In the traditional telephone services, the settlement method for usage of facilities has been systematically and reasonably arranged based on the cost. Through the advanced technology, the telecommunication services such as the convergence of voice-data, wire-wireless, communication-broadcasting, etc are offering. So, new settlement method in the broadband convergence network (BCN) should be necessary. This paper suggests inter-companies settlement method in the broadband network using interconnection bandwidth and transmission distance factor. By reflecting the facility cost weight on each BCN level, the cost settlement for various services can be easily done. As the settlement model for BCN, the inter-companies interconnection and settlement can be normalized by interconnection bandwidth and transmission distance factors.

계란으로 인한 살모넬라 식중독은 전 세계적으로 문제가 대두되고 있으며, 이를 해결하기 위하여 세계 각국은 대책을 강구하고 있다. 영국에서는 일찍이 라이언스 퀄리티 시스템을 도입하여 품질 보증된 안전한 계란을 생산하는 시스템을 구축하였으며, 미국과 일본 등도 각고의 노력을 기울이고 있지만, 아직 우리는 필요성만 인지하고 있을 뿐 구체적 대안을 제시하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 열악한 환경에서 강한 면역체계를 갖춘 30대 이상의 건강한 사람의 경우는, 현재와 같은 시스템으로도 별반 문제가 없다 하더라도, 면역력이 떨어진 고령자나 어린이 등에게 있어서는 향후 치명적인 결과를 초래하여, 양계산업 기반이 흔들릴 소지가 있으므로, 미리 이에 대한 대비책을 강구하여야 한다. 이를 위해 도입된 시스템이 HACCP 시스템이다. 양계의 특성상 완전히 무균화된 생산 공정을 요구 할 수는 없다. 하지만 이의 목적은 단 하나다. 최종 소비자에게 이르렀을때는 안전한 계란이 되어야 한다는 것이다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위해서 사람, 설비, 방법 등을 어떻게 할 것이며 관리 감독할 것인가 절차를 명문화하고 이를 준수하고 개선하고 시정 조취를 취하느냐 하는 것을 표준화 한 시스템이다. 각론에서는 실행에 여러 어려움이 있겠지만, 안전한 계란을 생산하기 위한 목적을 달성하는 최적의 방법을 찾아가는 것이라 할 수 있으며, 이런 명제 하에 HACCP를 도입한다고 할 수 있으며, 이에 조금이라도 일조 하고자 IPPS JAPAN 2001에 소개된 농장에서 식탁 까지를 기본으로 한 양계장 에서의 HACCP 방식 이란 논문을 번역하게 되었다. 아직 양계 분야에서 어떻게 도입해야 할지 막막한 상황이므로 좋은 참고가 되었으면 하는 바램이며, 지면관계상 세심한 부분까지 거론되지 않은 부분도 있을 수 있으나 이를 실행함에 있어서 상호 충분한 토의를 거쳐 제도로 정착될 수 있도록 업계 여러분과 이에 대해 많은 협의를 할 수 있었으면 한다.

On-Line Lectures are becoming more common due to the MOOK service and the expansion of national policy in Korea. Especially, It is being changed to new remote mixed style from traditional lecture in universities. We propose and implement a remote contents making tool with audio synchronization function based on more with less resources. To implement our proposed algorithm, we design an interactive interface to assign multiple cutting intervals and convert an input video to print a new result. In experimental, we can confirm our algorithm works properly with average performance value 9.3% cpu share ratio and 87mega byte ram usage(CPU 2.60GHz, 820*600 Area).

This study aims to explore how to establish any foundation of the value of the unification of the Korean Peninsula in multicultural society of Korea. Its main issue is related to Korean identity of a nation and its shared value among the mulitcultural members, in particular, of North Koreans including defectors, foreign workers, and immigrants of international marriage and their children. For this study, I would utilize a given research of the application of two concepts of culture to multicultural levels by criticizing its limit; as an alternative, furthermore, I would pay attention to the possibility of the concept of emotion in multicultural members. A short feature in a given study of two conceptions of culture in a multicultural society is as follows: the first is to regard it as the patterns of meanings and symbols, which is very useful to understand others or other culture; secondly, to see it as the lasting process of perfection in human life, which makes us recognize ourselves as a member, so to speak, identity. In application it to Korean muliticultural members, however, there are crucial and complicated problems according to the cases of their lives. For North Koreans, firstly, they tend to get the conception of Korean identity in terms of ideological policies and education of North Korean government. This means that they have a strong hatred towards the word multiculture, in the level of recognizing the self-culture. Secondly, North Korean defectors also have the recognition of the self-culture, but their serious problem is discriminative treatments by South Korean in terms of socio-economics, in the process of their settlement. Thirdly, parents and their children in multicultural family can have their identity as Korean. In parents, however, the level is double that they can have both identities of Korean as well as of their countries. The foundation, therefore, of the value of the unification in the Korean Peninsula is closely related to the issue of identity as Korean. To recognize it, it is possible only to consider and reflect all members' lives by applying the dual conceptions of culture to their multicultural lives. That is not of outer system, but of inner, relational and cultural emotion, which enables them to share their common value of unification.

Beam String Structure is a structure system that is composed with beam, strut and string, and the structural capacity of this structure system is enhanced by introducing prestress force in string and controling the stress and deformation of beam. Researching on the established studies and examples, character and composition methods of Beam String Structure was investigated. At the result, It was examined that the design elements of the system are shape and rise of beam, sag of string, plan arrangement and the composition and number of strut, in addition, detailed composition methods of the design elements were represented. Also, it was showed that the method to form the individual mechanism against additional load can be employed in order to reduce stress of Beam String Structure under the heavy additional load.

군사적인 공격을 하지 않는다는 약속과 함께 핵무기와 미사일을 개발하지 않는 조건으로 원전을 통한 전력 생산에 도움을 주겠다고 약속하는 것이 북한이 이웃나라에 대한 핵 위협을 중단할 수 있는 명분을 제공하고, 미사일이나 그 밖에 교역이 금지된 군수품의 수출을 중단하는 데 대한 확실한 보상책이 될 수 있을 것이다. 건설적 개입이야말로 한반도에 평화를 정착시키고 나아가 북한 인민들에게 자유를 가져다주는 데 결정적인 정책이다. 트럼프 대통령에게는 북한과 'Atoms for Peace' 협상의 물꼬를 트는 과정에서 핵전쟁의 위협을 줄임으로써 인류애를 실현시킬 수도 있는 기회가 있다. CIA는 현재 30개 이상의 나라가 핵무기를 개발할 수 있는 기술적인 능력을 보유하고 있다고 추정하고 있는데, 그 가운데 단지 9개 나라만 핵무기를 개발할 수 있게 허용되어 있다. 요컨대 70년이 넘는 세월 동안 핵능력을 보유한 나라들이 핵무기를 실전에 사용하지 않는 데 성공한 것이다. 따라서 지금 우리에게 가장 필요한 것은 'Atoms for Peace'라는 정책 비전을 한반도 문제의 해결 방식에 적용하는 한편 계속 확대시켜 나가는 것이다.

기업의 웹사이트가 비즈니스의 중요한 부분으로 정착되면서 급격히 증가한 웹사이트의 컨텐트를 관리하기 위한 CMS의 필요성이 급증하였다. 그러나 CMS의 출판은 기존의 출판 방식과 비교하여 추가적인 처리과정으로 인한 성능 저하의 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 XML 기반 CMS의 효율적인 동적 웹 컨텐트 출판을 지원하기 위하여 XML 기반의 CMS의 출판에서 필요한 컨텐트 저장소로부터 XML 객체의 추출과 XSLT를 이용한 HTML 변환의 추가적인 처리과정을 전처리하여 컨텐트 컴포넌트를 생성 및 캐싱함으로써 효율적인 출판을 지원하고, 동적 컨텐트 캐싱의 효율성을 높이기 위하여 URL 패턴을 이용한 페이지와 컴포넌트의 그룹화 관리를 지원하는 출판 시스템을 설계하였다.

산지생태축산은 환경 친화적인 순환형의 생산방식으로 안전하고 맛있는 유기식품 등 많은 장점이 있어, 과소화, 황폐화가 진행되는 중산간지역을 활성화시키기 위한 기폭제로서 많은 기대를 받고 있다. 그러나 앞에서 기술한 바와 같이 기술적 문제에 더해 사회적, 경제적인 많은 저해 요인이 산지생태축산의 보급과 정착을 방해하고 있다. 이와 같은 과제를 극복하기 위해서는 생산자 혹은 관계단체의 노력에는 한계가 있으니 국가와 지역행정의 지원이 강화되어야 하는 것은 물론 지역주민과 소비자를 끌어들인 종합적인 지원책에 대해 검토할 필요가 있다. 산지생태축산은 21세기의 한국축산에 확고한 지위를 차지한 농법으로 중산간지역 농업의 견인차가 될 농법이다. 산지생태축산을 활성화 하기 위해서는 실효성 있는 지원책을 과감히 강구하며 다양한 제약을 극복할 방안 역시 선구적으로 마련해야 한다. 기존의 제도가 시대적으로 뒤쳐진다는 결함이 있었다면 이것을 감수해가면서 극복하는 것이 아니라 제도 개선을 하는 일이 더 중요하다. 국가나 도단위의 지역은 종래의 발상을 넘은 지역의 대처에 제동을 거는 일 없이 오히려 선구적인 시읍면의 활동을 전력으로 지원하는 자세를 가져야 한다. 그래야만 새로운 식품 농업 농촌을 고려한 창조적 농정의 실현으로 진정한 6차산업을 구현할 수 있다.

기저부하조성 및 부하율 망상을 위한 심야 전력요금제도의 정착으로 최근 심야전력축열기기의 보급이 활성화되고 있다. 그러나 모든 심야전력축열기기들이 심야요금개시시간대인 22:00경에 동시에 가동됨에 따라 23:00경에 심야전력 부하가 최대에 이르러 전력피크가 발생하여 한전의 수요관리에 어려움을 주고 있다. 따라서 이 피크 부하를 심야전력 공급시간대의 저부하 시간대로 분산시킬 수 있는 심야전력기기 공급시간제어장치가 필요하게 되었으며, 이미 축열식전기보일러와 축열식 전기온수기에는 개발 보급되고 있는 실정이다. 이 논문에서는 다른 심야전력축열기기와는 달리 자연방열의 바닥축열난방방식인 축열식전기온돌의 공급시간자동제어장치 알고리즘을 실증실험을 통해서 검증하였다.
