The purpose of this study is to verify the influence of the cognitive process related to the organizational citizenship behavior. The research method consisted of the cross-design of the prospect dimension and goal orientation dimension, and information security factors consisted of distributive justice, response efficacy, self efficacy, and organizational citizenship behavior. As a result of the study, the dimension of prospect had a significant effect on response efficacy and self efficacy, and it was found that the influence of the gain condition was greater than that of the loss condition. The goal orientation dimension had a significant effect on response efficacy and self efficacy, and it was found that the influence of the growth condition was greater than that of the validation condition. The research model that explained the relationship between information security factors appeared as a partial mediating model between distributive justice, response efficacy, and organizational citizenship behavior. The implications of this study suggest that it is necessary to establish an information security strategy in combination with individual decision-making factors and organizational culture factors.

본 연구는 국내 건설기업의 현장프로젝트조직 사업 참여자를 대상으로 현장프로젝트 사업 참여자간 간 통제유형에 따라 조직몰입과 협력 및 현장프로젝트 성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 살펴보고자 하는 실증연구이다. 본 연구에서는 통제를 산출통제(Output Control), 과정통제(Process Control), 사회통제(Social Control)로 구분하여 통제유형에 따라 현장프로젝트 참여자 간 조직몰입과 협력 및 현장프로젝트성과에 어떠한 유의한 영향을 미치는지 실증분석을 통하여 알아보고자 한다.

소프트웨어 제품의 신뢰성과 안정성 확보를 위한 품질 보증이 중요해짐에 따라 독립된 테스트 조직이 증가되고 이러한 테스트 조직은 효과적 효율적으로 테스트 활동을 수행하기 위해 테스트 프로세스 개선을 필요로 한다. 그러나, 프로세스는 제품의 도메인 특성으로부터 많은 영향을 받아 특화되므로 실시간(Time to Market) 서비스가 강조되는 웹 서비스 시스템에서의 테스트 프로세스에 대한 연구가 부족하므로 테스트 조직 향상을 위한 방향 모델과 이를 이행할 수 있는 접근 방법을 필요로 한다. 본 연구에서는 웹 서비스 제품의 품질을 보증하기 위해 검증 작업을 수행하고 있는 테스트 조직이 향상되기 위한 방안으로 TMM을 적용하였고, 성숙된 프로세스 구축을 위한 방법으로 GQM을 이용하여 메트릭을 도출한 사례를 제시하였다. 이런 연구결과는 도메인 특성에 맞게 도출된 매트릭을 통해 제품과 테스터의 능력을 평가하고 결과 값을 프로세스 개선에 반영하여 정량적인 데이터 기반으로 관리되는 테스트 조직으로 발전할 수 있을 것이다.

As information is recognized as a core competency of organizations, organizations are increasingly investing in policies and technologies for information security(IS). Recently, as information exposure accidents by people have occurred continuously, interest in IS behaviors of organization insiders is increasing. This study aims to confirm the effect of the IS environment and support structure established by the organization on the intention of individuals to comply with IS. We conducted a survey of employees in organizations with IS policies and tested the hypothesis using the structural equation of AMOS 22.0 and Process 3.1 using 421 samples. As a result of the analysis, authentic leadership and justice climate, which are factors that build an IS environment, and communication and feedback, which are factors supporting IS compliance, have a positive effect on employees' compliance intention. In addition, authentic leadership, punishment, communication, and feedback were found to reinforce the positive impact of IS justice climate. As the study suggested the overall structural design direction to be pursued to reinforce insider's IS behavior, and the results help to achieve the IS goal.

전 산업분야의 변화 사이클이 짧은 격변의 시대에 공공부문의 IT는 "정보시스템의 효율적 도입 및 운영 등에 관한 법률"에 따라 구축되고 운영되고 있으며, 정부의 국정기조 아래 각 기관 조직의 전략실행 수단으로 활용되고 있으며 조직목표 달성에 기여하고자 EA를 구축하고 있다. 또한 조직의 통 폐합 등 변화에 따라 기존에 운영되고 있는 시스템 및 서비스들을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서는 작은 예산을 통하여 적기에 빠르게 모형이 표준화되고 EA 지원시스템에 목표 아키텍처로 등록되며 현행화 되는 구조개선 작업이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 새 정부 출범시마다 변화되는 주변 환경에 따라 해당조직의 통 폐합 과정에서 추진한 지난 정부에서의 사례 제시를 통하여, 민간과 다른 특성을 가지고 프로세스의 변화에 능동적으로 대응이 어려우며 현업의 참여가 소극적인 특성을 가진 공공기관에 적합한 EA 현행화와 구조개선 사례를 제공하고 이것을 바탕으로 다른 유사 공공기관들의 업무에 활용이 가능하도록 제안 한다.

현재 종합병원에서는 21세기 최첨단 의료 IT시대에 맞지 않는 단순한 검체관리의 부주의 및 비효율적인 관리로 인해서 병리조직의 인식을 수기로 기록하여 정보의 불일치와 업무적인 미스매칭으로 인하여 의료사고가 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 병리조직 검사 시스템 정보화를 위한 카세트, 슬라이드 출력기 및 정보관리 소프트웨어를 설계하였고, 카세트 프린터에 RFID를 장착하여 정보를 슬라이드 프린터와 연동하여 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하여 의료사고를 방지 및 u-Hospital 분야에서 효율적으로 활용될 수 있다.

그리드 컴퓨팅은 가상조직(VO, Virtual Organization)이란 개념을 사용하여 분산된 컴퓨팅 환경을 구축한다. 이러한 가상조직에 존재하는 그리드 서비스 및 그리드 리소스를 활용하기 위해서는 사용자가 직접 서비스 및 자원에 대한 모니터링 작업을 수행해야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 가상조직을 관리하고 가상조직에 존재하는 자원 및 서비스의 모니터링 작업과 그리드 서비스의 배치 및 해지 작업을 수행할 수 있는 웹 기반의 사용자 인터페이스를 제안한다. 웹 기반의 사용자 인터페이스는 사용자에게 편리한 작업 환경을 제공하기 때문에 서비스 및 자원의 활용 측면에서 편리성 및 사용의 용이성을 제공할 수 있다.

이 연구에서는 "민간기업의 정보화에 소요되는 자원을 제공하여 수혜기업의 경영성과와 이를 통한 연관산업의 경쟁력 증대를 도모하는 정보화 분야의 정책적인 기업지원서비스"를 "기업지원 정보 서비스"로 정의하고, 기존 공급자 중심의 사업목표 달성여부의 평가를 위한 평가지표 개발연구에서 벗어나, 중장기적 관점에서 기업지원 정보서비스 활용요인과 성과에 대해 연구하고자 한다. 이를 위해 서비스 활용요인을 기업지원서비스 품질(정보, 서비스, 시스템)과 조직특성(정보기술자원의 성숙도, 조직문화)차원으로, 기업성과 차원을 정보 지향성(Information Orientation)개념과 경영성과 요인으로 구성하여 기업지원 정보서비스의 활용과 기업 성과의 영향관계 살펴보고자 하였다. 실증연구는 산업정보지원센터의 서비스를 활용하고 있는 186개의 기업체 표본을 수집하여, 구조방정식 모형을 통해 분석한 결과 설정한 모든 경로가 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 특히 서비스 품질과 조직문화가 활용수준에 큰 효과를 보이고 있으며, 정보지향성이 경영성과를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과는 정보화 분야의 기업지원 서비스 정책 수립 방향과 개별기업의 전략적 정보 기술 활용을 위한 주요한 시사점을 주고 있다.

In digital convergence environment, information security management plays crucial role in maintaining firms' competitiveness. Organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) enables informations security countermeasures to be more effectively worked by helping employees to have much knowledge of information security policy, by facilitating employees to participate in information security education/training. Thus, the purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of OCB on the relationships between information security countermeasures and compliance intention. Questionary was designed based on prior information security research, and survey was conducted among companies' employees across the industry. Results showed that information security policy and information security education/training were found to be key predictors of compliance intention. In addition, OCB was proven to mediate the relationships between information security countermeasures and compliance intention.
