IT 기술의 발전과 법 규제 등 비즈니스 환경의 변화에 따라 기존의 정보보호 접근방법에 대한 변화의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 다양한 정보보호 노력에도 불구하고 정보보호의 발전 속도는 IT 기술의 급속한 변화를 따라가기 어려운 실정이며, 끊임없이 발생하는 보안사고는 예방 중심 보안체계의 한계를 보여주고 있다. 최근 금융권에서부터 자율규제에 대한 논의가 이루어지고 있으며, 이러한 변화에 따라 정보보호의 효율성과 효과성뿐만 아니라 비즈니스의 지속가능성을 동시에 만족시키기 위한 혁신적인 관점에서의 새로운 접근방법이 요구되어진다. 본 고에서는 정보보호 혁신 모델을 통하여 자율규제 환경에서의 정보보호의 새로운 접근방법 구현을 위해 고려해야 할 사항들을 제시한다.

The successful diffusion of innovation depends on an understanding of the consumer innovators, although they represent a small group of consumers. Researchers have studied the personalities of innovators to explain how these are associated with innovativeness. This paper examined the relationships of need for uniqueness, susceptibility to interpersonal influence, attention to social comparison information, and role-relaxed consumption to individual innovativeness. Data were collected from 319 students in Seoul. The results supported by large hypothesized relationships among these variables. Based on the results of the analysis, practical implications were discussed.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting of hospital information system quality factors on user satisfaction and service innovation performance in general hospitals. Using 5-point Likert scale, survey was performed on 250 nurses on hospital information system quality, user satisfaction, and service innovation performance. Data were analyzed by t=test, ANOVA, correlation and regression analysis using SPSS WIN 24.0 program. The results showed that significant correlation between service innovation performance and independent variables was seen in system quality (r=0.644, p<.001), information quality (r=0.650, p<.001), service quality (r=0.629, p<0.001) and user satisfaction (r=0.831, p<.001). User satisfaction was a moderating variable between hospital information system quality and service innovation performance with explanatory power of 78.4%. Higher user satisfaction (B=0.557, p<.001) showed positive correlation with greater service innovation performance. Investigating the mediating role of user satisfaction between EMR quality and service innovation performance, it is suggested that importance of system quality, user friendly system support and service.

본 논문에서는 융합 신제품의 인증기준을 마련하여 시장출시를 지원하는 "산업융합 신제품 적합성 인증제도"가 최근 증가하고 있는 사회재난 분야 융합 신제품들의 시장출시 지원 시 고려해야 하는 두 가지 상반된 측면(혁신성, 안전성)을 기업의 입장과 제도 운영기관 입장에서 고찰하고 관련 시사점을 도출하였다.

In the information society, characterized by knowledge and network economy, standards and standardization became a very important factor in determining the competitiveness of nations and firms. This paper defines the concept of standards and standardization and reconstructs the theory on the relationship between standards and technological innovation. The findings and policy implications are as follows. First, the effect of standards on technological innovation differs according to its function(compatibility, minimum quality, information, and variety reduction) and types(product-related and non-product). On the other hand, standards can impede technological innovation. Second, in terms of national innovation system(NIS), standards are an infra-technology, which is a public good. Therefore, government should decide the optimal level of investment on standards and standardization. Third, since standards foster firms' innovation over the all stages of business activities company, industry, and government should connect standardization activities with R&D, manufacturing, marketing, supply chain, and technology transfer, Fourth, standards play an important role in product innovation as well as process innovation. Based on these theoretical background and hypotheses, the empirical study of the Korean firms is needed.

The international trends in activities of government R&D performance measurement is evolving into evidence-based approach to support the verification of objective policy implementation. The European Commission has been implementing KETs (Key Enabling Technologies) policy that incubates nanotech based emerging technologies to support the fourth industrial revolution/revitalization of high-tech manufacturing, and resulting innovations are quantified by KETs Observatory project. The European Commission also built Innovation Radar system that monitors potentially innovative projects within FP7 and Horizon2020 by data analysis. The United States is also upgrading its Federal RePORTER system to quantitatively monitor federal R&D investments with outcomes (including nanotechnology). In the field of Korean nanotechnology, basic statistical data by analyzing NTIS (National Science & Technology Information Service) information is applied in policy field. Developing innovation measurement methodology beyond basic statistical analysis is an international policy issue, and a long-term R&D investment area of a government. The objective of this model study is to quantify the innovation potential of nano R&D investments conducted by Korea government, using input-output based efficiency measurement model and NTIS (National Science & Technology Information Service) that is comprehensive data portal for national R&D investments/outcomes including nanotechnology.

오늘날의 경영환경은 불완전할 뿐만 아니라 경쟁이 심화되어 기업간 경쟁의 범위를 벗어나 공급사슬간의 경쟁으로 옮겨가고 있으며, 정보기술관리과 eBusiness가 급격히 발전하면서 공급사슬관리(SCM)를 최적화하기 위해서는 기업의 경쟁전략과 공급사슬전략 그리고 제품 특성을 반영하여 공급사슬이 설계되고 운영되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 제품의 특성을 수요 측면을 중심으로 혁신적 제품과 기능적 제품으로 특징지을 수 있는 제품의 혁신성을 측정하고, 제품의 혁신성이 공급사슬 전략에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위하여 각 공급사슬관리(SCM)의사결정영역에서의 공급사슬관리가 어느 정도 이루어지고 있는가를 살펴봄으로써 전략에서의 차이점을 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 제품의 혁신성이 공급사슬관리(SCM)의사결정영역에 미치는 영향을 검증함으로써, 기업들에게 자사 제품에 대한 전략적 분석 필요성의 개념적 근거를 제시하고자 한다. 또한 제품특성, 제품 전략, 공급사슬 전략, 기업경쟁전략의 연계적 개념을 제공하고 자사의 공급사슬의 효율성과 반응성을 진단할 수 있는 프레임워크를 제공하고자 한다.

In this paper, we analyze features of radical innovative businesses using their patents. Although patents have been used to evaluate outcomes of businesses from the 1980s, it is challenging to use patents for radical innovations. We examined the possibility of taking advantage of patents for an indicator that represents a radical innovation in pharmaceutical industry. To this end, we collected FDA approval data from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and patent data of 18 pharmaceutical companies. For analysis, we utilized the network centrality analysis and Wilcoxon signed ranked test, which is a non-parametric statistical hypothesis test used to compare two related samples. We observed that a radical innovative company typically cooperates with other research groups, such as universities and companies, and acts as a hub for connectivity in pharmaceuticals. Also, we found that there are differences in centrality between radical firms and non-radical firms. Thus, we expect that the results of this study will help in developing strategies for research and development of pharmaceutical companies and identifying factors affecting radical innovation in the future.

우리나라 전자정부 추진 과정 중에 드러난 문제점들은 정보화 투자의 비효율성, 일관성 결여 및 중복성, 정보화 수요의 폭발적 증가에 따른 양적인 대응의 한계, 전산환경 운영의 비효율성 등으로 요약될 수 있다. 이러한 문제점들은 범정부적인 정보자원에 대한 일관된 관리운용체계의 확보를 통해 해결될 수 있다. 점차 경량화되는 정부가 혁신된 정보자원 관리운용체계를 효과적으로 유지하기 위해서는 이를 뒷받침하는 지원 기능이 강화되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 차세대 전자정부 추진 목표로 완전 통합 단계의 달성을 상정하고, 그 방안으로 국가정보기술원의 역할모형을 제시하였다. 국가정보기술원은 정부가 추진하는 모든 정보화사업이 일관성있고, 효율적으로 진행될 수 잇도록 국가정보화에 필요한 전반적인 기능들을 섭렵하여 지원하는 전담기관으로, 정보화기획, 정보화사업관리, 정보자원 운영, 국가표준관리, 감리 및 평가 동의 기능을 수행한다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 범정부적 정보인프라의 통합운영을 담당하는 국가정보센터의 모형을 제시하였는데 국가정보기술원은 이를 통해 정보자원 운영 기능을 수행하게 된다. 본 연구에서 제시된 국가정보기술원의 역할 모형은 정부의 정보자원 관리운용체계를 혁신하고, 유지하는데 필요한 기능을 충분히 수행할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
