In this thesis, for analysis of efficient semantics flow frameworks with creative designing of interaction, we propose three elements: coincidence with intuition and common sense, self-leading activeness, and diversity of control parameters. Through analysis of my interactive art works, it is shown that the three proposed qualitative measures for interactive flow analysis are very useful evaluation measures for efficient semantics flows of interactive art works. In the experiments for this analysis, we measured the duration of each action-response feedback, the enjoyment duration of each entire art work, and the number of different types of interactions. The proposed qualitative measures can be used to design models for new interactive art works, as well as for the evaluating framework for existing art works.

This study is based on the diagnosis process on agricultural production cost survey, which is one of the most representative public statistics of agricultural sector in Korea. The diagnosis were performed by employing the quantitative and qualitative approaches with the official guideline provided by the Ministry of Statistics. The various results were produced from the aspects of exactness, relevance, timeliness, accessibility, and comparability, which were based on the qualitative approaches including focus group interview (FGI) with professional users. The results from statistical portfolio analysis implies that the first priority to improve the statistics is given to 'satisfaction level corresponding to user cost' and 'offering sufficient explanation'. The comprehensive results, discussed with the administrative office, are summarized into the following two major points. First, classification of the detailed items should be improved to avoid users' confusion. However, the re-classification need to be professionally reviewed with the relevant administrative office such as Rural Development Administration, producing similar statistics. Second, the KOSIS system is found to be constantly upgraded to improve the users' convenience.

하천환경조사는 하천의 전반적인 특성을 조사 분석하는 것으로 하천환경 조사결과는 하천관련사업의 기초자료로 사용된다. 하천환경조사의 기초조사에서는 현장답사를 통해 하천의 특성을 대략적으로 판단하고 하천 전구간의 물리적 구조와 식생의 분포, 중요 서식처 정보를 포함하는 RCS 지도(River Corridor Survey)를 작성한다. 기초조사를 위해서는 하천 전 구간에 대한 현장답사가 필요하기 때문에 많은 시간, 비용 그리고 인력이 필요하고, 육안 또는 사진을 통한 스케치로 이루어져 조사 결과가 정성적이고 작업자의 경험이나 능력에 따라 결과가 좌우된다는 한계가 있다. 따라서 하천환경조사를 좀 더 간편하고 과학적이며 경제적으로 조사하기 위해 최근 드론 영상을 이용한 조사 기술 개발에 대한 연구들이 증가하고 있다. 하지만 드론을 이용한 하천환경조사의 대부분은 RGB 영상을 이용하기 때문에 정밀한 하천환경 변화를 정량적으로 분석하는데 한계가 있다. 이를 극복하기 위한 대안으로 사람이 감지할 수 있는 빛의 영역 뿐 아니라 자외선과 적외선 영역의 분광특성을 이용하여 하천환경의 특성을 세밀하게 분류하는 것이 가능한 초분광센서를 드론에 탑재하여 하천환경을 조사하기 위한 기초 연구들이 시작되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 line scan 방식의 초분광센서를 드론에 탑재하여 초분광영상을 촬영하기 위한 드론 시스템을 구성하였고, 하나의 사진과 같이 초분광영상을 제작하기 위해 다양한 기하보정 기술을 적용하여 최적의 기하보정 방법을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 초분광영상의 기하보정은 각각의 초분광영상의 GCP와 대응점을 이용한 2차원 변환 방법 및 비선형 변환 방법을 적용하여 보정을 수행하였으며, 각 방법에 따른 정사보정 영상의 위치정확도를 검증하였다. 연구 결과 드론 기반의 초분광영상 촬영 및 기하 보정 방법을 제시하였다. 향후 하천환경조사 뿐만 아니라 다양한 분야의 원격탐사에 초분광영상을 활용하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

최근 제4차 산업혁명 시대가 도래함에 따라 지능정보기술은 대규모 데이터에 대한 자가학습(Machine Learning)을 통해 알고리즘 성능을 지속적으로 강화함으로써 데이터와 지식이 산업의 주요 경쟁 원천으로 부상시키고 있다. 지능정보기술은 산업전반에 구조적 대변혁을 촉발할 것으로 전망됨에 따라 전세계적으로 지능정보기술을 선제적으로 확보, 도입 및 확산하여 국가경쟁력을 제고해나가려 하고 있다. 따라서 지능정보기술을 확보하기 위한 R&D 전략수립이 무엇보다 중요해졌다. 본 조사 연구에서는 IoT, Cloud, Bigdata, Mobile, AI 등 지능정보기술 분야의 기술경쟁력 수준을 파악하기 위해 전문가 정성적 기술수준평가와 함께 특허, 논문 등 데이터기반의 기술수준평가에 대한 것이다.

실감형 미디어를 구성하기 위해서는 다시점 영상 또는 비디오들로 구성된 대용량의 콘텐츠가 필수적이다. 이러한 콘텐츠는 다량의 카메라들을 목적에 따라 배치하여 획득하므로 영상 구성의 복잡성과 콘텐츠의 크기가 급격히 커진다는 문제점을 갖고 있다. 3D 미디어 환경에서 카메라의 개수를 최소화하면서도 목적에 맞게 다양한 시점을 제공할 수 있는 가상시점 영상 생성은 핵심적인 기술이다. 본 기고문에서는 다시점 영상과 비디오로부터 학습 기반의 가상 시점 영상 생성 연구들에 대해 체계적인 조사를 통해 그 결과를 다음과 같이 제시한다. 첫째, 가상 시점 영상 생성에 대한 배경 개념을 정의한다. 둘째, 제안하는 분류 방식에 따라 기존의 제안된 방법들을 상세하게 분석한다. 셋째, 가상 시점 영상 생성에 주로 사용되는 관련 데이터셋을 조사한다. 마지막으로는 각 연구들이 갖고 있는 특징들을 분석하고, 정량적, 정성적 평가 결과를 비교한다.

Recently, the Project Financing industry has appeared the various change of the development environment in the rapid growth. So the Project Financing company has been trying to search Project Financing able to success and they are performing diversified researching to prepare the judgment ground of success from initial stage of development. The aim of this study is to find success factors which is in the Project Financing through collecting opinion of specialist and talking survey to people employed in Project Financing development field. Consequently, we indicate success factors using Analytic Hierarchy process (AHP) and make out success factors for the Project Financing. Furthermore, we suggest the way which is able to apply factors objectified so that exceed the development success Project Financing objectively.

The aim of this study is to find success factors which is in the process from development to distribute for the online game through collecting opinions of specialist and taking survey to people employed in online game development field. Consequently, we indicate success factors using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and make out success factors for the online games. Furthermore, we suggest the way which is able to apply factors objectified so that exceed the limit of using it to the company planning to develop successful games objectively.

Gyeonggi-do has conducted bus management and service evaluation of bus operating company since 2005 under the law for promoting public transportation. The evaluation results are used for improving bus service, making policy, and estimating incentives to bus companies. A lot of cost and man-month are needed to evaluate bus management and service for bus operating company, and many companies are against the evaluation. Therefore, the effect analysis on evaluation system should be followed to maintain it. This research results in the evaluation system has positive effects through quantitative and qualitative analysis. The data of bus company's operation condition in 2005 and 2006 are used for a comparative analysis. From the survey result for the company, bus drivers, and administrators, it results that positive effects are predominant. The results of this research could be used for a shield against some criticism about appropriateness of the evaluation criteria and effectiveness of the evaluation system. For improving bus service, evaluation items and criteria could be added or adjusted based on this research.
