본 연구는 수직적 유통거래 관계에서 거래의 불공정성을 발생시키는 선행요인과 결과요인에 관한 모형을 겁증하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 기존 연구를 바탕으로 거래의 불공정성의 개념을 도입하고, 실증적으로 검증하여 향후 거래의 불공정성 연구에 응용될 수 있는 기반을 마련하고자 하였다. 또한 시장지배력이론과 거래비용이론을 적용시킴으로서 거래의 불공정성에 대한 보다 폭넓은 이해를 위해 노력하였다. 이러한 연구목적 달성을 위하여 문헌연구를 통해 가설을 도출하였으며, 국내 소비재 제조기업 표본 258를 대상으로 실증분석을 하였다. 제조업체의 브랜드 자산이 높을수록, 거래의 불공정성은 감소하는 것으로 나타났으며, 제조업체와 유통업체간의 상대적 의존성이 높을수록 거래의 불공정성은 증가할 것이라고 결과가 도출되었고, 마케팅협력정도가 높을수록 거래의 불공정성은 감소할 것이라고 나타났다. 거래의 불공정성이 증가할수록 관계지속기대감은 감소할 것이며, 거래의 불공정성이 증가할수록 신뢰는 감소할 것이라는 결과가 도출되었다. 연구결과를 기반으로 본 연구는 이론적 시사점, 실무적 시사점, 연구의 한계점 그리고 미래 연구방향에 대하여 논의하였다.

LOS(Level of Service) concept are popularly used in many countries as the MOEs to evaluate the road construction and operation plans. However, MOEs such as travel time and delay only measure quantitative factors describing traffic flow, although qualitative factors such as scenic, comfort and reliable factors are very important for roadway drivers to define the LOS. Therefore, this paper are focusing on verifying the difference between perceived LOS and LOS in KHCM, and proving qualitative factors affecting Drivers' Perceived LOS in Urban Arterial. As a result, following outputs are obtained; (1) verifying the difference between perceived LOS(PLOS) and LOS in KHCM (2) proving that qualitative factors such as scenic and driver behavior factors affects PLOS (3) suggesting that qualitative factors should be considered in MOEs of LOS

본 연구는 도시고속도로의 교통사고감소를 이한 정성적인 척도를 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 도시고속도로에서 발생하고 있는 교통사고의 일반적 특성을 분석하였으며, 교통사고 발생요인과 운전자 원인과 교통사고형태와의 영향정도를 수량화이론 II류를 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석에 사용된 정성적인 자료는 1994년부터 1995년까지의 대구시 신천대로의 교통사고자료를 대상으로 하였으며, 경찰청의 교통사고보고서를 기초로 하였다. 분석결과, 70%이상의 교통사고가 운전자의 안전거리미확보와 안전운전의무위반에 의한 추돌사고였으며, 외적기준인 운전자 원인과 교통사고형태에 영향을 많이 미치는 요인으로서는 사고직전의 피해자 진로, 사고발생차선, 시간대, 차종 등의 영향이 깊은 것으로 나타났다.

생산성은 프로젝트를 관리하는데 있어서 효율성을 측정하는 중요한 지표이다 또한 건설 생산성은 비용 및 일정과 연관성이 있을 뿐만 아니라 프로젝트의 성공 여부와도 관련이 크다. 프로젝트에서 생산성의 중요성에도 불구하고 국내에서의 생산성 관련 연구는 생산성에 대한 기본 개념 및 원칙에 관한 기초적인 연구 없이 정량적인 연구에 집중되어 있으며, 관련 데이터 수도 적은 실정이다. 국내 건설 공사의 생산성을 향상시키기 위해서는 생산성 관리의 정량적친 요인뿐만 아니라, 정성적인 요인까지 관리해야 하며, 저하요인에 따른 체계적이고 세부적인 프로세스 및 기법이 제시되어야 한다 이에 국내 건설 공사의 생산성 관리에 린 건설을 도입하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 국내 생산성 저하요인과 린 건설에서의 Waste 요인과의 상관관계 분석을 통해 국내 건설 공사 현장에서의 Waste 주요 의미를 살펴보고 두 요인간의 상호 관련성을 파악하여, 린 건설의 프로세스 및 기법을 국내 건설 공사 현장에 적용하기 위한 이론적인 근거를 제공하고자 한다.

Recently, the Project Financing industry has appeared the various change of the development environment in the rapid growth. So the Project Financing company has been trying to search Project Financing able to success and they are performing diversified researching to prepare the judgment ground of success from initial stage of development. The aim of this study is to find success factors which is in the Project Financing through collecting opinion of specialist and talking survey to people employed in Project Financing development field. Consequently, we indicate success factors using Analytic Hierarchy process (AHP) and make out success factors for the Project Financing. Furthermore, we suggest the way which is able to apply factors objectified so that exceed the development success Project Financing objectively.

Consequently, we indicate success factors using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and make out success factors for the online games. Furthermore, we suggest the way which is able to apply factors objectified so that exceed the limit of using it to the company planning to develop successful games objectively.

World aviation market has been expanded every year caused by improvement of economic level quality of individual life, increase of the development of tourist industry. Aviation companies have compete to develpe the service program for the maintaining of sustainable choice by customer and develop the market share. This study aims to suggest customer service strategy which is based on the relations between satisfaction by providing a differentiated service quality. This paper is focusing on the investigation with the mediating role of commitments on customer satisfaction in Aviation company. For this purpose, we do literature reviews, develop research model and conduct an empirical research. The literature review covers theoretical discussion on customer satisfaction and core variables for hypothesis setting. This analysis shows the airline service factors have a positive effect on the customers' satisfaction and re-choice intention. And it is necessary to improve airlines' systematic management and strategic development on airline service factors for better airlines' customer service.

공급체인관리(SCM)에서, 고객의 반응에 민감하게 반응할 수 있기 위해서는 무엇보다도 부품이나 자재를 공급하는 협력업체의 능력이 중요한 요인으로 작용한다. 본 논문은 퍼지이론을 이용하여 과학적인고 효율적으로 협력업체를 평가하고, 우수협력업체를 선정하는데 있다. 협력업체의 평가를 위하여 여러 가지 요인을 분석하여야 하는데, 이런 요인들 중에는 수치적으로 표현 가능한 정량적인 요인이 있는 반면에, 협력업체 제품의 품질이나 재정적 상태와 같은 수치적으로 표면 불가능한 정량적인 요인도 포함되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 정량적인 요인과 정성적인 요인을 퍼지추론(Fuzzy Inference)을 통해 분석함으로써 협력업체를 평가하고 최우수 협력 업체를 선정하여, SCM환경에서 성공적인 협력관계를 지속적으로 유지할 수 있는 방법론을 제시하고자 한다.

This study develops composite indicators that is capable of estimating QOS (Quality of Service) of pedestrians by enhancing estimation for Level of Service in present transporting spaces for pedestrians that merely concerns quantitative indicators such as pedestrian flow rate, pedestrian stoppage. This paper conducts survey questionnaire to collect data. It utilizes AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) and ANP(Analytic Network Process). The main results show that: first, ANP is better analytic methods than AHP due to the fact that pedestrians feel repetition when they judge level of service. Second, qualitative factors such as pedestrian behaviors, maintenance, scenary for pedestrians and environments should be considered. Importance of qualitative factors is higher in residential area than other areas. I expect that using qualitative indicators and quantitative indicators is appropriate in order to estimate pedestrians' QOS.

요에 함유된 여러 성분들의 영향에 의해 다양한 정적 특성을 나타내는 요분석용 스트립의 화학적인 변화 양상을 요분석 시스템을 사용하여 요분석용 스트립의 각 항목별 각 등급별을 정성적 및 반정량적 분석을 하기 위하여 퍼지 알고리듬을 제안하고, 퍼지 분류기를 구현한 후 구현된 분류기를 검증하기 위하여 시뮬레이션 하였다. 이를 위하여 다음과 같은 연구를 수행하였다. 표준시료를 사용하여 요분석용 스트립의 분광학적 분석에 의한 퍼지 입력 변수, 퍼지 멤버쉽함수 및 퍼지규칙을 생성하였다. 그리고 구현된 분류기를 사용하여 각 항목별과 각 등급별로 평가하였다. 평가 결과 요분석용 스트립의 항목별 음성과 양성의 판별에서는 우수한 결과가 나왔으나, 정량적 분석을 위한 각 항목별 등급의 분류에서는 측정값의 오차로 인해 최고 8%의 오차가 발생하였다.
