본 논문은 진공을 이용한 흡착방식과 바퀴형 이동방식을 이용하고 환경 탐지용 센서를 부착한 벽면 이동형 로봇의 구현에 관한 연구로서, 대형 구조물의 안전 검사 및 위험한 시설물의 보수 작업등을 보조하기 위한 목적이 있다. 로봇의 무게에 따른 중력을 견딜 수 있도록 강력한 진공흡착방식을 고안하여 다양한 벽면재질에도 견딜 수 있도록 설계하였으며, 바퀴형 이동방식을 택하여 높은 이동성과 제어 능력을 고려하였다. 또한 환경 감지를 위한 센서와 카메라를 부착하여 시각정보 등 유용한 정보를 관리자와 통신을 통해 교환할 수 있도록 하여 지능능력과 활용성을 갖추었다.

It is needed to provide a supplicated and standardized training program for hospital coordinators to boost their competencies as professionals. The purpose of this study was to propose a standardized training program for hospital coordinators especially trained at private institutions. Using DACUM method, with 11 professionals, we first developed competencies required for hospital coordinators. They were service mind, attitude, MOT(Moment of Truth) & phone-call etiquette, communication skill, customer behavior, basic medical terminology, insurance, computer skills, etc. Finally, we proposed a standardized training program for hospital coordinators which covers 16 subject areas.

전 세계적으로 기후변화에 따른 온난화 현상으로 인하여 농업에 직접적인 영향을 주는 기상 및 환경요인의 변화가 급격하게 진행되고 있다. 2017년에는 전국의 봄철 강수량이 평년 대비 60% 수준으로 물 부족 현상을 야기하여 극심한 가뭄이 발생하였다. 최근 지역적인 강수량 부족으로 인한 국소적인 가뭄 발생 및 발생빈도가 높아지고 있는 추세이며, 특히 농업가뭄은 농업용수의 주요한 용수공급시설인 농업용 저수지 및 용수공급시설의 지역적 편중 등으로 농업용수 부족 상황이 발생할 위험이 커지고 있다. 따라서, 시기별 저수지의 가용용수능력을 평가하는 것이 중요하며, 이러한 판단을 위하여 위성영상을 이용한 저수지 수표면적 및 용수능력판단이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 가뭄시기의 저수지 수표면적 및 용수능력판단을 위하여 Sentinel-2 위성영상을 활용하여 2016년부터 2018년까지 충청남도 서산 지역의 농업용 저수지를 대상으로 정규수분지수(Normalized Difference Water Index, NDWI)을 산정하였다. NDWI는 위성영상의 파장 정보를 활용하여 지표면의 수분함유량과 관계를 나타내며, 하천, 호수, 습지 등 수분을 다량으로 함유한 지형지물을 탐지하기 위하여 사용된다. NDWI와 수위-내용적 자료와의 관계로부터 저수지 수표면적을 산출하였으며, 이에 따른 상관성 분석을 통하여 위성영상을 활용한 농업용 저수지의 가용수량 추정방법을 제시하고자 한다.

The Government has established the infrastructure for knowledge and information-oriented society, strengthening the ICT technology education. Although information knowledge ability of learners is prerequisite to educate ICT, but systematic educating courses and time for that are insufficient, and many difficulties have been pointed out. In order to solve such problems, this study developed Web-based computerized adaptive testing system using the item response theory. This system enables the learners to evaluate their own ICT knowledge abilities in their school or home by using familiar web interface and to perform supplementary or deepening study according to the results, and consequently, smooth education of ICT application will be achieved. In addition, this system will be a very effective method for the elementary/middle/high-school ICT knowledge ability certification system.

본 연구의 목적은 초등학생의 컴퓨터 이용 실태를 분석하여 정보통신 윤리교육에 보다 나은 방향을 제시하기 위해 다음과 같은 연구 문제를 제시하여 연구하였다. 첫째, 초등학생의 컴퓨터 이용 실태는 어떠한가? 둘째, 초등학생의 인터넷 이용과 대화방 사용실태는 어떠한가? 셋째, 초등학생의 불법 복제와 정보통신 윤리 실태는 어떠한가? 위와 같은 연구문제를 해결하기 위해 인천광역시 서구 지역에 있는 초등학교 학생들에게 설문지를 배부하여 응답하도록 하였으며 그 설문자료를 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 이와 같은 분석 결과를 토대로 결론을 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학생의 컴퓨터 이용시간 및 컴퓨터를 이용하여 주로 하는 일을 살펴보면 컴퓨터 이용 시간의 적절한 조절 능력과 컴퓨터 활용 능력의 배양이 필요하다. 둘째, 건전한 인터넷 문화를 이룰 수 있도록 지도해야 한다. 셋째, 개인의 인격이 존중되듯이 개인의 사생활도 보호되어야 한다. 넷째, 불건전 사이트에 대한 의식은 대다수의 초등학생들이 부정적인 견해를 견지하고 있다. 따라서 보다 나은 인터넷 서핑을 위해서는 아동들로 하여금 불건전 사이트에 대한 접속을 차단할 수 있는 여러 가지 방법을 모색하고 지도를 통해 불건전 사이트에 접속하지 않도록 하는 교육이 실시되도록 하여야 한다.

초등정보영재학생들은 서로 다른 특성과 수준을 가지고 있어 획일화된 교육으로는 그들의 능력을 효과적으로 돕는데 부족하다. 본 연구에서는 스크래치 프로그램을 활용하여 초등정보영재학생들의 개별적인 특성과 수준을 효과적으로 돕는 교육 방법으로 R&E 멘토링 프로그램을 적용해보고 그 효과와 확대적용 가능성을 탐색해 보았다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 시사점을 도출하였다. 첫째, 영재교육에서 R&E 멘토링 프로그램은 일반 영재교육 프로그램의 보완적인 프로그램으로 적극 도입할 필요가 있다. 둘째, R&E 멘토링 프로그램은 영재학생들의 자기주도적 학습능력, 동기유발을 통한 몰입 및 과제집착력, 문제해결력과 컴퓨팅적 사고력을 동시에 길러 줄 수 있는 방법이 될 수 있다. 셋째, 본 연구를 통해 R&E 멘토링 프로그램은 영재학생들의 수준별, 개별적 특성을 고려한 수업이 가능함에 그 효과성을 찾아볼 수 있다.

This research is aimed to develop a National competency standards(NCS) as a method of job standardization, and then to be applicated as a baseline data on overall university curriculum by using the NCS. Study period is from June 21, 2014 to November 30, 2014. To accomplish the aims, a pool of researchers and experts like as industrial site experts, education training experts, and job analysis specialists was formed. Job title to be conducted in medical record is defined as medical information management and NCS was developed through deducing 12 competency unit, 43 competency unit elementary and competency unit each career during lifelong. And finally the developed standards proposal was completed to be NCS after verification by on-the-spot specialists.

The School Library Instruction(SLI) is one of the tool subjects for information literacy. Therefore, the connection with school curricula Is the activation strategy of SLI. The school library Integrated curriculum is Integrating a thinking strategy of SLI and subjects of subject education curricula. The purpose of the school library Integrated curriculum is to strengthen the educational role of teacher-librarian and self-directed learning. In this study, a presented example of the school library Integrated curriculum for the 10th students is based on the cross-curriculum subjects as a strategy of connection and integration.

더욱 사람같은 대화 모델을 실현하기 위해, 페르소나 메모리를 활용하여 응답을 생성하는 연구들이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 다수의 기존 연구들에서는 메모리로부터 관련된 페르소나를 찾기 위해 별도의 검색 모델을 이용한다. 그러나 이는 전체 시스템에 속도 저하를 일으키고 시스템을 무겁게 만드는 문제가 있다. 또한, 기존 연구들은 페르소나를 잘 반영해 응답하는 능력에만 초점을 두는데, 그 전에 페르소나 참조의 필요성 여부를 판별하는 능력이 선행되어야 한다. 따라서, 우리의 제안 모델은 검색 모델을 활용하지 않고 생성 모델의 내부적인 연산을 통해 페르소나 메모리의 참조가 필요한지를 판별한다. 참조가 필요하다고 판단한 경우에는 관련된 페르소나를 반영하여 응답하며, 그렇지 않은 경우에는 대화 컨텍스트에 집중하여 응답을 생성한다. 실험 결과를 통해 제안 모델이 장기적인 대화에서 효과적으로 동작함을 확인하였다.

According to the trend that knowledge information and technology become resource of international competitiveness in industrial development, some countries of world are improving national human resource development system through National Occupational Standards, which is inseparable link system of work-education and training-qualification. National Occupational Standards have been developed fur over all industries by Human Resource Development Korea since 2002. Purpose of this study is to develop a competency based curriculum of computer mechanical design department in junior college or polytechnic college by systematic curriculum and instructional development model based on Korean National Occupational Standards. A guide line how to develop education and training program is presented also.
