As a multicultural society, is it right to adhere to the prevention principle of permanent migration of migrant workers? We need to try to do a little more calm consideration on the prevention principle for permanent migration rather than in terms of human right and emotional aspect. Even though there is a suggestion that we need to decrease the proportion of 3D Jobs by improving industrial demand, migrant workers can be an alternative in that we need a solution unless we can be freed from 3D Jobs. The prevention principle for permanent migration not only is against the trend of multicultural society but also blocks the opportunity for migrant workers to share their skills and knowledge taught in our country. In addition, with the society aging, that the permanent migration of migrant workers can be proper channels to supply young labor force should be kept in mind. In addition to this practical aspect, considering that all human beings are equal and with dignity and unequal conditions that migrant workers undergo require empathetic viewpoint, the prevention principle should be amended.

우리 정부는 해외진출 기업의 국제 경쟁력 강화 및 해운 물류기업의 해외진출 지원 강화 등을 통한 글로벌 물류강국 실현을 목표로 하고 있다. 이러한 정책목표 실현을 위해서는 젊고 유능한 청년 국제물류 인력양성과 함께 그들의 해외진출 정주지원사업 추진의 필요성이 높다. 본 연구는 국내 청년 물류인력의 해외진출 지원을 위한 기업과 청년들의 인식 조사 분석 및 K-MOVE 사업의 고도화 및 확대 방안으로서 베트남을 대상으로 한 정주지원사업을 구상하였다.

어촌은 바다, 섬, 자연경관, 해양레저, 수산자원 등의 다양한 해양 관광자원을 보유하고 있어 성장 잠재력이 풍부하나, 이를 통해 성장할 수 있는 기본적 인프라 및 콘텐츠가 절대적으로 부족한 실정이다. 또한 수산업 침체와 어촌인구 감소 및 고령화로 어촌 공동화 현상이 심화되고 있으며, 정주환경 저하 등 삶의 질 전반에 걸쳐 낙후된 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 어촌마을의 자원활용과 자원 간의 연계를 촉진시킴과 동시에 정주기능, 생산기능의 활성화를 도모할 수 있는 소득증대 방안을 마련하고자 함

산양의 발정주기의 생리와 조절에 관한 최근 연구 보고들과 한국 재래산양의 대한 이들 연구 결과를 모아 고찰하였다. 온대지역에서 산양의 번식계절은 분명하나 한국재래산양의 경우는 비번식계절이 비교적 짧거나 계절적 무발정율이 낮은 편이며, 비번식계절에는 기능적 황체가 유지되지 않는다. 한국재래산양의 발정주기와 발정지속기간은 타품종과 비슷하며, 발정지속기간의 반복력은 매우 낮으며, 발정주기중의 progesterone과 estradiol-17$\beta$의 소장을 규명하였다. 한국재래산양의 경우 황체기에 PGF2 1-3mg을 투여하면 항체퇴행을 유기할 수 있으나 주기중의 투여시기에 따라 투여후 발정개시 시간에 차이가 있었다. 그리고 pro-gesterone priming후 PGF$\alpha$를 투여함으로써 효과적인 발정동기화를 이룰 수 있었다. 분만후 1개월경과 유상후 12일경에 발정이 재귀되었으며, 첫 발정 후 80%의 산양에서 5-7일의 단발정주기를 나타냈으며, 대부분의 과배란유기 산양에서도 단발정주기를 나타냈는데 이는 황체의 조기퇴행 때문이었다. 초발정후 3-5일에 GnRH를 연속 주사하면 단발정주기의 발생율이 유의적으로 감소되었다.

The article is to investigate selection of Korean cuisine restaurants and levels of acculturation for foreigner living in Korea and to suggest some guidelines for drawing them and enlargement in consuming market. Out of 250 questionnaires, 220 questionnaires were used for data analysis. The findings are showed visiting for taking experience other culture and learning technology & training, not knowing well much about Korean culture, and eating experience Korean food on 30.5%, less than 2 years length in Korea. And the most difficult points are showed unclear communication, rude behavior, attitude, and language in living Korea. Second, the purpose of visiting restaurant is to spend good time with friends and to eat out special food, then foreigners usually have lunch & dinner Korean food, their own food on weekend. Third, 'service' and 'sanitation & cleanness' factors were ranked highly for foreigners living less than 2 years, but 'location' factor was ranked highly for residents living more than 4 years in the Korea. Last, foreigners living less than 2 years recognized highly on 'identification and Korea culture' in the Korea.

재다중화기는 여러 개의 TS를 입력으로 받은 후 다중화하여 출력하는 시스템이다. 이를 위해서는 PSI 재구성 및 PID 재배열 등의 과정을 거친 후 T-STD 모델에 맞게 다중화하고, PCR 수정하여 전송하는 기능이 필요하다. 재다중화기는 부가적으로 MPEG 스트림을 끊어 잇는 스플라이싱 기능과 PSI와 PSIP의 상호 연계를 위해 PSIP 데이터를 처리할 수 있는 기능을 갖출 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 TS 다중화를 위한 기본 기능과 함께 스플라이싱 및 PSIP 스트리밍 등의 보조 기능을 수용할 수 있는 재다중화기의 구조를 제안한다.
