선진국을 중심으로 정보산업의 육성과 정보유통체제를 구축하는 것과 같이 우리나라에서도 1960년대 이후 과학기술분야를 중심으로 정보유통체제를 구축하고 국가적인 차원의 효율적인 정보 서비스체제 구축을 위해 노력해 왔다. 그러나 우리나라의 정보 수집, 가공, 서비스 측면은 외국과 비교하여 아직까지도 많은 차이를 보이고 있는 실정이다.

Despite of a huge amount of GIS data were distributed in the private sectors, they were gradually decayed due to lack of the legal preparation or civilian data distribution channels. In order to solve these problems this study was mainly focused on the civilian GIS data distribution and demonstrated a proposed direction through the requested questionnaire and analysis of the civilian enterprises and public sectors for the favorable civilian GIS distribution flow. The implementation of the civilian GIS data distribution center(provisional name) was proposed fir the civilian GIS distribution flow because of the fact that civilian sectors were seriously requested to build and to operate the civilian GIS distribution organization through the result of the requested questionnaire. The requested questionnaire items were selected as the civilian enterprises distribution, data implementation and management, low and regulations, NGIS distribution network business, and civilian GIS distribution renter build to activate and to participate civilian GIS distribution. Therefore, three implementation models and three implementation operation were proposed to guide a roll of the civilian GIS data distribution center and the distribution boundaries.

Recently, knowledge and information are recognized as resources which contain important economic, social and individual values. This study investigates a concept of information society, an economic viewpoint of information and informationalism sharing of information. As a result, various plans are suggested such as information policy, recovery of inherent value of information dissolution of information gap and social movement for information sharing.

정부의 초고속 인터넷 환경을 구축하려는 적극적인 노력과 폭발적인 인터넷 사용자의 증가로 디지털 콘텐츠의 수요는 매우 커지고 있다. 앞으로 고부가가치 산업으로 발전이 예상되는 디지털 콘텐츠 사업에서 콘텐츠의 기밀성을 보장하고 저작권을 보호할 수 있는 유통 구조는 매우 중요한 것으로 판단된다. 본 논문은 현재 논의되고 있는 디지털 콘텐츠 유통에 관련해 MPEG-21과 DRM 기술에 대해 개략 적으로 살펴본 후 콘텐츠 제공자, 유통 업자 DRM 서버, 이용자 시스템으로 이루어진 DRM 기반의 디지털 콘텐츠유통 모델을 제안한다. 그리고 제시된 유통 구조에서 이용될 수 있는 유통 개체간의 키 교환 기법을 제안한다.

국내·외 소셜미디어 사용자가 증가하면서 마약 유통, 불법 촬영물 유포 등과 같은 사이버 범죄가 소셜미디어를 통하여 발생하고 있다. 사이버 범죄 수사를 위해 소셜미디어 크롤링 연구가 진행되고 있지만, 주로 'N번방' 등 불법 촬영물 및 성 착취물 유포와 같은 성범죄 수사를 대상으로 한다. 그러나 최근에는 성범죄뿐 아니라, 소셜미디어를 통한 마약 유통이 급격히 증가하고 있으므로 소셜미디어 크롤링을 통한 마약 수사 기술 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 소셜미디어 중, 인스타그램의 마약 유통을 추적하기 위해 실제 사용되는 마약 은어를 정의하고, 정의된 은어를 검색 키워드로 입력하여 사용자 계정을 수집하였다. 또한, 수집된 사용자 계정의 프로필 사진을 추출하고 유사도 분석을 수행하여 동일 마약 유통자 식별에 프로필 사진이 효과적임을 검증하였다.

This study intended to show the way of evolving 'National Geographic Information Clearinghouse' to 'National Integrated Geospatial Portal'. For this purpose we have analyzed Geospatial One-Stop Portal in the US and then suggested future model of National Geographic Information Clearinghouse. The Integrated Geospatial Portal model is based on the Reference Model for Open Distributed Processing(RM-ODP) which is an international model for information distribution and sharing. The Integrated Geospatial Portal architecture consists of the data layer, middle-ware, presentation layer. It will help users to determine their fitness for nation wide GIS application and provide tools for accessing, visualizing, or ordering various geospatial data.

지난 수십년간 GIS는 소프트웨어 기술의 발전과 더불어 엄청난 양의 자료축적을 이루었으며, 이는 공간 데이터 운용 범위의 확장 및 공간 데이터 수집 수단의 기술발전을 촉진시켜왔다. 최근 OGC(OpenGIS Consortium)는 정보의 공유와 운용을 위해 분산 환경에서 공간 데이터에 접근할 수 있는 사양들을 개발해 오고 있다. 본 논문에서는 OGC가 제공하는 개방형 GIS 서비스 중 CatalogService 명세서를 기반으로 공간정보유통모델을 구현하였다. GIS의 중요성이 더욱 강조되어가고 현 시점에서 공간정보유통모델은 분산환경에 있는 공간 데이터를 검색, 접근 및 관리를 함으로써 공간 데이터를 보다 효율적으로 공유할 수 있게 해준다. 이러한 공간정보유통모델을 이용함으로써 공간데이터 구축의 중복투자 방지 및 재사용성을 높일 수 있으며, GIS 산업의 활성화를 도모할 수 있다.

Sharing of product and process information with partners is a basic activity and key requirement which ensures success of distribution. ePedigree that encapsulates all of the event data from manufacturer to retail shop provides a flexible mechanism of storing and sharing traceable information to the partners of supply chain and credibility of shared information through digital signature based on Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). To generate the signature that can be authenticated through PKI, the partners of supply chain should pay for PKI certificates from Certificate Authority (CA). In case of agrifood cooperatives which consist of petty merchants or farmers, it is hard to pay for the PKI certificate for all members and is a big obstacle for the ePedigree to be applied to the supply chain. This paper proposes a private certification method of ePedigree for cooperatives. Cooperatives can apply the ePedigree using the proposed method to all the members at small cost and the proposed method can assure the credibility of information at the same level of the previous ePedigree.

그 동안 바코드와 POS 시스템은 SCM이나 ERP 및 CRM등 여러 가지 기법의 경영성과를 얻는 데 이바지해 왔다. 그러나 지금 널리 사용되고 있는 바코드에 상품의 제조연월일 등에 관한 정보를 포함한 새로운 개념의 타임 바코드(Time stamp barcode)를 도입한다면 보다 나은 경영성과를 얻을 수 있을 것이다. 이 논문은 이와 같은 동태적 SCM 즉, 타임 바코드를 이용하여 개선된 SCM에 관한 이론적 배경과 그 기법 및 적용범위 등에 관하여 논의하고 있다. POS 시스템에서 타임 바코드를 통하여 경과시간별 판매/재고정보를 실시간으로 제공하여 각 매장에서 판매되고 남아 있는 경과시간별 재고량을 토대로 생산량을 최적화하고 또 최적의 머천다이징도 가능하다. 그리고 유통기한 경과에 따른 폐기손실의 규모를 줄이고 재고처리 전략도 큰 성과를 기대할 수 있다.
