고도의 정보통신기술의 발달에 따라서 사회경제의 중심자원이 에너지나 물질에서 정보로 이행해 가고 있고 정보의 생산과 유통과 활용이 새로운 정보통신 상품과 서비스를 통해서 사회경제에서 널리 활용되고 있는 현상을 정보화라고 정의할 수 있다.

Currently, ITs(Information Technologies} performances have been recognized as an essential tool for terminal operations. However, there have been little research that analyze level of ITs performance on port operation. Thus, the aim of this research is to analyze current level of ITs performance of major container terminals in Busan and Gwangyang. To achieve this objective, we developed HFP-based index that improve pervious indicator for evaluation of ITs performance. And then, level of ITs performance of four major container terminals were measured by the collected data through face to face interviews. Finally, through this analysis, some findings including weaknesses of ITs performance and implications were discussed.

Despite the importance of information technology, research on information-oriented performance management and performance management methods are very insufficient. In this paper, the SSU-ITPM model, a company-wide informatization performance evaluation and management model that reflects the characteristics of the shipbuilding and marine industry with high cooperative and process complexity, was presented. This model consisted of informatization planning and project management, informatization field utilization evaluation, informatization utilization quality evaluation, informatization user satisfaction evaluation, and informatization effect achievement evaluation. In addition, through the application of Company D, the feasibility of practical application of the model was confirmed. This study is expected to provide a practical reference model for informatization performance management of ETO plant-based companies such as the shipbuilding and offshore sector.

전자상거래의 발달은 산업구조와 상거래의 변화를 가져왔다. 기존의 제조업체와 도, 소매상과 소비자와의 관계 변화에 따라 물류에 대한 중요도가 더해 가고 있다. 인터넷상에서 실시간으로 이루어지는 전자상거래에서 물류는 그 성패를 가늠할 만큼 중요한 요소라 할 수 있다. 국내에서는 변화하는 정보화시대에 대비하여 정부차원에서 지난 90년대 중반부터 물류분야에서 종합물류정보망을 구축하여 수출입물류와 국내물류의 정보화를 추진하고 있다. 통관망과 더불어 종합물류정보망은 수출입물류에 있어 전자문서교환(EDI)과 컨테이너터미널에서의 게이트자동화와 터미널운영정보서비스를 제공하고 있다. 육상에서는 첨단화물운송정보시스템(CVO)을 구축하여 화물차량실시간추적 및 수배송주선서비스를 제공하고 육상과 수출입물류에서 정보관리와 통계서비스를 제공하고 있다. 전자상거래에 따른 산업구조와 기술개발 등의 변화 외에도 남북한 긴장완화, 동북아시아 환경변화, 환경친화형 사회 구축 등에 따른 물류정보화에 대한 접근이 필요하게 되었다. 이에 따라 외국에서의 전자상거래의 발달에 따른 물류정보화의 추세, 통신 및 정보기술(IT)의 발달에 따라 구현가능한 물류정보화 서비스를 살펴보고 국내에서 추진중인 종합물류정보망의 서비스와 시스템의 추진방향에 대해 다루어 보았다. 종합물류정보망에서는 향후 수출입물류정보서비스, 첨단화물운송(CVO) 서비스, 통합물류DB서비스, 물류거점시설정보서비스, 물류 e-Marketplace 서비스를 구축, 제공할 예정이다.

In information society, Convergence was combined with a word 'digital'. Digital convergence means a service or new product which appeared through fusion of unit technologies in information and communication regions. The effects of convergence technologies and social phenomenons are visualized in overall regions of society such as economy, society, culture, etc. Nowadays, manufacturing field are facing new challenges, through digital information and global integration, toward sophisticated production. This paper presents the system configuration and issues of current manufacturing execution system(MES), and describes major issues and solving elements to establish a MES system for cloud services. Also, we propose a method for building a manufacturing information system to have the optimized production flow and to respond appropriately to consumer market.

국가정보화추진에 있어서 정보화 투자관리의 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 과거 정보화 패러다임인 촉진과 진흥 일변도의 정책기조가 바뀌고 있는 것이다. 이에 따라 정책 환경변화에 의한 신규투자 필요성과 기술발전에 따른 효율적인 관리가 요구되고 있다. 하지만 '10년 국가정보화 예산구조에서처럼 66%에 달하는 고정비용은 미래 정보화 발전에 걸림돌이 되고 있는 상황이다. 이런 현실에도 불구하고 국가정보화 투자 관리에 필요한 제대로 된 현황자료나 체계화를 위한 정보는 물론 대안과 전략도 부족한 형편이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 상황을 고려해 장기적인 관점에서 정보화 투자관리 체계를 분류하고 투자방향을 설정할 수 있는 기본적인 고려사항과 접근방안을 제안하고자 한다. 연구범위 및 방법은 정보화 투자분류와 중장기 투자방향설정을 위해 현황 등의 자료를 기초로 탐색적인 접근을 하고자 한다. 연구절차는 공공부문 정보화 투자관리에 대한 개관을 하고 현황분석을 통해 향후 방안에 대해 시사점을 제시한다. 이 결과는 정보화 예산을 보다 효과적으로 활용하기 위한 정책적인 아이디어 제공과 국가정보화의 체계화를 도모하고 정책목표를 성공적으로 달성하기 위한 공공 거버넌스 체계 개편에도 필요한 참조자료로 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

This Study intends to Investigate the economic impact of information technology investment. Six countries in OECD are selected and analyzed to understand the empirical relationship between informatization level and productivity Correlation test and regression analysis are executed, using macro data concerning informatization index, total factor productivity and real output per worker hour The impact of informatization level on productivity is characterized by the time lag effect which is used to explain the productivity paradox in precedent studies. Empirical analysis shows that the higher informatization level and information intensity, the lower time lag effect. The result indicates that IT investment has characteristic as sunk cost and the economic impact is appeared after a certain period of time.

기업에 있어 정보화투자는 생존.발전을 위한 필수조건이라는 시대적 요구로 받아들여지고 있다. 이에 기업은 생산방식의 디지털화와 함께 정보를 효과적으로 이용하기 위해 끊임없는 투자를 하고 있다. 특히 중소기업은 대기업에 비해 인력, 자금력, 기술력, 관리력, 정보력 등에서 모두 열세에 있기 때문에 정보화투자는 경쟁력 강화는 물론 생존을 위한 밑거름이 되고 있는 것이다. 중소기업은 조직구조가 단순하여 의사결정력과 경영자의 의지가 신속하게 반영될 수 있고 시장변화에 즉각적으로 대응할 수 있는 장점도 있기 때문에 정보화를 빠르게 진행할 수 있는 이점이 있다. 그러나 정보화라는 시대적 상황에 대응하지 못한다면 기업은 곧 고사위기에 처해질 수 밖에 없다.

글로벌 경쟁 환경 하에서 신발산업이 지속적으로 성장, 발전하기 위해서는 정보기술의 활용도 증진과 e-비즈니스의 활성화를 위한 정보화 교육이 필수적이다. 정보화 교육의 실행을 위해서는 먼저 체계적인 교육 과정이 개발되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 부산지역의 신발업체를 대상으로 실시한 교육수요조사를 토대로 교수체제설계(ISD: Instructional System Design)기법을 적용하여 신발업체를 위한 정보화 교육 과정을 개발하고 이의 효율적 실행을 위한 각종 지원 방안을 제시한다. 교육과정 개발을 통해 낙후되어 있는 신발산업의 정보화 교육을 지원하고, 업종별, 직능별, 수준별 맞춤식 교육의 기틀이 마련될 수 있을 것이다.
