Recently, policies and research to prevent increasing construction accidents have been actively conducted in the domestic construction industry. In previous studies, the prediction model developed to prevent construction accidents mainly used only structured data, so various characteristics of construction sites are not sufficiently considered. Therefore, in this study, we developed a machine learning-based construction accident prediction model that enables the characteristics of construction sites to be considered sufficiently by using both structured and text-type unstructured data. In this study, 6,826 cases of construction accident data were collected from the Construction Safety Management Integrated Information (CSI) for machine learning. The Decision forest algorithm and the BERT language model were used to train structured and unstructured data respectively. As a result of analysis using both types of data, it was confirmed that the prediction accuracy was 95.41 %, which is improved by about 20 % compared to the case of using only structured data. Conclusively, the performance of the predictive model was effectively improved by using the unstructured data together, and construction accidents can be expected to be reduced through more accurate prediction.

본 연구에서는 세계 각지의 초고층 건축물 사례 55개를 대상으로 초고층 형상의 비정형성을 대표적 유형에 따라 분류하고 해당 유형에 적용된 구조시스템을 조사함으로써 건축물의 비정형 형상과 이를 구현하기 위해 적용된 구조시스템간의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 대표적인 비정형 형상을 5개 유형으로 분류하고 구조시스템의 적용빈도를 조사한 결과, 적용 사례가 많은 Extrusions와 Tapers 형태에서는 적용된 구조시스템과의 유의미한 상관관계를 파악할 수 있었으며, 적용 사례가 많지 않은 Twisters, Tilted, Free Form 형태에서는 구조시스템의 상대적 적용 경향을 파악할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 비정형 형상에 적합한 구조시스템 대안의 우선순위를 설정하고 구조시스템 생성을 위해 형상으로부터 추출해내야 할 초기 파라미터를 선정하는데 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

컴퓨터 통신이 확대되면서 심각하게 대두된 문제 중 하나는 보안 프로토콜의 설계와 구현이라 할 수 있다. 현재 안전한 보안 프로토콜을 설계하기 위해 정형 기법을 적용하여 검증하는 연구가 많이 진행되고 있다 하지만 프로토콜을 설계 할 때 나타날 수 있는 보안적 취약 사항들을 정형 기법을 이용하여 제거한다 하더라도 구현된 프로토콜 상에서 프로그래머의 코딩 실수나 프로그램 언어의 특성상 보안 취약점이 존재할 수 있다. 따라서 보안 프로토콜 구현 시 나타날 수 있는 문제를 해결하기 위해 정형 검증된 프로토콜을 실제 구현 코드를 생성할 수 있는 도구의 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Casper에서 보안 프로토콜을 검증한 후 검증된 프로토콜을 AISP-C2에 입력하여 C#으로 구현 코드를 자동 생성하도록 하고 정형 검증에서 검증한 수 없는 실제 컴퓨팅 환경에서 발생할 수 있는 보안성 취약점을 제거하기 위한 기능을 추가하였다.

This paper reports a rare case of the symptomatic third metatarsal (MT3) - lateral cuneiform (LC) in a 55-year-old male who presented with complaints of severe intermittent pain in his right foot. Plain radiographs and computed tomography scans revealed sclerosis and irregularity at this joint. The intraoperative findings demonstrated a fibrocartilaginous coalition. The pain had improved one year after removing the MT3-LC joint by en bloc and arthrodesis.

Gout occurs mainly in monoarthritis and is found in more than 50% of cases in hallux of the foot. In addition, symptoms sometimes begin in the hand, wrist, and elbow, but they are rarely observed in the spine. The patient was referred for tuberculous polyarthritis due to antituberculosis drug failure. Inflammatory findings were observed in the lumbar, elbow, wrist, hand and foot areas. Surgery was performed on the foot area and a pathology diagnosis revealed gouty arthritis. We report this case with a review of the relevant literature.

The musculoskeletal system can be damaged by massive contractions of the muscles in the case of systemic attacks by epilepsy. Several studies or case reports of multiple thoracic vertebrae fractures following generalized seizures without underlying diseases or falls have been reported, but there are few domestic studies or case reports. This paper reports the case of a 42-year-old male patient without any specific underlying disease, who was diagnosed with multiple fractures of the thoracic vertebrae caused by generalized myoclonic epilepsy during sleep.

Insertional bone cysts of the knee joint mainly appear in the form of small cysts at the bone attachment of the cruciate ligaments, and are usually not associated with symptoms. The authors report a 31-year-old man diagnosed with a huge insertional bone cyst connected to the femoral attachment of the posterior cruciate ligament in the knee joint, who obtained good results after curettage and bone cement filling.

A magnetic resonance imaging test was performed on a 56-year-old male patient, who visited with a one-month history of painless swelling at the popliteal area of the left knee. A popliteal cyst and non-calcified loose body in the cyst were identified. Synovial chondromatosis was diagnosed from a histology examination by excision and biopsy. This paper reports this case of extra-articular synovial chondromatosis of the knee with a review of the relevant literature.

Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) caused by pseudogout is an uncommon disease. The authors report a 65-year-old female who complained of sudden pain and neurological symptoms on her left hand. Surgical decompression was performed. In the histologic study, a calcium pyrophosphate dihydrate crystal deposit was confirmed. Her pain and neurological symptoms were relieved. Because CTS caused by pseudogout is rare, it is difficult to differentiate it from other diseases. This paper reports an uncommon case of CTS caused by pseudogout.

Calcium deposition disease, including calcific tendinitis, rarely affects the knee joint. Only a few cases can be found in the literatures and there is no case report of symptomatic calcific deposition arising from the posterior cruciate ligament in Korea. The authors encountered a case of symptomatic calcific deposition arising from the posterior cruciate ligament, which was excised arthroscopically and confirmed pathologically. This paper reports this case with a review of the relevant literature.
