우리나라는 정부의 정보화 촉진정책에 힘입어 전국에 초고속정보통신 기간망이 구축되었고, 산업 및 공공영역에서의 정보인프라를 통한 정보화 확산은 가정으로 확산되어 가고 있는 추세이다. 이를 대표하는 정보화 서비스 중의 하나가 디지털 홈 서비스이다. 그러나 디지털 홈 서비스에 대한 선행연구들은 기술적인 연구에 치중하고 있는 반면, 소비자의 향후 디지털 홈 서비스 수응 등 전략적 관점에서의 체계적인 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 디지털 홈 서비스 수용의도에 대한 선행요인들을 고찰하고 디지털 홈 서비스의 잠재 사용자 수용모델을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 이 수용모델의 적합성을 평가하기 위하여 실증분석을 하였다. 본 연구의 기대효과로는 디지털 홈 서비스 시장의 활성화를 위한 전략적 측면, 예컨대 효과적인 상품개발과 마케팅을 위한 적절한 전략을 세울 수 있는 기반을 마련해줄 것으로 기대된다.

정보화 사회에서 관광 웹 사이트는 그 지역의 가치가 있는 관광정보를 제공하고, 관광객을 유치하는 마케팅 도구로서 그 역할이 중요시되고 있다. 또한, 인터넷 정보 수용자는 관광 웹 사이트를 매개로 하여 그 지역에 대한 이미지를 갖게 되고, 점차적으로 일정한 태도를 형성하여 결국 관광지를 선택하는데 영향을 받는다고 볼 수 있다. 지방 자치 단체의 홈페이지에서 관광 홍보가 매우 중요하다. 그 이유는 첫째 인터넷 외에 지역의 관광정보를 여행하기 전에 입수하는 것이 매우 어려운 상황이고, 둘째로, 인터넷을 통한 관광 정보 탐색이 대중화되고 있기 때문이다. 정보탐색은 지속적 탐색이라 표현할 수 있는데 잠재적 관광객이 관광 홈페이지를 매개로 하여 그 지역의 대한 이미지를 갖게 되고 그에 따라 관광지 선택에 영향을 받는다고 볼 수 있다. 하지만, 광역자치단체의 웹사이트 상에서 관광정보를 구축하여 제공할 때에 정보 수용자 측면보다는 개발자 측면 중심으로 이루어진 경우가 많이 있다. 그래서, 막대한 재정적 투자를 통해 개발된 관광정보가 수용자의 욕구에 다소 못 미칠 수 있다. 이에 관광정보 수용자들의 정보탐색 요인을 파악하여 개발할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 또한, 관광정보 요구자가 관광정보를 탐색할 때 그들의 특성에 따라 관광정보 웹 사이트를 평가하는 기준이 다르게 나타날 수 있다. 이를 기반으로 대학생들이 개인의 특성에 따라 웹 사이트의 평가에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 설문지법을 사용하여 전남 D대학교의 관광학 전공, 경영학 전공, IT(정보통신)학 전공 학생을 대상으로 총 90부를 설문조사 하였으며, 각 전공별 학생들을 컴퓨터 실습실에서 1시간 동안 전남도청 관광 웹 사이트를 탐색하게 한 후 설문지에 응답하는 방식을 사용했다. 개인의 특성에 따라서 관광정보 웹 사이트 수용도 에서는 유흥성향과 외향-내향성 성향이 관광정보 웹 사이트의 수용도에 영향을 미친다는 매우 유의하다는 결과를 도출 할 수 있었다. 웹 사이트의 특성에 따라서 관광정보 웹 사이트 수용도 에서는 탐색의 편리성, 정보의 충실성, 정보의 질이 관광정보 수용도 유의적이라는 결과를 도출했다. 하지만, 대고객 서비스에는 관광정보 웹 사이트 수용도에 대한 영향이 유의적이지 못한 결과를 보이고 있는데, 이를 위해서는 사용자에게 개별서비스 제공을 함으로서, 동영상이나 각종 사운드, 사용자 편의를 위한 관련정보 다운로드, 사용자를 고려한 부과서비스를 제공한다면 웹 사이트의 성과가 높을 것임을 기대할 수 있다.

초고속 인터넷 서비스는 정보화 시대에 살고 있는 우리에게 없어서는 안 되는 존재가 되고 있다. 이에 맞추어 KT는 기존의 가입자 동선 케이블을 이용하여 초고속 인터넷 서비스를 제공하기 위해 서비스 속도 향상과 음영지역 해소를 위한 다양한 해결방안을 모색하여왔다. 그 결과로써. 옥외 통신장비를 수용하기 위한 방안으로 광전송장비를 지하에 수용할 수 있는 CEV의 필요성이 대두되었으며 CEV의 개발이 완료되는 시점이 다가옴에 따라 KT는 언제 어디서든 고품질의 인터넷 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 인프라를 갖추게 되었다.

The advancement of the information technology provides a wide range of corporate to cope with new business environments that are different in size, life and operation conditions. The Research methodology used in this study is Technology Acceptance Model. The Study Method are mainly survey and questionnaire. The major result of article can be summarized. Its are as the follows: This paper ware investigated the determinants of 'port service quality', 'perceived usefulness', 'perceived ease of use', 'utilization intention', 'practice use'. There are 400 sended samples and 150 returns, 173 of them are analyzed on a port utilization using TAM model. 1. The Port service quality are found to have a positive effect to 'perceived usefulness', 'perceived ease of use', 'utilization intention' 2. The perceived ease of use are found to have a positive effect to 'perceived usefulness', 'utilization intention' 3. The perceived usefulness is found to be positively related to 'utilization intention' 4. The utilization intention is found to have a positive effect to ''practice use' we hove to provide useful contribution to increase the Korea ports' competitiveness in introduction of port information system. In addition, in order to port development offer some insight in further research.

This study aims to identify the causation effect between technostress and utilization of Internet information and meditation effect of information service acceptability between technostress and Internet information utilization. The data were collected from 503 woman farmers aged 20 to 65 across the country. The analysis performed a three-stage mediated regression of Bron, & Kenny (1986), using the SPSS 21.0 statistical package. The importance of accepting information services has been identified in the Sobel test. According to the analysis of the medium effect on information service acceptability, information service acceptability has a partial medium effect on the technological stress of woman farmers and the level of Internet information utilization. In order to lower the technology of woman farmers in the future, it is necessary to find ways to improve new perceptions of information technology and increase acceptability of information services.

We should set up a policy objective to obtain consumer engagement in smart grid and analyze the key influencing factors in smart grid consumer engagement in oder to deploy smart grid successfully. It is because the successful deployment of smart grid depends on whether the end users accept the smart grid products and services. So far, There have been few studies in Korea which focus on the smart grid consumer engagement. Therefore, we carried out an literature review in terms of smart grid consumer engagement and tried to suggest related policy implications. As a result, we identified key influencing factors such as monetary benefits, environment-friendly characteristics, cyber security and understanding of smart grid. Futhermore, we suggested policy implications related to customer education, linkage between smart grid policies and other environmental ones, cyber security enhancement, etc.

Although mobile banking provides cost-saving opportunities as well as convenient banking experience for customers, today's banks still face challenges when deploying the technology because a good number of customers are reluctant to use mobile banking for personal reasons. This paper is an empirical investigation of the determinants of the intention to use smartphone-based mobile banking services. The determinants are grouped into two categories including personal factors and social influence factors. We conducted an empirical analysis using 751 survey responses collected from present users of mobile banking services. The results of the analysis reveal that all the personal factors have positive relationships with the intention to use mobile banking services. On the other hand, it was found that of the social influence factors, perceived herding behavior has significantly positive relationship with the intention to use smartphone-based services, whereas subjective norm is not significantly related to the intention. We provide practical as well as academic implications of the research findings.

인터넷 이용자의 폭발적인 증가와 기술의 발전, 그리고 여러 대의 PC 를 보유하는 가정의 확산 및 인터넷 정보가전 기기의 등장으로 인한 정보화 사회의 도래는 네트워크의 디지털화와 광대역화로의 변혁을 필수적으로 요구하고 있다. 정보망의 디지털화는 초기 기간망(Backbone Network)으로부터 시작하여 지금은 액세스망에서 급속한 발전을 이루고 있으며, 이러한 추세는 이제 흠 네트워크로 확산되고 있다. 따라서 정보통신 서비스 특성도 유선과 무선의 통합, 방송과 통신의 결합, 멀티미디어 서비스의 전개와 같은 패러다임 변화를 수용하는 유무선 통합 구조로 발전되어 갈 것이 분명하다. 이러한 이용 마인드 확산에 따라 댁내에서도 사무실과 동일한 통신서비스 이용 환경을 갖추고자 하는 것이 바로 홈 네트워크(Home Network)의 출발점이다. 지금은 유선 이 기술이 사업성이 있어 많이 보급되어 있지만 결국 무선과의 통합구조로 갈 것이므로 무선 기술에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다. 그래서 지금 연구되고 있는 무선 홈 네트워크 기술인 Bluetooth 와 IrDA 를 비교 분석하여 앞으로의 홈 네트워크 기술이 어떻게 발전할 것인가를 알아보도록 하겠다.

The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the effect of individual perception of artificial intelligence and the level of digital literacy on the acceptance of artificial intelligence-based public services. For empirical analysis, a research model was set up based on the technology acceptance model and planned behavior theory using survey data of 2017 and analyzed through structural equations. To summarize the results of the analysis, firstly, the positive perception of individuals about artificial intelligence technology plays a role in reinforcing attitudes toward benefits and reducing concerns about public service in which artificial intelligence technology has been introduced. Secondly, the level of digital literacy reinforces both benefits and concerns about artificial intelligence technology, but it was found that the intention to use public services was reinforced through the benefits of artificial intelligence technology perceived by individuals, rather than privacy concerns about artificial intelligence technology. Thirdly, it was confirmed that the perceived benefits of individuals on artificial intelligence technology reinforced the intention to use public civil services, and privacy concerns negatively influenced the intention to use. It was confirmed that the influence of a perceived ease of use and usefulness, as opposed to privacy concerns, further reinforces the intention to use. Both citizens' positive perceptions regarding the accuracy and reliability of information provided through artificial intelligence technology and institutional complementation of responsibility for errors caused by artificial intelligence technology are strengthened, and technical problems related to privacy protection are solved.

국내 정보화 서비스 수준의 향상과 멀티미디어 유형의 자료의 증가로 초고속 광 네트워크 기술에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 한편, 국방정보통신망은 ATM 기술을 기반으로 한 백본 망을 구성하여 운영 중이나 최근에는 매년 평균 1.5배 규모로 통화량이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이에 따라 수년 내에 현 백본 망에서 수용할 수 있는 통화량의 한계점에 도달할 것으로 예측되어 백본구조의 개선이 필요한 시점이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 초고속 광 네트워크 기술을 이용하여 국방정보통신망의 백본구조를 개선하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 최신 광 전송 및 네트워크 기술을 살펴보고, 실행 가능한 2가지 대안을 제시한다. 이어서 이들 대안들에 대한 장점, 제한사항 그리고 정량적인 비용분석을 통하여 최적안을 제안한다. 그 결과 국방정보통신망의 5년간 증설 및 운용유지 비용에서 28% 정도를 절감하면서 통화량 수용능력을 최소 1.7배 이상 확대하여 차후 망의 증설에 대비한 유연성을 확보하는 효과가 기대된다.
