  • The safety of staff, customers and of general Public in general viewed as one of the most important requirements in the urban transit. The maintenance computerization system for car of urban transit is a part of standardization and development of urban transit system, and We have been performed the establishment of maintenance computerization system from 2001 to 2005. The RAMS(reliability, availability, maintainability and safety) estimation for maintenance computerization system are utilized in a variety of computerization system for user's convenience and safety in maintenance. Ever since its inception though, the urban transit has searched for ways to improve reliability, availability, maintainability and safety of the railway subsystem. Provision of a reliable maintenance system include RAMS of the vehicles plays a very important role in achieving a safe system.

  • Recently, railway corporations have built maintenance information systems and collected failure and maintenance data. For example Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Transit Corporation (SMRT) built the Electric Motor Unit-Information System (EMU-IS) which is the first maintenance information system in Korea. It has been operated from August, 2000. This paper deals with a case study on determining maintenance interval through reliability analysis using EMU-IS fault data. Door system is considered for the case study in which reliability is evaluated for operating time and distance and the overhaul interval is determined.

  • After the KTX operation Korail has been making great effort to reliability settlement through RCM. Also maintenance cycle and method optimization for normal speed rolling stock field are lively same as high-speed rolling stock. In this paper maintenance techniques for new model electric locomotive are introduced. To find the optimal maintenance method, locomotive inspection cycle for advanced country are examined and other electric locomotive inspection cycle are compared. As a result the present time inspection cycle is totally focusing on safety aspect so the economical efficiency is quite low. Through this research optimal maintenance technique will be accomplished in the end of year 2008.

  • In order to extend a hot gas parts replacement cycle of a gas turbine, blade row 1 from low pressure turbine, which has a significant impact on the cycle, has been selected from stored set after one cycle use. Taking into account the status of the first stage moving blade in LP turbine operated more than 27,000 equivalent operating hours(EOH) and the replacement cycle in the same type of gas turbine, the replacement of the high temperature components installed on the GT, a study subject, can be extended from 24,000 to 27,000 EOH.

  • The development of weapon systems that look only be introduced as a huge budget directly related to combat rea diness. If we develop the expensive equipment it will not be the same state or have to wait a lot of time in mainten ance facilities for maintenance, which will have a profound impact on the exercise Efficiency. In order to solve this problem, the operation and use state of the weapon system requires effort to successfully p erform the duties held by the defined and assigned, Further analysis should be conducted RAM in order to reduce m aintenance manpower and logistic support costs. The role of business is to increase the RAM system reliability by L ee to Fig system failure rate from the development and maintenance, and reduced life cycle costs. Therefore, the present study was to determine the RAM to perform analysis procedures and methods and limita tions of each element, such as to maximize the effectiveness of comprehensive logistics support and help to study to become an effective logistics support.

  • 디젤 기관의 신뢰성 평가는 일반적으로 운전주에 발생한 사고 내용을 통계처리하여 팡가하기 때문에 운전자가 사전에 사고 발생을 예견하여 적절한 시기에 예방정비를 한다든지 기관의 상태에 따른 최적 운전조건을 파악하여 기관을 안전하게 운전하는데 어려움이 있다. 또한 디제 기관을 새로이 개발한다든지 설계 변경을 할 경우 기관의 신뢰성을 평가하는데도 상당한 어려움이 있다, 본논문에서는 선박용 주기관으로 사용되는 디젤기관을 대상으로하여 디젤기관의 운전상태에 따른 운전신뢰성을 예측할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하였으며 예측결과를 실험결과와 비교·검토하였다.

  • 지금까지 변압기의 유지보수는 일상순시와 전력설비를 일정기간 사용함에 따른 정기점검에 의하여 불량개소를 발견하고 보수하는 일정주기에 따른 예방보수를 하였으나, 경제적인 유지와 신뢰성 있는 전력공급을 위하여 변압기의 상태를 점검하여 정비하는 상태점검으로 전환하고 있다. 따라서 최근에는 변압기의 이상징후를 운전상태(on-line)에서 상시 감시하여 장래에 일어날 사태 등을 예측하고 그것이 치명적이기 이전에 처리하는 예측보전기술 중심으로 변하고 있다. 변압기의 내부이상을 진단하는 방법으로는 부분방전법, 절연유의 특성시험 및 가스분석법, 역률측정법, 저압서어지 시험법 등이 있으나, 진단방법의 특성 및 신뢰성을 고려할 때, 어느 한 방법으로는 불충분하므로 각종 진단 결과의 종합분석이 필요하다.

  • 전동기는 크게 교류 전동기와 직류 전동기로 대별되며 현장에서 가장 널리 쓰이는 것이 교류 전동기 중에서도 유도전동기이다. 이러한 유도전동기의 사고원인을 분석해 보며 표와 같이 기계적인 원인과 전기적인 원인으로 나눌 수 있으며 현장실무자들의 예방정비 및 주기적인 정밀검사에 의하여 사고를 예방하고 또한 전동기 회로 및 특성 해석을 통하여 고장보호 대책을 수립 실시 하여야 한다.

  • This study reveals a change in the growth cycle of metropolitan with analyzing the population of Seoul metropolitan area and identifies the characteristics of each urban area. For this, the exponential growth of the city, Roxy index, which in recent years been actively studied in Japan, has applied. As a result, the entire metropolitan area and central areas, and the southern region are about to move to the accelerating centralization phase. In the phase of suburbanization are highly likely to turn into the new phase of regression phase. In addition, the northern and eastern suburbs are currently in progress with the accelerating decentralization phase and are expected to be converted in the decelerating decentralization phase. Through this implication in Seoul metropolitan area, it is necessary to carry out the policy responses about regional maintenance by connecting to the changes in direction and speed of cycle phase of city. The results of this study can be used as basic data to determine the long-term future growth and decline of the metropolitan area.
