이 연구는 사회적 돌봄정책의 결정에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 서울시 공무원들의 인식조사를 통하여 결정요인의 타당성을 검증해 보았다. 검증결과에 의하면, 서울시 공직자들은 현재의 사회적 돌봄정책의 지출이 미흡하다고 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 금액의 부족에도 불구하고 정책의 우선순위에 있어서는 긍정적으로 인식하고 있었다. 이는 사회적 돌봄정책이 긍정적으로 성장하였을 뿐만 아니라, 향후에도 중요한 정책분야가 될 것임을 시사하고 있다. 또한 정책결정요인에 대한 인식조사에서는 시민사회요인과 인구사회요인이 중요하게 나타나고 있어, 수요측면에 대한 정책적 관심이 요구된다. 한편, 지방 정부 공무원들은 정부의 정책적 방향이나 지방정부의 재정능력이 중요하다고 인식하고 있어, 정책수요와 정책공급에 대한 인지부조화 현상이 발생할 가능성을 확인할 수 있다.

Government agency information has steadily increased as the role of government has expanded, and information provided by the government is increasingly a significant source for the public's understanding of government policy. Further, this information is an important resource for academic research oriented toward national development. However, in South Korea the distribution system for government information is far from ideal. This paper critiques that system It begins with a short history of Korean government Publishing policy, followed by a more detailed look at recent publishing trends. It then goes on to describe the legal, institutional, and technical aspects of Korean government's distribution of its information, focusing on weaknesses that prevent information from reaching those who desire or need it.

임진년(壬辰年) 흑룡의 해가 활짝 떠올랐다. 지난해 우리 대학가에서는 정부의 강력한 대학구조조정, '반값 등록금' 이슈에 따른 등록금 인하 문제, 정부의 국가장학금 제도 시행 등 많은 일들이 있었다. 올해는 이명박 정부가 국정을 운영하는 마지막 해이다. 그만큼 대학가에서는 정부의 고등교육정책이 어떤 방향으로 진행될 것인지에 대해 관심이 매우 높다. 대교협은 이에 따라 이주호 교육과학기술부 장관과 김영길 한국대학교육협의회 회장(한동대 총장)의 특별 신념 좌담회를 마련했다. 두 사람은 2011년 12월 15일 교육과학기술부 장관실에서 만나 이명박 정부 4년간의 고등교육정책에 대한 평가와 올해의 정부 정책 방향, 대학에 대한 정부의 요망 사항과 대학의 정부에 대한 건의 사항 등에 대해 의견을 나눴다. 이날 좌담회는 오대영 가천대학교 신문방송학과 교수(대학교육 편집위원)의 사회로 진행됐다.

This study investigates the problems resulting from the Internet addiction policy management in South Korea and discusses a direction for rational policies by developing a system that facilitates interactive discussions among interest individuals and groups. The Korean society has experienced conflicts of interests among the government, the private sector and civil society in the policy. In addition, heightened competition among government ministries has led the Internet addiction policy management to be susceptible to how citizens respond to the claims of interested parties, thereby having the rationality of the policy management less count. To address these issues, this study investigates the current Internet addiction policy and explores the potential of new governance from a perspective of new institutionalism. This study suggests that the system of the Internet addiction policy should be restructured to transfer control over the policy from the central to local government and develop governance centered on the consensus of the government, the private sector, and civil society.

정부는 돼지오제스키병 방역정책을 변경 작년 12월 31일부터 시행키로 했다. 정부는 지금까지 시행해오던 오제스키병 발생 농장의 돼지 전두수 살처분정책을 포기하고 임상돈과 양성돈만 살처분하고 음성돈은 도축장을 지정하여 방역관 입회하에 출하하도록 했다. 정부가 개정고시한 돼지오제스키병 방역실시 요령은 다음과 같다

정부는 2006부터 2015년까지 총 9,805억원을 투자 제주 강정해안에 해군기동전단 함정과 대형 크루주선을 동시에 수용할 수 있는 민군복합항을 건설중에 있다. 건설과정 중에 정부, 지자체,언론,환경단체,종교단체 등과 많은 갈등이 도출되었으며, 이에 대한 정부의 다각적인 갈등관리 노력이 진행되었다. 하지만 이런 노력을 통해 제주민군복합항은 시뮬레이션을 통해 최종 안전성이 확인되었고 현재 정상 추진 중에 있다. 이번 발표에서는 국가안보정책 사업인 제주민군복합항이 정상 추진되기까지 정부와 군의 갈등관리 노력에 대해서 살펴보았다.

This study analyze the relationship between S&T policy and the R&D performance plans of GRIs which lack relevant research through quantitative information analysis. KISTI which is focused on the case is an ICT-based GRI that is sensitive to changes in the internal and external environment, and the impact of government S&T policy changes on KISTI's R&D performance plans was analyzed in depth.

This study explores how the media covered the new media agenda in the process of the diffusion of new media and what the press's attitude about new media policy is according to the relationship between the press and the government based on the political tendency. For this, this study conducted network analysis. The agreement of political tendency between the press and the government is important variable to decide the attitude of the press about the new media policy. Under the conservative government, the conservative press supported the new media policy, however the opposite opposed it Even if opinion page can take an important role in the process of public opinion, the tone pf editorial page on the new media policy differs from its political tendency. It costs tremendous investment in introducing new media, journalists have judge.
