지난여름 베트남 남부의 호치민시와 인근의 공장지대는 전례 없는 파업의 확산을 경험했다. 연구자가 만난 한국기업의 매니저들은 이를 "파업의 도미노 현상"으로 묘사했다. 호치민시 노동조합의 고위간부는 "도이머이(Doi Moi) 이후 노사관계에 가장 혼란스러운 변화가 일어나고 있다"라고 단언하기도 했다. 본 연구는 한국계 다국적 공장을 사례로 1) 최근 파업의 정치경제학적 배경은 무엇인지를 살펴본 다음, 2) 왜 어떤 공장은 최근의 파업의 소용돌이 속에서 상대적으로 안전했던 반면 다른 기업은 그렇지 못했는지, 3) 왜 어떤 공장은 파업의 과정에서 협상을 성공적으로 이끈 반면 다른 기업은 그렇지 못했는지, 4) 최근의 파업이 개별 다국적 공장의 체제에 어떤 사회적, 문화적, 정치적 영향을 미쳤는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구자는 연구목적을 위하여 호치민 인근과 동나이에 위치한 약 20여개의 공장을 방문하였으며 서로 다른 특징을 가지고 있는 3개의 섬유공장을 선별하여 현지연구를 실시하였다. 이 가운데 첫 번째 공장은 연구자가 90년대 말 현지연구를 실시하여 공장체제의 성격을 잘 알고 있는 다국적 공장이었다. 나머지 두 공장은 재정 상황과 정치과정의 특징이 첫 번째 공장과 대조될 뿐 아니라 서로 다른 공장이었다. 세 공장을 비교 연구함으로써 연구자는 다국적 공장의 재정적 혹은 경제적 상태가 노동쟁의의 성격을 만드는 주요한 조건이 되지만, 회사의 경제적 조건이 양호하고 경영진이 온정주의적 철학을 실천하고 있다고 해서 파업을 미연에 방지할 수 없다는 점을 보여주고자 하였다. 호치민 인근의 파업이 크게는 세계적인 경제위기, 작게는 회사의 재정상태에 영향을 받고 있지만 특정 공장에서 노동쟁의가 일어나는가의 여부는 이 공장의 정치과정과 레짐의 성격에 의해 좌우된다는 점을 밝히고자 했다. 특히 다국적 공장의 정치과정의 안정을 위해서는 '매개자' 역할을 하는 베트남 중간간부, 사무실 직원, 노조간부 등의 역할이 매우 중요하였다. 이들이 위계적으로 그리고 사회문화적으로 다른 외국인 경영진과 공장 노동자의 갈등을 어떻게 흡수하고 중재하는가에 따라 공장체제의 안정 여부가 달려 있었다. 이번 파업은 각각 다른 정치경제적 조건을 가진 여러 공장의 경영진과 노동자가 이러한 사실을 새삼 깨닫게 하는 계기로 작용했다.

본 연구는 Kingdon(1984)과 Howlett(2014) 모델을 결합한 수정모델을 적용하여 국제과학비즈니스벨트의 정책결정과정을 분석하였다. 그 과정에서 어떠한 사회 정치적 요인들이 영향을 미쳤는지에 대해 알아보고 향후, 국제과학비즈니스벨트 사업과 거대기초과학 정책 추진방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 구체적인 분석은 정책결정과정을 정책의재, 정책형성, 정책집행의 단계로 구분하고, 문제 과정 정책 정치의 흐름과 창, 정책선도자를 변수로 활용하였다. 분석결과, 정책결정과정에서 정치의 흐름과 정책선도자의 역할이 중요하게 작용하였고, 과학자 집단보다는 정치가들과 정부 관료자들이 주도적으로 참여하였으며 그 과정속에서 정치적 혼란을 겪으며 급진적으로 진행되었다는 점을 알 수 있었다.

This study is to carry out meta-analysis on doctoral dissertations which had been written after 2004 when the empirical analysis about digital politics had begun. This study aims to identify tendency of recent analysis. For this purpose, it classifies the research trends of digital politics as political participation, political process, political advertising and election campaigns, and examines the researcher's definition, framework of empirical analysis, and all the results. Moreover, the study systematically summarizes the research model, analysis unit, concept and its components in order to ensure availablity so that the information could be available for the further research.

This paper aims to examine the changes of Korean urban politics with regards to new urbanization under the trends of the globalization and regionalization in the 1990s. First, this study analyzes the various experiences of the developed countries, especially the United States of America, Great Britain and Germany in a view of urban development strategies since the 1970s, and secondly reviews and evaluates theoretical researches on the changing urban politics in the new urbanism. Finally this study suggests new approaches to explain the differentiating changes of urban politics and governance of Korean local and city states.

This study problematizes the youth‘s politico-cultural process of identification as becoming in the context of candle demonstration in Seoul, 2008. We examine their ethical subjectivity, communicative subjectivity and political subjectivity based on our analysis of depth interviews of teenage activists in the candle demonstrations. It is suggested that instead of naming the teens as the historical consequence of so-called 386 generation, or social product in the neo-liberal economic and educational conditions, we need to understand the complexities and dynamics of the youth’s practice of identity politics: subjective pain and anxiety in daily life, creation and sharing of pleasure and fun of peer group comunication are mixed into the pursuit of justice in their social activation of generation/gender politics.

Public disapproval of National Assembly is resulted not only from the structural peculiarity of its decision-making process, but from the gap between public expectation of the National Assembly and its performance. While Korean electorate, being interested in politics with relatively high level of political efficacy, hold higher expectation from politics, the National Assembly fails to satisfy public expectation. In particular, irresponsible behaviors of representatives and the crippled operation of the National assembly are responsible for the low level of public trust to it. Institutional reform and individual efforts of representatives are necessary to promote public trust toward the National Assembly.

This research analysis politic knowledge, politic awareness and politic socialization medium which influenced forming politic awareness for high school students. This purpose is that we find politic awareness of teenagers and how we teach politic education for teenagers effectively. After analysis, we found that awareness formed through home, school, colleague group and mess media influence teenagers to make their important factor of forming politic and administration and awareness level of politic and administration.

이 연구는 간호사의 보건정책과 정치에 대한 미래지도력을 향상시키기 위한 방법으로써 한국의 4년제 간호학과에서 가르쳐야할 보건정책과목을 상세하게 제시한다. 새로운 보건정책과목 개설을 위한 기초작업으로써, 미국 간호사들의 정치와 정책참여에 대한 사례를 열거하고 어떻게 간호사들이 정책에 참여하고 영향력을 발휘 했는지를 서술한다. 특히 Oregon plan과 지역사회 중심으로 형성된 연합체제와 간호정책 분석가의 역할이 소개된다. 간호사들의 사회 정치 진출의 한 방법으로써 간호교육에서의 보건정책과목의 필요성과 중요성이 언급되며, 미국의 4년제 간호대학 학부과정, 석사과정, 박사과정에서 가르쳐지는 보건정책 과목이 소개된다. 간호정책 전문가로써의 등용문으로 알려 진 Robert Wood Johnson Health Policy Internship과 Fellowship이 소개한다. 미국간호사들의 보건정책 참여방법과 현재 가르쳐지는 보건정책과목의 장점을 토대로 하여 우리의 실정에 맞는 간호학생을 위한 보건정책 과목이 제시되어진다. 보건정책과목의 목적과 내용이 자세히 서술되어지고 역동적인 실습과정이 소개되어진다. 또한 학과목으로 정착되기 위해서 필요한 새로운 전략이 서술되어 진다.
