소비자운동이 활발해지고 식품 환경 안전문제가 모든사람의 관심사로 됨에 따라 실험결과는 과학자 뿐만 아니라 언론ㆍ행정ㆍ정치가, 사법부 그리고 일반인 모두의 관심사가 되었고 그 실험결과는 행정조치나 입법판단에 중요한 역할을 담당하게 되었다. 전문가의 해석이 곧 국민생활에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 정책결정의 근간이 되기 때문에 전문가와 비전문가 사이에 지속적인 대화가 이뤄져야 하겠다.

The purposes of the present study were to analyze correlation of vote behavior and attitude and vote intention in the pre-survey, and to investigate the efficient method of predicting the voting result from the pre-surveys. The previous attitude is measured by the support for the candidate, political self-confidence, self-efficacy and opinion on present issues. The vote intention is surveyed by the past election participation and degree of election interest. Real voting behavior is surveyed by the post enumeration, and the pre-survey and both post-survey are conducted to the same person to analyze the correlation of voting behavior and pre-survey. The real election participation is highly correlated with vote intention, election interest and past election participation. Almost respondents did not change the supporting candidate from the poll survey to the election vote. It is shown that the voting behavior at election of the nonrespondent of pre-survey can be predicted with the demographic charater and attitude of present issues.

The organizational politics strengthened resistance to change. This study explores how the organizational political perception and fairness in split firms affect resistance to change. The analysis showed that the boss's and colleague's politics is minimized by its distributional fairness and procedural fairness. The organizational politics strengthened resistance to change. Additionally, mediating effects of fairness were analyzed. As a result, it was revealed that the perception of organized politics by bosses and that colleagues' perception of organizational politics affected resistance to change based on distributional fairness. However, it was shown that procedural fairness had no mediating roles between organizational politics and change resistance. There is a need to pay keen attention to distributional fairness to minimize the resistance to changes of organizational members at the split. If distributional fairness is not secure, Members will be a political behavior.

This paper focus on universal values and characteristics of populist parties of the Western Europe. Moreover, the causes of the European populist parties successful political activities in the European society, in which democracy is relatively established, quite stably, examined as well. Populist political activities based on simple speech are evidently unfair political actions mobilizing the unreasonable populace. populist politics is difficult to coexist with the modern Western European democracy.

We explore the issues on online political participation study in Korea compared with international one. More specifically, we characterize Korea's study trends as focusing on "who" is participating while international studies center on what the new "forms" of online political participation are. In other words, domestic studies try to show that online media play a role as a factor promoting bottom-up model of civic participation. Moreover, this function of online media is stimulated by the rapid growing of civic participation during democratization and citizens' deep disapproval of political institutions since then. However, previous studies are more interested in the expansion of participants, in particular, ordinary people. Therefore, the themes on conceptualizing and categorizing the online political participation seem to have been treated lightly. In this perspective, we need to view online political participation in a more multidimensional manner. In addition, we should pay attention to "those who do not participate" as well as "those who participate" in politics. Because the current media environment more tends to provoke citizens' political indifference than ever before. If it comes to that, we will be likely to face the circumstances worrying the democratic divide beyond the digital divide.

AI 특별대책위원장(새정치민주연합)인 김춘진 의원은 고창 부안군 출신 지역구 국회의원으로 사회적 약자와 농촌의 노인 문제에 남다른 관심을 가지고 노력해왔다. 특히 AI특별대책 위원장으로서 간담회를 개최하여 AI발생에 따른 대책마련을 위해 적극 나서고 있다. 지난 2월에는 AI예방 및 사후대책 마련을 위해 축산물위생법과 가축전염병 법률개정안을 발의하기도 하면서 현재까지 활동사항 및 AI확산방지 및 조기 종식을 위한 노력을 들어보았다.

'최선을 다하는 삶이 아름답다.' 결과도 중요하지만, 충실하게 엮어 가는 과정을 더욱 소중하게 생각하는 유종근 전라북도지사의 생활신조다. 경제학자이자 경제 행정가로서 국제적으로 이름을 날리던 유지사가 정치에 입문한 것은 군부독재에 맞서는 과정에서 자연스럽게 현실정책의 문제, 그리고 정치적인 문제까지 관심을 갖게되면서이다. 그래서 유지사는 도민과 함께 해 온 지난 5년여 동안, 도민의 소득 수준을 전국 상위권으로 향상시키고, 전라북도를 문화ㆍ환경ㆍ복지ㆍ관광 등 모든 분야에서 삶의 질이 앞서가는 퓽요로운 지역, 세계에서 가장 살기 좋은 지역으로 만들기위해 아름다운 최선을 다해 왔다. 도민과 하나된 힘으로 '새천년 새전북인' 운동을 내실있게 추진해 가겠다는 유지사의 확신과 자신감에 찬 모습에서 발전된 전북의 모습이 느껴져 왔다.

경계 및 접경지역 연구는 일찍이 근대지리학, 특히, 정치지리학의 시작과 함께 중요한 연구 주제였으며, 2차 대전 이후 전후 유럽의 재편과 함께 크게 각광을 받았고, 꾸준히 정치지리학의 주요한 주제였다. 1990년 이후 유럽 사회주의 국가의 물락 이후, 동서 냉전 체제의 해체는 전 세계적으로 수많은 접경지역의 변화를 가져왔다. 또한, 전 세계적으로 전면적인 전쟁의 위험이 사라진 대신 국지적인 전쟁에 의하여 국경분쟁이 자주 발생하여 접경지역에 대한 연구는 많은 관심을 불러 일으켰다. 특히 이스라엘과 팔레스타인간의 갈등 그리고 파키스탄과 인도간의 갈등. 러시아 연방내에서 러시아 정부와 체첸간의 갈등은 국경분쟁의 대표적인 예이다. As more people share their opinions in online communities, such as Internet portals and social networking services, more opinions are manipulated for the benefit of particular individuals and groups. In particular, when manipulations occur for political purposes, they influence election results as well as government policies and the quality of life. This type of manipulation has targeted the general public, and their analysis and detection has also focused on such manipulation. However, to more efficiently spread propaganda, recent manipulations have targeted common interest groups(e.g., a group of those interested in real estate) and propagated information whose content and style are customized to those groups. This work characterizes such manipulations on common interest groups and proposes method to detect manipulations. To this end, we collected and analyzed opinions posted on 10 common interest groups before and after an election. As a result, we found that manipulations on common interest groups indeed occurred and were gradually increasing toward the election date. We also proposed a detection system that examines individual opinions, their authors, and their collaborators. Using the collected opinions, we demonstrated that the proposed system can accurately classify more than 90% of manipulated opinions and that many of these opinions were posted by multiple collaborators. We believe that regular audits of opinions using the proposed system can quickly isolate manipulations and decrease their impact. Moreover, the proposed features can be used to identify manipulations in domains other than politics.
