  • This paper has been studied the parallel resonant inverter which controlling the constant power and tracking the load resonant frequency with PLL is possible, in order to minimize switching losses. The current-fed full-bridge type parallel resonant inverter of an induction heating system was composed of IGBT in switching device. For regulating the output power of an induction heating system, the Fuzzy controller is used. The Fuzzy controller makes the control signal for a stable power regulating control and when reference is changed, it is superior to adaptability. It has been evaluated a stable behavior for a noise with switching and a load disturbance.

  • This paper describes a Phase-Shift Pulse Modulation(PSPM) and Frequency Trad이ng Pulse Modulation(FTPM) s series resonant high-frequency inverter using IGBT for the power control of high-frequency induction heating u using Neuro-Fuzzy, which is practically applied for 20kHz~500kHz induction-heating and melting power supply in i indust껴aJ fields. The adaptive frequency tracking based on the PSPM(phase-shifting pulse modulation) r regulation scherne is presented in or$\tau$ler to l11lmmlZe svvitching losses. The trially-produced breadboards using N Neuro Fuzzy controller are successfully demonstrated cUld cliscussed.

Implementation of Ladder Type SAW Filters for Mobile Communication (이동통신 시스템을 위한 사다리형 표면탄성파 필터의 구현)

  • In this paper, we designed a highly suppressed sidelobe ladder type RF SAW bandpass filter based on 1-port resonator, for 800 MHz mobile communication system. In order to get the highest device characteristics, we optimized some important parameters such as the electrode thickness, electrode lambda weghting of the reflectors, and static capacitance ratio. Furthermore, we fabricated the Tx and Rx. filter using optimized parameters. Implemented filters can be used in 800 MHz mobile communication system and external impedance matching circuits are not needed. RF filter was fabricated on 36$^{\circ}$LiTaO$_3$ substrates with Al-Cu (W 3 %)and mounted 3.8mm$\times$3.8mm$\times$1.5mm SMD package. Developed filters has 2.3 dB insertion loss in the 25 MHz pass-band, 33MHz with 3-dB insertion loss, stop-band rejection of 30 dB, passband ripple is less than 0.5 The power durability of the filters measured about 3.5W and the maximum temperature variation within -2$0^{\circ}C$~8$0^{\circ}C$ was 0.09 dB/$^{\circ}C$ of 3-dB insertion loss.

The high Efficiency Ballast for MHD Lamp with a Frequency Controlled Synchronous Rectifier (주파수 가변 동기 정류기를 이용한 고효율 MHD 램프 안정기)

  • In this paper, in order to develop a simple and high efficient ballast without an external ignitor, a half-bridge type ballast with a coupled inductor and a frequency controlled synchronous rectifier is proposed. The Internal LC resonance of the buck converter is used to generate a high voltage pulse for the ignition, and the coupled inductor filter is used for steady state ripple cancellation. Also, a synchronous buck converter is applied for the DC/DC converter stage. In order to improve the efficiency of the ballast, a frequency control method is proposed. This scheme reduces a circulation current and trun off loss of the MOSFET switch on the constant power operation, which results in increase of the efficiency of the ballast system about 4$\%$, compared to a fixed frequency control. It consists a 2-stage version ballast with a PFC circuit. The results are verified nth hardware experiments.

  • 고전압 펄스파워를 이용한 장치들이 환경설비 및 군용기술 등 여러 분야에서 적용되고 있다. 이들 장치는 고전압전원장치가 필수적이다. 고전압 전원 장치는 소형이면서 높은 반복 율로 재충전이 가능하고 안정성 있는 운전이 요구되어진다. 개발된 전원장치는 펄스발생기의 에너지 저장 캐패시터를 50 kV까지 층전할 수 있고 다수의 병렬운전이 가능한 정전류 전원장치이다. 본 전원장치는 200 nF 캐패시터를 6.48 ms이내에 50 kV까지 충전할 수 있도록 설계되어있다. 본 논문에서는 직렬공진에 의해 35 kW, 50 kV의 고전압을 만드는 전원장치의 동작시험에 대한 결과를 보이고자 한다.
