According to increase share ratio of information on library be unable bring to maintain knowledge and information resource management for information audit and control on management vision in non-profit organization. Application of information management system was necessary to the systems integration and total management activity in total management system of organization. Library must be to investigate knowledge and information promotion and management innovation needs to consider to gather into a bundle problems to include social and economic requirements. This research be able to adaption all library standardization rule review adapt ability of information management system through the analysis compared to various developed performance indicator for library and level evaluation indicator for information management system. Library will be expanse efficiency of organization, satisfaction of users and level up the National competition through the adaptation of information management system.

Teachers should actively maintain and improve their ICT competency in today's ever changing information society. A standardized system should now be developed to assist educators when choosing courses to improve their ICT competency. Previous ICT competency studies have only measured one's current ICT abilities rather than analyzing the skills necessary for educators to be successful in the educational system. This study developed an assessment tool to measure the ICT competency levels of CEOs who have the potential to be the decision makers in ICT education. In order to accomplish this, the jobs, duties, and tasks of educational CEOs were analyzed against the ICT Skills Standards for Teachers to determine which ICT skills are required by educational CEOs. Sixty-three questions were extracted from this analysis, guiding educational CEOs in the determination of their own ICT skills level.

The construction industry has mainly relied on financially focused performance measurements, and studies on performance measurement systems (PMSs) have been carried out at the project level. However, recently, the demand for performance evaluation and management at the company level has increased. A few previous efforts have aimed to develop a conceptual model for company performance, but there have been few follow-up studies. From this perspective, we have developed a web-based performance and informatization measurement system to measure and compare the business performance and the level of informatization of construction companies. Then, we carried out a performance evaluation and system test using the data set of 78 Korean construction companies and identified practical issues for the implementation of our PMS.

Since the Construction Management(CM) was introduced into the Korea construction industry, the efforts for acceleration of CM adaption have been continued. The fact that an owner organization has the essential key to successful application of CM delivery method is true, but there has been no study on owner's organization. An owner should decide their organization type and measure their current needs for several different construction business functions for successful application of CM. After the needs of CM business functions are measured, the owner should reinforce their required business functions through strengthening their in-house capability or outsourcing. Thus, this paper defines four kinds of owner organization type and suggest the form for evaluation of owner's CM ability and analyze about needs of each type's CM capability through a survey.
