Informatization is a process that corporation's external environmental factors and internal environmental factors influence as complex. is a phenomenon that appears via this process. To evaluate that informatization was propeled well or informatization level is high can be dangerous work extremely by only once-over-lightly some factors, organization information ability is superior or infrastructure is constructed well. Therefore, an evaluation for industrial information systems that consider corporation's external environment and internal environment configurationally and objective estimation through this is required in national dimension. This research sorted types of business using types of business classification of 2001 EIII(Evaluation Indices of Industrial Informatization) laying stress on corporation's product and product production process for reflecting various industrial classification. And we are dividing whole our country corporations by manufacture industry, the construction industry, distribution industry, service industry, banking industry 5 types of business. To see such classed types industry classification from consistent viewpoint, we saw them within new framework, purchase, operation, physical distribution, marketing and sale. service etc. laying stress on primary businesses except support businesses of planning, financial management etc. To draw special quality of business center from primary business of each types of business, we draw industry classification Key Capability that centers when plans corporation's corporate strategy and information strategy. And we deducted industrial classification key production business connected with industry classification Key Capability. After drawing an evaluation items for industrial information systems in informatization analysis viewpoint laying stress on drawn businesses. Finally we did Case Study by making out an evaluation for industrial information systems questionnaire that considers special quality of manufacturing industry. Through EIII that consider the industrial classification, we could know that it explains the corporation's purchase, production, distribution in general and detail.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the results of training programs for strengthening teachers' ICT competency and to suggest the ways to improve the existing ones. To do this, we conducted literature review, web survey with teachers, and in-depth interview with training program operators. The results of the online survey indicated that generally speaking, the programs had been operated desirably, although three programs(Thinking with Technology Course, Essential Course, e-PBL Instructional Design Course) needed to take additional efforts for their effectiveness and efficiency. According to the results of in-depth interview with training operators, they demanded re-training for lecturers, self career development, quality control of regional delivery training, expansion of training periods, and post-supports after training etc.

KISA의 중소기업 정보보호 수준 자가평가를 통해 얻은 환상기업의 보안 성적표는 김 대리의 예상보다 훨씬 더 심각한 수준이었다. 정보화 규모와 정보화 의존도가 중간 수준으로 평가된 환상기업의 가장 큰 문제는 정보보호 활동을 위한 정책지침과 활동방향이 없다는 점. 환상기업의 정보보호 업무가 시작된 지 불과 3개월이 채 되지 않는다는 점을 감안해 본다면 당연한 결과였다. 그래서 김 대리의 업무 목표는 자연스럽게 환상기업의 정보보호 정책수립으로 이어지게 됐다.

한 국가의 정보화 수준에 대한 평가는 "어떤 유형의 정보가 얼마만큼 어떤 과정을 거쳐 창출, 이용되고 있는가" 하는 문제와 밀접한 관련을 가지고 있으므로 국가 정보화 정책의 효율성 극대화를 위해서는 정보의 유통과정에 대한 분석, 평가의 실시와 이의 Feedback 활동이 요청된다. 이에 따라 본 고에서는 각 미디어를 통해 정보가 유통되는 단계별로 정보유통량 산정을 위한 계량항목을 설정하고 그 산정방법을 사례로서 제시하였다.

The pursuit of strategic infomatization plays a critical role in increasing the competitiveness of domestic companies in this rapidly changing era. In particular, infomatization of small and medium construction companies is lower than that of large companies in terms of company size and the range of infomatization. Also, the environment for the infomatization is very unfavorable. Thus, to ensure effective infomatization of small and medium construction companies, it is critical to assess the current level of infomatization, and ensuing initiatives should start by gaining an accurate understanding of the level that should be reached in the future by each stage. This paper purports to develop indices which are needed for the diagnosis of current level of infomatization and for the understanding of current realities, problems and requirements that the small and medium construction companies face while pursuing infomatization today.

본 논문은 공공부문에서 정보화사업의 타당성 검토 방법론을 비교분석하고 문제점을 도출하여 문제점 극복방안을 제시한다. 기존의 방법론이 재무적 성과에 중점을 두고 있는 반면에 가치 중심의 평가를 제안하고 특히 EA 기반의 타당성 검토방법이 더욱 합리적이고 포괄적인 방법임을 제시한다.

나용환(羅龍煥) 정보화시스템실장은 공단 내 SixSigma T/F팀장을 겸하고 있다. 지난 81년 입사하여 올해로 25년째를 맞고 있는 나실장은 공단 홈페이지 내 정보교류센터(IEC)를 운영하면서 쌍방향 정보교류를 구상한 끝에 공공기관으로서는 획기적인 것으로 평가되는 '캐쉬마일리지'제도를 시행하고 있다. 사이트 내에 ESCO투자제안방이 따로 있을 정도로 ESCO들에게 거는 기대가 크다고 말하는 나 실장에게 물었다.

참여정부가 정부혁신 방안의 하나로 추진하고 있는 성과관리제도는 조직이 지향하는 목표를 체계적으로 관리하기 위한 것으로, 성과목표를 설정하고 목표 달성 여부를 판단하여 결과를 의사결정에 환류하는 경영관리기법이다. 현재 시행되고 있는 공공분야의 성과관리제도는 정부업무평가, 직무성과계약제, 재정사업 성과관리제도 등 다양하다. 국방부는 정부 방침에 따라 성과관리체계를 구축함에 있어 내부의 성과관리뿐만 아니라 외부 평가제도를 지원하기 위한 통합성과관리체계를 구축하였다. 본 논문에서는 국방부 정보화기획관실의 BSC 기반의 성과관리체계 구축 사례를 통하여 공공기관 정보화조직의 성과관리체계 구축 방향을 제안한다.

대학에서 수행되고 있는 다양한 업무 가운데 ASP 서비스가 가능한 영역을 대상으로 데이터의 통합 성과 커스터마이징 평가 요소를 기준으로 어플리케이션을 분류하였다. 대학정보화 어플리케이션을 2평가요소로 4개의 군으로 분류하였고, 각 군의 특성을 분석하였다. 이 분류를 통해 ASP 사업자는 대학정보화 어플리케이션의 특징과 특성을 살펴볼 수 있다. 또한 대학데이터센터 구축 방안중 ASP 추진 전략의 근거로 사용할 수 있다.
