  • 스퀴즈 필름 댐퍼 (Squeeze Film Damper, SFD)는 구조가 단순하면서도 감쇠성능이 우수하여 구름베어링에 지지된 고속회전체의 댐퍼로 이용되고 있으며 특히 대부분의 항공기용 터보엔진에 장착되어 고속회 전체의 댐퍼로서의 우수성을 보여주고 있다. 또한 동력기계의 단위 무게당 고출력화 경향으로 인하여 회전체의 경량화와 고속회전은 더욱 절실히 요구되고 있다. 이에따라 기계의 회전속도를 제 1차 또는 제 2차 위험속도(critical speed)이상까지 상승시켜야 하므로 SFD의 활용범위는 앞으로도 점차 증가할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 Swift-Stieber 경계조건을 적용하여, 공동현상이 발생하는 무한 폭 SFD의 유막력과 감쇠계수를 구한 후 강성 및 유연회전체의 정상상태 응답을 해석함으로써 공동현상이 회전체-SFD계의 진동에 미치는 영향을 연구하고자 한다.

Development of Classification System for Material Temperature Responses Using Neuro-Fuzzy Inference (뉴로퍼지추론을 이용한 재질온도응답 분류시스템의 개발)

  • This paper describes a practical system to classify material temperature responses by composition of curve fitting and neuro-fuzzy inference. There are problems with a classification system which utilizes temperature responses. It requires too much time to approach the steady state of temperature response and it has to be filtered to remove the noise which occurs in experiments. Thus, this paper proposes a practical method using curve fitting only for transient state to remove the above problems of time and noise. Using the neuro-fuzzy system, the thermal conductivity of the material can be inferred on various ambient temperatures. So the material can be classified via its inferred thermal conductivity. To realize the system, we designed a contact sensor which has a similar structure with human finger, implemented a hardware system, and developed a classification software of curve fitting and neuro-fuzzy algorithm.

  • Accurate identification of damping matrix in structures is very important for predicting vibration responses and estimating parameters or other characteristics affected by energy dissipation. In this paper, damping matrix identification method that use normal frequency response functions, which were estimated from complex frequency response functions, is proposed. The complex frequency response functions were obtained from the experimental data of the structure. The nonproportional damping matrix was identified through the proposed method. Two numerical examples (lumped-mass model and cantilever beam model) were considered to verify the performance of the proposed method. As a result, the damping matrix of the nonproportional system was accurately identified.

  • DC motors are classified as DC motors with brush structure and BLDC motors without brush structure. Representing the speed control of the BLDC motor is the PI control. The speed control using the PI controller has a disadvantage that the response characteristic to reach the steady state is slow. Therefore in this paper, a voltage controlled speed controller using a Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC), which has a short steady response time and usefulness of nonlinear control. The validity and usefulness of the proposed fuzzy speed controller are verified by simulation through Simulink of MATLAB program. Experiments were performed on the PI controller and the proposed fuzzy speed controller in three cases with reference speeds of 500rpm, 800rpm, and 1500rpm. Experimental results show that the proposed fuzzy controller has more 30% improved steady state speed response than PI controller.

  • Conventionally, a PI control algorithm has been widely used as a speed control algorithm for BLDC motor. The PI control algorithm has a disadvantage in that is slow to reach the steady state due to the slow speed and torque response with various speed changes. Therefore, in this paper, PWM fuzzy logic control algorithm which can reach the steady state quickly by improving the response speed although there is a little overshoot is proposed. PWM reduces response speed and fuzzy logic control algorithm minimizes overshoot. The proposed PWM fuzzy logic control algorithm consists of DC chopper, PWM duty cycle regulator, and fuzzy logic controller. The performance and validity of the proposed algorithm is verified by simulation with Simulink of Matlab 2018a.

Flight control of a small unmanned aerial vehicle using a dynamic compensator (동적 보상기를 이용한 소형 무인항공기 비행 제어)

  • In this paper, we design a flight controller using a dynamic compensator for a small unmanned aerial vehicle. The proposed method ensures flight stability during altitude holding and waypoints passing by improving the transient response and steady state error. The control system consists of dual feedback loops with an inner loop and a outer loop. The inner loop has a PD controller to improves the transient response and the outer loop has a dynamic compensator to reduce overshoot in the transient response and improve the steady state error. The performance of the proposed method is evaluated by flight test on a small UAV.

  • An MRAC-based adaptive current control scheme of an AC servo motor is presented for the performance improvement of a servo drive. Although the predictive current control is known to give ideal transient and steady-state responses, its steady-state response my be degraded under motor parameter variations. To overcome such a limitation, the disturbances caused by the parameter variations will be estimated by using an MRAC technique and compensated by a feedforward control. The proposed scheme does not require the measurement of the phase voltage unlike the conventional disturbance estimation scheme using observer. The asymptotic stability is proved. The proposed scheme is implemented using DSP TMS320C31 and the effectiveness is verified through the comparative simulations and experiments.

  • 본 논문에서는 간접 벡터 제어 방식의 유도전동기를 위한 하이브리드 퍼지 속도제어기를 설계한다. 제안한 하이브리드 퍼지 속도제어기는 유도 전동기의 속도 응답 성능을 향상시키기 위하여 응답 상태에 따라 PI(비계적분) 제어기와 퍼지 제어기를 선택하여 사용하는 형태이다. 정상상태에서는 PI 제어기를 사용하고 속도 오차값이 크면 퍼지 제어기를 사용한다. 또한 사용된 퍼지 제어기는 퍼지 입력의 파라미터를 튜닝하여 응답 성능을 높였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 하이브리드 퍼지속도 제어기와 기존의 PI 제어기의 성능을 실험을 통하여 비교 검증한다.

  • 양단이 고정된 보가 변형할 때에는 중간 평면의 신장을 수반하게 된다. 운동 의 진폭이 증가함에 따라 이 신장이 보의 동적 응답에 미치는 영향은 심각 하게 된다. 이러한 현상은 응력과 변형도와의 관계가 선형적이라 하더라도 변형도와 변위와의 관계식은 비선형이 되며 결국은 보의 비선형 운동방정식 을 낳게된다. 보는 연속계이긴하지만 근사를 위하여 다자유도계로 간주할 수 있다. 비선형 다자유도계에 있어서는 선형화된 계의 고유진동수끼리 적절한 관계를 가질 때 내부공진이 발생할 수 있다. 양단이 고정된 곧은 보의 비선 형 동적응답이 그동안 많이 연구되어 오고 있으며, 집중질량을 가지고 직각 으로 굽은 보의 해석을 위하여 내부공진을 고려한 해석적 혹은 실험적 연구 가 이루어져 왔다. 그중에서도 Nayfeh등은 조화가진 하의 핀과 꺾쇠로 고정 된(hinged-clamped) 보의 정상상태응답을 해석하기 위해 두 모우드 사이의 내부공진을 고려하였다. 이 연구에서는 세 모우드 사이의 내부공진을 고려하 여 강제진행 중인 보의 비선형 해석을 다루고자 한다. 이 문제에 관심을 갖 게 된 동기는 "연속계의 비선형 해석에서 더 많은 모우드를 포함시키면 어 떤 결과를 낳게 될 것인가\ulcorner"라는 질문에서 생겨난 것이다. 갤러킨 법을 이용 하여 비선형 편미분 방정식과 경계 조건으로 표현되는 이 문제를 연립 비선 형 상미분 방정식으로 변환한다. 다중시간법(the method of multiple scales) 을 이용하여 이 상미분 방정식을 정상상태에서의 세 모우드의 진폭과 위상 에 대한 연립비선형 대수방정식으로 변환한다. 이 대수방정식을 수치적으로 풀어서 정상상태 응답을 구하고 Nayfeh등의 결과와 비교한다. 결과와 비교한다. studies, the origin of ${\alpha}$$_1$peak was attributed to the detrapping process form trap with 2.88[eV] deep of injected space charge from the chathode in the crystaline regions.   • This paper presents a design approach for passive vibration control to reduce vertical vibrations transmitted to the control unit during hovering flight of a quadrotor drone. Ground vibration test simulation based on finite element model was performed for forced vibration analysis of the quadrotor drone. First, modal analysis was performed to evaluate dynamic characteristics. Forced vibration response analysis was then performed to obtain the steady-state response within the operating frequency range under the hovering flight condition. Furthermore, to obtain the vibration reduction effect, a viscous damping tape was applied at positions that could induce vibrations transmitted to the control unit under the same conditions. Such a passive vibration control approach was investigated. Relevant vibration reduction effect was assessed with respect to the application of damping materials and the attachment position.
