  • 지금까지 대부분의 물류시스템은 생산자에서 최종 소비자에 이르는 생산물품의 수${\cdot}$배송에만 집중되어 왔으나, 최근 산업계에서는 기존의 수송시스템에 역방향 물류시스템을 통합하려는 시도가 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 배달화물과 수거화물이 혼합 적재되는 차량경로문제를 제안하고 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 유전알고리듬을 적용한 해법을 제시한다. 배달과 수거의 혼합적재를 허용함에 따라 고객지점에서는 적재된 혼합화물을 재배치하는 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 이 때 소요되는 적재화물의 재배치시간은 직관적인 수식으로 표현하였다. 유전알고리듬 개발과정에서 여러 가지 교차 연산자와 돌연변이 연산자들을 새롭게 고안하였다. 제안된 유전알고리듬 해법의 성능평가를 위하여 유사한 차량경로문제를 다루는 최신 알고리듬과 비교 계산실험을 수행하였다. 다양한 문제를 구성하여 실험한 결과, 제안된 유전알고리듬해법의 효과성이 입증되었다.

Four-week Repeated Oral Dose Toxicity Study of A New Hepatotherapeutic Agent GODEX (HEPADIF-S) in Rats (새로운 간질환치료제(고덱스: 헤파디프에스)의 랫드에 대한 4주반복투여 경구독성시험)

  • This study was designed to evaluate a repeated oral dose toxicity of a new hepatotherapeutic agent GODEX in Sprague-Dawley rats. Male and female rats were orally administered with dosages of 500, 100, 20, and 0 /kg/day of GODEX daily for 4 weeks, respectively. There were no dose-related changes in clinical signs, body weight changes, food and water consumption, opthalmoscopy, organ weights, urine analysis, biochemical examination, and hematological findings of all animals treated with GODEX. Gross and histopathological findings revealed no evidence of specific toxicity related to GODEX. These indicate that GODEX may have no side effects and its oral maximum tolerated dose value may be over 500 mg/kg in rats.

  • Most industrial logistic systems have focused on carrying products from manufacturers or distribution centers to customers. In recent years, they are faced with the problem of integrating reverse flows into their transportation systems. In this paper, we address the vehicle routing problems with mixed delivery and pick-up(VRPMDP). Mixed operation of delivery and pick-up during a vehicle tour requires rearrangement of the goods on board. The VRPMDP considers the reshuffling time of goods at customers, hard time windows, and split operation of delivery and pick-up. We construct a mixed integer mathematical model and propose a new genetic algorithm named GAMP for VRPMDP. Computational experiments on various types of test problems are performed to evaluate GAMP against the modified Dethloff's algorithm. The results show that GAMP reduces the total vehicle operation time by 5.9% on average, but takes about six times longer computation time.

  • This study was performed to evaluate an single dose oral toxicity of a new hepatotherapeutic agent GODEX (HEPADIF-S) in Sprague-Dawley rats. Male and female rats were administered dosages of 5, 2.5, 1.25 ,0.625, 0.3125, and 0 g/kg B.W. of GODEX, respectively. After single oral administration of GODEX to rats, we observed them daily for 2 weeks. GODEX slid not induce any toxic signs in the mortalities, clinical signs, body weight changes, and gross necropsy findings of rats. Based on these results, it is concluded that GODEX may have no side effect and its LD$_{50}$ value may be over 5 g/kg B.W, in rats.s.

Effectiveness of Bacterial Filter in Continuous Epidural Block (지속적 경막외차단시 세균여과기의 효과에 관한 연구)

  • Background: Continuous epidural block is widely used for surgical operation and postoperative pain management. The potential infection due to the epidural catheter is a definite harzard of continous epidural block. We investigated the effectiveness of bacterial filter in prevention of infection due to the epidural catheter. Methods: Patients scheduled for transabdominal hysterectomy were assigned to two groups by simple randomization (50 patients per group). All catheters were placed in the 2nd and 3rd lumbar epidural space, using careful sterile technique. Group 1 received injections by the epidural catheter with a bacterial filter and group 2 received injections by the epidural catheter without a bacterial filter. The infection rate in the tips of epidural catheter left for 3 days were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in the infection rate between two groups. Conclusions: A bacterial filter of the epidural catheter for surgical anesthesia and postoperative analgesia dose not prevent all kinds of infection in continuous epidural block.

Prediction and Field Measurement on Behaviour of Soft Clay during Deep Excavation (연약점성토지반에서의 깊은굴착에 따른 지반거동의 예측과 현장계측)

  • When deep excavation adjacent to an existing structure is performed, it is very important to minimize damage on the structure through the prediction of ground movement. In this paper, finite element analysis was performed to predict the ground movement, based on the data from site investigation and laboratory tests, when deep excavation close to a buried water tank was carried out in soft clay ground. The movement and stabilities of the soil-cement wall(SCW) and the adjacent structure were checked using the results of the analysis and the field measurement. The comparison between the measured and the predicted ground movements showed the significance of the excavation procedure and lowering of water level in the analytical model. In the future, it is needed to improve the prediction method for better estimation of the ground movement.

  • This study was performed to evaluate single and repeated-dose toxicities oj a new cophalosporin antibiotic agent IDC-7l81 in Sprague-Dawley rats. IDC-7181 was injected intravenously to rats at dose levels of 0, 3.2, 16, 80, 400 and 2,000 mg/kg/day for single-dose toxicity study and at dose levels of 0, 10, 50 and 250 mg/kg/day for 4-week repeated-dose toxicity study. In both studies, there were no dose-related changes in mortality clinical signs, body weight changes, food and water consumption, opthalmoscopy, organ weights, urine analysis, biochemical examination, and hematological findings of all animals treated with IDC-7l8l. Gross and histopathological findings revealed no evidence of specific toxicity related to IDC-7181. These results suggest that the intravenous maximum tolerated dose value of IDC-7181 may be over 250 mg/kg and $LD_{50}$ value may be over 2,000 mg/kg in rats.

Therapeutic Effect of the GODEX on the Liver Chirrosis Induced by CCl4 and Ethanol in the Rat (사염화탄소와 에탄올에 의해 유발된 랫드의 간경변에서 GODEX (Hepadif-S capsule)의 치료 효과)

  • The hepato-protective activity of the GODEX (Hepadif-s capsule) has been studied in the rats against $CCl_4$-ethanol induced liver toxicity. The rats were oral1y treated with $CCl_4$ (corn oil/ $CCl_4$ 1:1, 1 mg/kg). And one week passes, $CCl_4$(0.4 mg/kg) administered two times a week for 7 weeks. The drugs have been administered every two days for 4 weeks after $CCl_4$ injection. The experimental groups have consisted of the GODEX (250 mg/kg), Hepadif (200 mg/kg), DDB complex (DDB 50 mg/kg and garlic oil powder 50 mg/kg), DDB (50 mg/kg), and vehicle control respectively. There was a significant decrement on the serum level of aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and total bilirubin in all treated groups. Specially, ALT level of GODEX and Hepadif only treated groups was decreased c1early. Also, serum albumin level was significantly enhanced in GODEX treated group compared with control and DDB treated groups. In histological results, hepatocellular vacuolar degeneration, lobular restructure and necrosis of bile duct were severely showed in control. But other treated groups showed centerilobular degeneration and mild hyper-plasia. Hepadif or DDB has a effects of the recovery on serum parameters and structure ill liver injury. When it was compared GODEX to Hepadif alone or DDB complex or DDB, it suggested to have the best activity of the liver recovery.

Developmental Toxicity Study in the Embryos/Fetuses with a Recombinant Human Granulocyte Colony-Stimulating Factor (YHB6211) in Pregnant Rabbits (임신토끼에 있어서 새로운 Recombinant Human Granulocyte Colony-Stimulating Factor(YHB6211)의 배.태자 발생독성평가)

  • YHB6211, a newly developed recombinant human granulocyte colonystimulating factor, was administered at dose levels of 0, 3, 15, and 75 $\mu$g/kg/day intravenously to the pregnant New Zealand White rabbits (20 rabbits per group) during the organogenetic period, days 6 to 18 of gestation. All dams were subjected to Caesarian section on day 28 of gestation and their fetuses were examined for external, visceral, and skeletal abnormalities. No abnormalities in clinical signs, body weight changes, gross findings, mortality, and external appearance were found in all dams and fetuses exposed to 0, 3, and 15 $\mu$g/kg/day of YHB6211. However, in the group treated with 75 $\mu\textrm{g}$/kg/day of YHB6211, maternal body and uterine weights, fetal body weights and length, and the number of live fetuses were significantly decreased and further fetal mortality was remarkably increased. It is suggested that YHB6211 may have no side effect up to the dose level of 15 $\mu$g/kg/day, and there would be no teratogenicity for fetuses of rabbits up to 75 $\mu\textrm{g}$/kg/day even if it may have some toxic effects over 75$\mu\textrm{g}$/kg/day for dams and fetuses of rabbits.
