본 논문에서는 Python과 Selenium 라이브러리 기반의 재난 문자 크롤링 및 데이터 시각화 애플리케이션을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 애플리케이션의 특징은 웹상에서 재난 문자 데이터를 크롤링(Crawling)하여 그 빈도수에 따라 시각화하는 것이다. 이 애플리케이션을 활용하여 국민재난안전포털에 접속하여 재난 문자 데이터를 크롤링하고, 그 데이터를 Word Cloud를 활용하여 지역별 재난 문자 빈도수를 시각화한다. 지역별 재난 문자 빈도수를 한눈에 보기 쉽게 시각화함으로써 재난문자를 잘 확인하지 않는 사람들에게 해당 지역의 재난 정보를 쉽게 전달하는 기능을 제공한다.

This paper deals with visualization that can appropriately show the characteristics deduced from relationships between pieces of information. The visualization of influence, which is used as an important index in deducing the characteristics of relationships in social network analysis, was selected as research topic, and first, the elements that show relationships within the network and the index that show influence were classified and organized. Second, the links between relational elements that show influence in social network were examined, and an influence visualization network was created. Third, an influence visualization framework was proposed which explains the interaction between social network analysis and visualization process. The influence visualization network and framework being proposed in this paper can be used not only to understand and analyze the elements that influence social network but also to make it possible to have a rational and efficient approach to network visualization. Hopefully, they will become a new methodological approach to information design.

This paper analyzes the artistic practical use of social network visualization through the aesthetic information interpretation. The first social network visualization has emerged as 'Sociogram' in the form of social network analysis(SNA). Since social network has complex, the analyzing technology of social network has emerged. Early social network visualization has a practical purpose to measure the social structure, but current social network visualization divided into various forms from artistic expressions through information. This paper divide into two categories based on the artistic application of social network visualization. First, this research focuses on the static graph based on analog. Second, this research analyze the category of interacted visualization to generate a real-time digital image. This paper presents the fusion of paradigm between engineering and art through this way.

Information Visualization is an information technology to visually represent the data and information by utilizing various tools. Visual information can increase the user's intuitiveness and it can be an effective way that can observe and comprehend the specific information in a short time. Information Visualization, as a research method on Humanities, in the high interest of researchers of Humanities and Area studies, is recently used for collecting base data and analyzing information. As an way to use Information Visualization, various forms of Information Visualization like Electronic Cultural Atlas, Network and Multimedia are actively discussed and studied today. In this paper, Information Visualization will be discussed by utilizing D3, a web-based technology for dynamic visualization. In detail, relationship between the Abbasids of Islam can be visualized by using nodes and connection lines and, this relationship between objects will be analyzed efficiently. Researchers related in this field can use this analyzed information for basis data in their researches.

In this paper, we suggest an information retrieval visualization tool using the knowledge representation method. Information retrieval visualization tool suggested in this paper is designed to automatically extract retrieval intention using user's search history data and visualize extracted retrieval intention in the knowledge representation method structure. A psychological knowledge representation methodology was adopted for schema for retrieval intention representation and its effectiveness has been proved through the behavioral experiments. Result of experiment revealed that information retrieval visualization tool has been improved approximately 39% in user satisfaction compared to existing retrieval method, suggesting a measure to solve re-retrieval problem in the process of information retrieval.

RNA 분자의 이차구조는 그 분자의 생물학적 기능을 이해하는데 필요한 요소이다. 본 논문은 RNA 이차 구조의 loop과 helix를 그룹화 하여 하나의 객체 단위로 설계한 뒤 필요한 loop과 helix들의 연결구조를 부분 시각화 하는 알고리즘을 소개한다. 기존의 존재하는 시각화 알고리즘들은 정보손실에 해당하는 겹침에 의한 피해를 줄이기 위해 다양한 변형 방법을 이용하였으나 이번 알고리즘은 사용자에 의해 필요로 하는 정보만을 선택해 볼 수 있기에 정보 손실의 문제를 피할 수 있다.

이 글은 Music Information Retrieval(MIR) 기법을 사용하여 오디오 콘텐츠의 리듬 정보를 자동으로 분석하고 이를 시각화하는 방법에 대해 다룬다. 특히 MIR을 활용한 간단한 시각화(sound visualization) 어플리케이션을 소개함으로써 음악 정보 분석이 디자인, 시각 예술에서 다양하게 활용될 수 있음을 보이고자 한다. 음악적 정보를 시각 예술로 담아내려는 시도는 20세기 초 아방가르드 화가들에 의해 본격적으로 시작되었다. 80년대 이후에는 컴퓨터 기술의 급속한 발전으로 사운드와 이미지를 디지털 영역에서 쉽게 하나로 다룰 수 있게 되었고, 이에 따라 다양한 오디오 비주얼 예술작품들이 등장하였다. MIR은 오디오 콘텐츠로부터 음악적 정보를 분석하는 DSP(Digital Signal Processing) 기술로 최근 디지털 콘텐츠 시장의 확장과 더불어 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 특히 웹이나 모바일에서는 이미 다양한 상용 어플리케이션이 적용되고 있는데 query-by-humming과 같은 음악 인식 어플리케이션이 대표적인 경우이다. 이 글에서는 onset 검출(onset detection)을 중심으로 음악적 리듬을 분석하는 알고리즘을 살펴보고 기본적인 조형원리에 따라 이를 시각화하는 어플리케이션의 예를 소개한다.

임베디드 시스템을 위한 가상기계 기술은 모바일 디바이스와 디지털 TV 등에 탑재되어 다운로드 솔루션에 꼭 필요한 소프트웨어 기술이다. 현재 EVM(Embedded Virtual Machine)이라 명명되어진 임베디드 시스템을 위한 가상기계에 대한 연구가 진행 중이며, 임베디드 시스템을 위한 실행 파일 포맷인 EVM 파일 포맷인 설계되었다. EVM 파일 포맷은 이진 스트링 형태로 구성되어 있기 때문에, EVM 파일의 형태를 분석하고 각각의 정보를 보다 용이하게 접근하는 데는 한계를 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 클래스 파일에 대한 시각화 브라우저와 클래스 파일 실행 분석기의 분석을 기반으로 하여 EVM 파일 포맷을 위한 시각화 브라우저를 설계하고 구현한다. 기존의 텍스트 중심의 브라우저와는 다르게 정보를 이해하기 쉽게 시각화하여 표현하였다. EVM 파일 포맷을 위한 시각화 브라우저를 통해서 EVM 파일에 대한 분석을 보다 편리하게 진행하고, EVM 파일이 갖는 정보에 대한 접근을 용이하게 할 수 있다.

본 연구는 문화유산 데이터의 효과적 정보 시각화 방안을 탐색한다. 문화유산 데이터는 역사적 사회적 맥락 속에서 충실히 이해될 수 있기에, 지리적 평면과 시간 축으로 이루어지는 3차원 시공간 큐브상에 문화유산 데이터들을 배치하는 것은 문화유산의 특성을 반영하면서도 통시적·공시적 조망을 동시에 제공하는 유익한 시각화 방안이 될 수 있다. 이를 확인하기 위해 문화유산 컬렉션 데이터를 지도 평면과 시간 축으로 구성된 시공간 큐브 상에서 탐색·체험할 수 있는 웹 어플리케이션과 AR 어플리케이션을 구현하고, 이에 대한 사용자 평가를 실시했다. 평가 분석 결과 문화유산 데이터의 3차원 시각화는 데이터에 대한 총체적 시야를 제공하고 새로운 체험에 대한 관심과 호기심을 유발하는 한편, 낯선 형식으로 인한 인지적 피로가 뒤따를 수 있어 대상 데이터의 특성, 매체 형식의 특성, 사용자의 경험적 이해, 인간의 지각방식을 고려한 다각적 정보 체험 설계가 필요할 것으로 파악되었다.

Information Feature Visualization integrates the traditional information retrieval techniques and visualization techniques and reduces the time and effort from searching for requested information by promoting apprehension from the wide and various internet information. It's used to understand the related information tendency by supporting the statistic materials for retrieved results. It's useful to catch a tendency regarding information over the search process. Recently, by increasing interest in the information visualization in the library system, The research about various visualization technology and searching system has been developed by many researchers. So, to describe systematically and visually the feature of information, we'll make the element of information visualization uniform by various views and suggest paradigm renewing retrieval technology using information outlining techniques by developing search tool to improve apprehension about information and navigate more easily among information. We can improve user's apprehension about search information and search more usefully.
