Web 2.0 패러다임이 공간정보 처리분야에서 정착되면서 국내외에서 웹 기반의 다양한 공간정보 콘텐츠 서비스가 개발되고 활용되고 있다. 또한 새로운 기술발전 추세에 따라 다양한 공간정보를 효과적으로 처리하기 위한 사용자 중심의 인터페이스 개발도 중요한 연구 주제로 간주되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 KML과 같이 제한적인 웹 표준 공간정보 자료 구조를 주로 다루는 클라이언트 기반의 Web 2.0 웹 컴퓨팅 기법을 보다 확장하여 미들웨어와 연동시키는 계층적 웹 서비스 구조를 설계하고 이를 기반으로 시험구현을 하고자 한다. 본 연구에 적용된 미들웨어는 공개 소스로 제공되는 Deegree를 적용하였으며 클라이언트 모듈 처리는 Google Maps API에서 제공되는 기만 클래스를 채택하였다. 공개 소스 및 공개 API을 적용한 웹 GIS 개발은 시스템 확장성이나 추가 개발에 대한 접근이 용이하므로 수요자의 요구 사항에 즉시 대응할 수 있다는 주요 장점이 있고 본 연구 결과에서도 이러한 점을 강조하고자 한다. 또한 본 연구의 결과인 Geo-Browser는 OQC의 다양한 GIS 국제 표준을 바로 지원하므로 사용자가 기존에 사용하고 있는 GIS 엔진이나 응용 프로그램과도 연동이 가능한 구조로 설계하였다.

최근 일련의 대형 해양사고로 인하여 해양안전에 대한 국민적 관심이 지속적으로 높아지면서 선사의 사회적 책임이 강조되는 시기이다. 해양수산 CEO 대상 해양안전리더 교육은 선박소유자 등 선사 경영층의 안전의식 내재화를 통한 업계의 안전문화 정착을 도모하기 위해 실시되고 있으며, 2015년부터 시작하여 현재까지 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 교육 수료자를 대상으로 실시된 만족도 조사를 바탕으로 교육 프로그램 개선 및 진행 방식에 개선 방안을 제시하였다.

국제수로기구는 해양정보 교환을 위한 제품표준 개발 지원을 위해 S-100 개발하고 현재 그 버전으로 5판으로 개정 하였다. 항로표지 정보는 항행경보와 항로표지 상태정보로 제공되는데, 국제수로기구는 해사안전정보(MSI)의 디지털 데이터 제작 및 교환 위해 S-124 개발되었고, 국제항로표협회는 S-201 항로표지 정보표준 개발을 완료하고, S-125 항로표지 상태정보 표준개발 진행 중이다. IALA/IHO는 S-100/S-200 개발 공동워크숍을 개최하고, S-125 항로표지 정보서비스에 대한 시연 및 워크숍 필요성 강조하였다. 본 연구는 항로표지 정보 서비스를 싱가포르 MPA와 협력하여 시험 시나리오 및 검증 계획을 수립하였다. S-124, S-125 기반의 정보 제공 서비스 및 선박 내비게이션을 통한 검증을 진행할 계획이며, 검증 결과는 IALA, IHO 회의로 보고할 계획이다. 항로표지 정보서비스 시험 결과는 관련 국제표준 개발에 기여하고, 항해환경에 해당 서비스 정착하는데 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

This study aims to look into factors which exert an important effect on the formation of cooperative employer-employee management systems of enterprises and finally to suggest an alternative for establishing the future's union-management relations. To accomplish the purpose, this research find each of important factors of the formation of cooperative employer-employee management systems through a theoretical consideration of those factors. The importance and priority order of the factors were systematized by the AHP analysis. The analysis showed the following two things. First of all, the management expecting the employees should be strengthened. Then, the establishment of transparent management and union-management systems sharing the enterprise's vision and values play important roles in the formation cooperative employer-employee management systems. In conclusion, this study provided alternative for establishing the future's union-management relations, based on the analysis results.

The purpose of this study is to develop and apply materials to teach about reflection of light by peer instruction. These which consist of both hands-on experiments and ConcepTests based on students' preconceptions found in previous researches are inducing active interaction between peers during instruction. Data from 29 university students were rate of correct answer of pre and post tests, results of conceptests before and after peer discussion, homework for strengthening their conceptual changes, and RTOP result for analysis of learners' perception about this method. Learners' preconceptions on reflection of light and position of image are changed effectively into scientific concepts. And they evaluate this teaching method helps conceptual understanding and interaction of an instructor and learners.

Recently the demand for civil bodyguards and security guards shows rapid growth. However the supply and training system have some limitations. Educational and training systems for civil body and security guards are in the basic level and private organizations trained the professional work force. University level training started recently. To protect individual life and property, body and security guards have to be trained professionally. For it the role of professional training organizations is emphasized. The purpose of this article is to analyse current situation of civil body and security guard training industry and to seek an educational model. For it, the following questions will be examined. ${\cdot}$ Do the professional training organizations meet social demand for the body and security guards? ${\cdot}$ What kind of training has to be provided for the body and security guards? ${\cdot}$ What tare the qualifications of the trainers? ${\cdot}$ What are the differences in training courses between private organizations and universities? ${\cdot}$ Is there any differences in the job placement among the trainees of private organizations and universities? In summary to meet the social demand common curriculum for the body and security guard will be drawn from the analyses of diverse training organizations with different training courses in contents, training periods, educational value, and social aim.

Recently the private security industry is showing rapid growth compared with the different types of industry. However, it is not prepared the device for the system to verify the professional qualification of the security guards. To protect individual life and property, body and security guards have to be qualified professionally. For it the role of professional qualification systems is emphasized. The problem of the certification of the qualification about the security guard to play the role to protect a body / life of the individual and property are the part to need necessarily as the quality problem of the individual and the trust of the people. The settlement of the qualification system which is such system can induce the development of the security industry with social trust. The certified security certification is needed and how to control the security quality to get better service to the clients. The professional qualification system to be carrying out with America and Japan is fixed through the cooperation of the business world and steady research for the qualification system plan, these are giving the trial of the qualification system of a security of Korea full of the suggestion. This study will do this to the basis which a necessity about the qualification system of the security man emphasis and considerate professional qualification system concerning the private security development plan around the Bodyguard Qualifying Examination which are carried out at twice by the Korea Security Association and the Korean Institute of Security. In summary to meet the social demand professional qualification for the security guards will be drawn from the analyses of civil security qualification systems.

The web is a new information environment, which has different characteristics from a traditional IR environment. Needed are more research from a new point of view as well as the adoption of a new research paradigm in order to understand a user-system interaction on the web. The purpose of this study is to review and analyze models of web-based information seeking behavior, which Wang, Hawk ＆ Tenopir, Hsieh-Yee, Choo, Detlor ＆ Turnbull, Chun ＆ Cooper, Rieh, and Spink proposed. The comparative analysis indicates that web-based information seeking models are categorized into three area: interaction model, information seeking behavior model, and evaluation model, and that they are based on a multifaceted interaction and a nonlinear perspective.

딥테크, 딥사이언스 창업의 중요성이 강조되고 있는 현재, 연구자원이 풍부하고 대형기술·기초연구에 특화된 정부출연연구기관의 연구원 창업에 주목할 필요가 있다. 그간 연구원 창업은 정출연의 연구생산성 제고를 위한 기술사업화 방식 중 하나로 여겨져왔으나, 발생 시점에서 기술료 등의 대가를 수신하는 실시권 허여(라이센싱)와는 달리 아직 연구원을 포함한 지원기관에 대한 대가 수신이 제도화 되어 있지 않고 기업의 시장진입과 정착이 창업가의 역량에 크게 의존하는 특성으로 인해 아직 많은 정출연이 창업기업의 보육에 소극적이며, 단순 창업 승인 및 초기 보육 수준에 머무르고 있다. 대다수(92%)의 정출연이 창업 관리 규정을 보유한 것에 비해 아직도 절반에 가까운(44%) 정출연이 누적 연구원 창업기업 수가 10개 미만일 정도로 아직 양적, 질적 성장을 이루지 못한 현실에서, 적극적인 연구원 창업 활성화 방안을 모색하기 위해서는 우선 현황 파악과 더불어 벤치마킹이 가능한 사례 탐색이 필요할 것으로 여겨진다. 본 연구에서는 창업 및 출자관리규정이 신설된 1990년 이래 다수의 창업기업을 탄생시켰으며, 현재 연구원 창업기업 중 33.2%의 비중을 차지하고 있는 한국전자통신연구원(ETRI)의 사례를 통해 단순 창업승인에서 예비창업가 역량 강화 및 인큐베이팅으로 이어지는 연구원 창업지원 프로그램의 역사를 살펴보고, 파급력이 높은 고성장 스타기업을 탄생시키기 위해 시도되고 있는 ETRI 창업지원 플랫폼과 앞으로 정출연 창업지원 프로그램이 나아가야 할 방향에 대해 살펴보았다.

Rather than an abstract discourse, the purpose of this study is to outline the core concepts in the 2015 revised curriculum as a concrete teaching and learning method in the school context. We interviewed eight secondary science teachers and reported their perceptions and perspectives on core concepts using a backward design model based on the cyclical process of the platform, deliberation, and design for developing teaching and learning materials to understand core concepts. The participants perceived these core concepts differently, such as big ideas corresponding to the ultimate principle, minimum science concepts required for daily life, and primary and significant key concepts. In addition, this affects the association of teaching and learning. When core concepts are understood as transferable and expandable big ideas, there is a tendency to focus on the relationship between concepts and design project learning in a specific direction. However, if core concepts are identified as minimum science concepts at the level of science literacy, that can be recalled within the context of life, there is a tendency to emphasize on activities that make a meaningful difference to the lives of students with focus on case studies that are relevant to everyday life. Once core concepts are identified as key scientific content elements, such as basic or significant concepts, teachers recognize that it is essential to emphasize concept changes by correcting misconceptions, acquiring accurate scientific knowledge, and developing problem-solving items through paper-and-pencil evaluation. As the 2015 revised curriculum is finalized and the 2022 revised curriculum is scheduled for release, effective policy support is required to ensure that the curriculum is revised, which emphasizes the purpose of big ideas by naming core concepts as core ideas, to be stably implemented in schools.
