인터넷의 발달로 엄청난 양의 정보가 유통됨에 따라, 과학기술분야의 연구자들에게 이러한 정보를 분석하여 검증된 형태의 분석정보를 신속하게 제공하는 것이 기술혁신을 위한 연구개발 성과와 직결되고 있는 추세이다. 인터넷 시대 이전에는 극히 제한적으로 통제된 형태로 유통되던 정보가 현재는 정형과 비정형, 정보 표출의 형식을 갖춘 기관과 자유분방한 개인의 역할이 혼재하면서 정보수집과 분석의 양상이 사뭇 달라지고 있다.

정보화사회에서 정보자원의 핵심인 도서관은 출판물의 증가, 정보매체의 다양화 등으로 인해 이용자가 원하는 모든 정보를 소장한다는 것은 불가능하므로 도서관 상호대차를 통한 정보의 공유와 유통이 이루어져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 도서관정보의 공유와 유통을 활성화하기 위하여 대량의 정보를 고속으로 전송할수 있는 초고속 정보통신망을 이용한 도서관 상호 대차(ILL)시스템의 개념모델을 제안한다.

정보보호에 있어 다양한 정보수집과 공유는 가장 기본적이고 필수적인 요소다. 정보공유와 협력은 사이버 공간의 안전을 책임지는 KISA에게 가장 중요한 부분이며, 실제로 KISA에서는 광범위한 정보 수집을 위해 많은 기업.기관들과 끊임없이 정보를 교류하고 있다. 대응지원팀은 KISA가 침해사고 예방과 신속한 대응을 위한 정보교류, 즉 정보 네트워크의 중심에 서 있을 수 있도록 활약하는 팀이다.

지식정보는 개발자마다 여러 형태로 가공, 저장, 표현되며, 또한 다양화.전문화 추세를 보이고 있어 정보의 상호교환.연계활용에 어려움이 많은 것이 사실이다. 이처럼 정보의 교환이나 공유를 고려하지 않은 정보시스템의 구축과 개별적으로 운영중인 분산된 시스템들은 정보시스템간의 호환성 부재로 지식정보자원의 낭비를 초래하고 있어 국가차원의 지식정보인프라 공동활용을 위한 표준화 기반 마련은 가장 시급한 과제가 되고 있다.

Today the traditional national intelligence activities which are mainly based on classified informations are confronted with several problems. These are excessive collection cost, morality of intelligence activity, objectivity of intelligence, intelligence dead zone and timeliness of intelligence etc. On the other hand, circumstances of national intelligence activity are rapidly changed. Those are rapid growth of internet, transformation of classified information into open one and rapid growth of intelligence capabilities of private sector. To cope these problems and circumstances, we reevaluated OSINT(Open Source INTelligence) which is collected from all kinds of open source informations on the internet. First, we classified OSINT into four categories corresponding to the traditional classified collection methods i.e., IMINT, SIGINT, HUMINT and MASINT. And we evaluate the value of OSINT in comparison with classified collection methods. Finally a system for national intelligence activity based on all kinds of open source intelligence on the internet is proposed, described and compared with the system of traditional national intelligence activity.

The purpose of this study is to understand information behavior of older adults with diabetes. After reviewing previous research, related factors are identified and a questionnaire was devised. The structured interview was administered to the aged 60 and over in the B hospital (N=543). Data about awareness of the disease, health literacy, information environment, information need, information seeking, information use, information service, and personal background are collected and analyzed descriptively. Relationship between variables are examined and hypotheses are tested to find factors affecting information behavior. The level of the awareness of the disease and health literacy appeared to be low. It is proved that awareness of the disease is a factor affecting information need and information use. Health literacy affects information use. There is a statistical significant difference between information need and information use by disease education and duration. There is also a statistical significant difference between information use among groups divided by information environment, sex, age, and education. Based on the results, campaign to raise disease awareness, marketing promotion about information support facilities, customized information service for older adults are suggested.

Local governments' spatial information policies are very important in that it can increase the relatedness to upper policy regarding the share, openness and converged utilization of spatial information and contribute to voluntary participation and creative uses linked to big data. However, local governments' spatial information policies require enhancement since it need to update framework spatial data, to derive spatial information service and to share the data. In this research, we compared the spatial information policies and related systems of central and local governments, and analyzed the local governments' spatial information policy enforcement plans and the Seoul metropolitan government's utilization survey on 32 spatial information systems. In the result, for the improvement of local governments' spatial policies, on-demand updating of base map using the as built drawings linked to field work departments, securing up-to-date public domain spatial information through the NSDI system, sharing of spatial information based on the spatial information platform and benchmarking of best practices related to the spatial information based policy participation are suggested.

최근 갑작스런 폭우로 인한 제방 붕괴, 침수 및 지진 등과 같은 재해 발생 시 추가 피해를 방지하고 주민들의 긴급대피를 도운 건 SNS를 통한 현장 정보와 경보 메시지의 지속적인 전파이다. 최근의 SNS는 재난정보에서도 활용할 수 있을 정도로 진화하였다. 국가재난정보 중 수재해 관련 정보를 추출하여 다양한 주제도위에 중첩으로 공간정보를 제공할 수 있는 재난정보 제공을 위한 웹서비스를 개발하고자 하였다. 수재해 정보를 필터링하기 위하여 우선 관련된 키워드 선정이 필요하며, 기본적인 키워드는 하천일람표를 참고하여 6개 권역 및 하천이름을 선정하였다. 또한, 한강 홍수 통제소의 수자원 용어사전과 (사)한국물학술단체연합회에서 발간한 물용어집을 참고하여 수재해 관련 용어들 약 300여개를 추가하였다. 선정된 용어들은 1차적으로 적재된 데이터베이스에서 수재해 정보 관련 필터링을 하는데 사용되며, 비정형 데이터들을 필터링하고 주소 정보 검색 및 추출을 통하여 정형화 하게 된다. 추출된 주소정보에 대하여 개발한 지오코딩 모듈을 적용하여 수재해 항목에 대해 좌표정보를 업데이트 하게 된다. 가뭄, 집중호우, 홍수 등의 수재해 정보별, 또한 일자별 그룹화 및 구조화를 진행하고 해당되는 정보를 공간정보 오픈플랫폼 API를 활용하여 지도상에 가시화할 수 있다. 개발한 지오코딩 모듈을 이용하여 실제 테이블 정보를 구성하여 데이터베이스에 수재해 정보 지오코딩 테이블을 구성하여 테스트 모의하였다. 재난정보 중 홍수, 가뭄에 대한 선택정보와 시간정보를 매개변수로 받는 XML 웹서비스 테스트로 검증을 하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 재난정보 가시화에 있어서 사용자가 조회하고자 하는 유형별, 날짜별 선택이 가능한 공간적 정보를 검색 및 확인할 수 있게 되었다. 개발한 수재해 정보 지오코딩 모듈 프로토 타입은 수재해 정보 플랫폼 융합기술 연구단에서 개발하는 핵심 목표시스템 내 재난정보 제공시스템에 적용 가능하며, 수재해 정보에 대하여 대국민 서비스가 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

개인정보에 대한 경각심 및 중요성 증대에 따라 텍스트 내 개인정보를 탐지하는 태스크가 주목받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 개인정보 탐지 및 비식별화를 위한 개인정보 특화 개체명 태그셋 7개를 고안하는 한편 이를 바탕으로 비식별화된 원천 데이터에 가상의 데이터를 대치하고 개체명을 주석함으로써 개인정보 특화 개체명 데이터셋을 구축하였다. 개인정보 분류 실험에는 KR-ELECTRA를 사용하였으며, 실험 결과 일반 개체명 및 정규식 바탕의 규칙 기반 개인정보 탐지 성능과 비교하여 특화 개체명을 활용한 딥러닝 기반의 개인정보 탐지가 더 높은 성능을 보임을 확인하였다.
