 추출할 수 있어야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 XML의 특성을 활용한 요구사항과 컴포넌트 명세 언어를 정의하고 이를 통해 정형화된 요구사항으로부터 시스템 개발에 필요한 컴포넌트들을 추출하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

요구사항은 프로젝트의 성패에 큰 영향을 미치며 체계적인 단계를 통해 생성된다. 요구사항 프로세스의 각 단계별로 의사결정이 요구한다. 그러나 요구공학 프로세스 및 단계의 다양한 요소로 인해 의사결정 절차와 방법의 차이가 발생함으로 요구공학의 자동화에 부정적 영향을 미치고 있다. 본 연구는 요구공학 프로세스의 의사결정 타스크를 정형화하는 것이다. 요구공학 프로세스별로 상이한 의사결정의 공통적인 패턴을 찾아 정형화하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 결과적으로 본 연구는 식별된 공통의 패턴을 기반으로 요구공학의 의사결정 모델과 정형화된 의사결정 타스크를 제안할 것이다.

We have to carry out systematic, definite requirements analysis for the successful development of software. The UML gives the ways to grasp user or customer requirements and decide the boundary of business systems from the use case modeling. This paper presents how to extract use case diagram from the requirements specification systematically by applying the standardized rules as a part of the study for use case modeling. We modify requirements specification by applying $R_{RS}$ (Rules for Requirements Specification) and extract actor, use case, relationship by applying $R_{A}$(Rules for Actors), $R_{U}$(Rules for Use Cases) and $R_{R}$(Rules for Relationships) to the modified requirements specification separately and then become to make out use case diagram in the end. By applying the rules presented in this paper to the requirements specification for personnel management, we can reduce the existing difficulties of extracting use case diagram based on the narrative descriptions without any standardized rules.rules.

Software quality is strongly associated with requirement quality. Accordingly, companies are trying effect for enhancing requirement quality. But, it is difficult to verify the requirement of specification format, which have to rely on abnormal business knowledge of analyst. Also, it is insufficient to normal methodology or automated technique for enhancing requirement quality of specification format. In this paper, we propose the process of requirement verification and automated verification tool for enhancing requirement quality. we compare the external view design and internal view design for verifying requirement. In the case study, we evaluate the feasibility of the proposed automated verification technique of requirement.

소프트웨어 환경의 빈번한 변화 및 사용자의 요구사항의 변화로 인하여 소프트웨어 시스템은 과거의 정형화된 환경과는 다른 동적이고 연속적, 비결정적인 비정형화된 환경에 대응할 수 있어야 한다. 특히, 환경 및 사용자의 요구사항의 변화로 인하여 소프트웨어 시스템이 제공하는 서비스에 다른 품질 속성이 요구될 경우에는 이에 소프트웨어 시스템은 이에 대응할 수 있어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 환경 및 사용자의 요구사항의 변화로 인한 소프트웨어 시스템의 서비스의 품질속성의 변화에 대응할 수 있는 아키텍처 레벨의 동적 재구성 프레임 워크를 제안한다.

소프트웨어 생산성과 품질을 개선하기 위한 방안으로 컴포넌트 기반의 소프트웨어 개발이 전개되고 있다. 소프트웨어 컴포넌트 라이브러리를 재사용하기 위해서는 재사용 가능한 컴포넌트를 효율적으로 수집하여 분류, 저장, 검색하여야한다. 기존의 요구사항 정형화 기법들은 요구사항들 간의 의미적 관계를 표현하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있어 컴포넌트 검색에는 적합하지 않으므로 본 연구에서는 개발하려는 유즈케이스 다이어그램을 구문분석을 거쳐 명세하여 질의 정보를 추출하였다. 기존의 자연어를 기반으로 하는 컴포넌트의 비정형적인 명세를 컴포넌트 검색과 조립에 필요한 정보를 효율적으로 얻을 수 있도록 구문분석과 추상화 단계를 거쳐 정형화된 중간형태의 명세로 전환하고 제안한 유사도를 사용하여 컴포넌트를 검색하고자 한다. 또한 개괄명세와 상세명세를 통해 컴포넌트 검색에 필요한 정보를 추출할 뿐만 아니라 컴포넌트의 aspect을 이용하여 컴포넌트 조림에 필요한 정보도 얻을 수 있다. 2차 질의를 통해 컴포넌트 검색의 정확도를 향상시키고 명세를 추상화시켜 검색의 재현율을 향상시킨다.

소프트웨어 생명주기 동안 변화하는 요구사항을 관리하기 위하여 다양한 기법들이 등장하고 있다. XP(eXtreme Programming) 기법에서 사용되는 유저 스토리는 고객이 시스템 관련 표현들에 대한 부담을 가지지 않고 자신의 요구사항을 표현할 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있지만 그런 반면 체계를 가진 정형화된 문서가 아니고 일상적인 용어로 기술된다는 점 때문에 XP 기법에 대한 이해가 없는 타부서나 개발 관계자들과의 요구사항에 관한 문서 교환 시 문제가 발생한다. 본 고에서는 이 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 유저 스토리로부터 유즈케이스를 모델링 하는 방법을 제안하였으며, 제안된 방법을 검증하기 위하여 XP 기법을 사용하여 진행된 DVD 타이틀 대여 웹사이트 개발 프로젝트에 적용한 사례를 분석하였다.
