A Study on The Effect of 360 Product Photography Characteristics and Internal Innovation on Intention to Continuous Use (360 제품 사진의 특성과 내적혁신성이 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • 360 product photography is one of the realistic media technologies that can observe subjects from various angles as one of the real-world VR production methods. This study examined the effect of 360 product photography on the intention to Continuous Use through the technology acceptance model. The results of the online survey showed that informative, which is the characteristic of 360 product photography, affects both ease of use and perceived usefulness, while reliability and entertainingness affect only perceived usefulness. Internal innovation had an impact on perceived ease, but not on perceived usability. Ease of use, both mediators, had a positive effect on sustained use intention. These findings can be used as a reference for various studies in the field of 360 product photography which is still insufficient. In addition, it can provide strategic implications for the production direction of 360 product photos.

Small and Medium Venture Companies' Exterior Information Network Heterogeneity and New Technology Development Capability: The Mediating Role of Product Planning Capability (중소 벤처기업의 외부 정보 네트워크의 다양성과 신기술 개발 역량: 제품 기획 역량의 매개적 역할)

  • Enterprises' new technology development capability is essential for creating successful product innovation and process innovation in the heavy competition in the business context changing quickly with technology convergence and development. Based on the open innovation perspective, this research develops a research model about the direct effect of small and medium venture companies' exterior information network heterogeneity on their new technology development capability and the mediating impact of their product planning capability on this direct effect. This study statistically tests the research model by using the ordinary least squares regression with the 683 small and medium venture companies, providing two major findings as follows. One finding is that small and medium venture companies' exterior information network heterogeneity positively impacts their new technology development capability. The other finding is that small and medium venture companies' product planning capability perfectly mediates the positive effect of their exterior information network heterogeneity on their new technology development capability.

  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA) has attracted great attention from diverse home and foreign industries. To provide lessons learned and action principles based on real RPA adoption and application experiences, various case studies have been conducted. However, lacking is an investigation of public sector for RPA adoption, especially in Korea. To reduce the research gap, this study presents a case study of RPA adoption by a representative Korean ICT public organization, NIA (National Information society Agency). By automating a core process, entering a document to a governmental portal service, NIA has achieved various management performances in terms of cost, operation, and business impacts. Especially, by relieving four types of rigidity of public institutions (i.e. structure, human resource, tasks, and rules), Our case study result suggests that RPA enables public institutes to overcome obstacles of pursuing digital transformation. Implications and limitations for future public RPA adopters are offered.

Forecasting Innovation Performance via Deep Learning Algorithm : A Case of Korean Manufacturing Industry (빅데이터 분석방법을 활용한 제조업 혁신성과예측 방법에 대한 연구 : 딥 러닝 알고리즘을 중심으로)

  • Technological innovation has inherent difficulties, largely due to the uncertainties of technology. Thus, the forecasting methodology to reduce the risk of uncertainty in the innovation process has been presented both in quantitative and qualitative fields. On the other hand, big data and artificial intelligence have attracted great interest recently, and deep learning, which is one of the algorithms of AlphaGo, is showing excellent performance. In this study, deep learning methodology was applied to the prediction of innovation performance. To make the prediction model, we used KIS 2016 data. The input factors were importance of information source and innovation objectives and the output factor was innovation performance index, which was calculated for this study. As a result of the analysis, it can be confirmed that the accuracy of prediction is improved compared with the previous studies. As learning progressed, the degree of freedom of prediction also improved.

  • The new characteristic of Millennial High-Tech Media is breaking the existing standardized creative grammar. The destructive form of high-tech media is differently accommodated according to the consumer's tendency or characteristics. The purpose of this study is to explore guidelines for effective creative strategy creation of high-tech media. In consumer psychology, consumer innovation is a key factor in evaluating the creativeness of high-tech media. The results of finding out the effect of persuasive communication on consumer innovation and advertising creative type are as follows. Informative(image) creative type showed higher attitude toward advertisement, brand attitude, purchase intention, and prior intention to consumers with high innovation than consumers with low innovation.

  • The purpose of this paper is to examine factors enhancing the performance of computer education designed for cultivating competing person for information society. It aims to analyze the affecting factors of computer education performance in terms of learner's aspect such as computer self-efficacy and environmental aspect such as educational facilities and professor's traits. The result shows that all factors(computer self-efficacy, innovativeness, motivation, self-regulated efficacy, professor's traits) except educational facilities are found to be significantly related to the performance of computer education. It is expected to provide guidelines on effective computer education and help to nurture talented person for information society in turn by investigating the affecting factors of the performance of computer education.

융합환경하의 중소기업 육성방향

  • 기술혁신은 끝없이 지속적, 반복적으로 발생하지만, 최근의 기술혁신은 자체적인 혁신의 한계에 직면하고 있는 것처럼 보여진다. 국가경제의 발전은 개별적으로 진행되어 온 기술혁신에 크게 의존하지만, 이제 개별적인 혁신의 한계를 극복하기 위하여 이종간 기술 및 산업융합이 활발하게 모색되고 있다. 융합이라는 새로운 환경은 개별적인 기술이나 산업에 다양한 기회와 위험을 제공하게 될 것이다. 융합이라는 것이 단지 하나의 영역에 머무르는 개념이 아니라 여러 분야에 걸쳐서 대단히 광범위한 영역에서 발생하게 될 것이라는 점에서 그렇다. 이미 초기적인 융합의 현상들은 도처에서 발견되고 있으며, 이제 이를 더욱 확대 발전시키고 심화시켜 나가기 위한 노력들이 진행중이다. 융합을 가속화시키고 심화시켜 나가는데 필요한 요인은 무엇일까? 다양한 방법과 수단들이 거론될 수 있겠지만, 융합 발생의 광역성이라는 측면에서 개인의 창의력이 대단히 중요하다. 제한적인 인간의 역량으로 모든 분야에서 창의력을 발현한다는 것은 쉽지 않기 때문이다. 이러한 관점에서 우리나라 전체 기업의 대다수를 차지하는 중소기업의 역할은 대단히 중요하다. 국민소득 3만불 이상을 달성하기 위해서는 대기업과 중소기업의 육성을 위하여 다양한 정책을 입안하고 집행하여 왔지만, 중소기업의 경쟁력은 아직도 취약한 것이 회피할 수 없는 현실이다. 개인의 역량과 창의력 발현이 중시되는 융합환경에서 중소기업 육성을 위한 정책은 기존의 물적자원 중심의 지원방식과는 달리 다양한 협력네트워크의 구축과 네트워크 기반의 정보 공유 및 활용을 위한 방향으로 전환될 필요가 있다. 정보의 공유와 활용을 통하여 창의적인 아이디어의 발현이 더욱 확대되고 심화될 수 있기 때문이다.

  • 환경의 급격한 변화속에서 혁신할 수 있는 조직의 능력이란 조직의 생존을 의미한다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구에서는 최근에 총체적인 혁신전략으로서 각광 받고 있는 학습조직이론을 도서관조직의 새로운 혁신기법으로 제시하고자 한다. 즉, 본 연구에서는 학습조직의 개념정립과 학습조직 등장의 시대적 배경, 그리고 학습조직의 구축요소와 구축단계와 함께 최근의 학술도서관의 재조직 경향과 학습조직이론간의 관련성에 대해 논하고 있다. 단, 본 연구는 앞으로 전개될 경험적 연구의 기초로서 개념의 변별 타당도 확보 차원의 이론 연구라고 할 수 있으면, 앞으로 다양한 학습조직 구축방법 등을 활용하여 실제로 도서관들을 진단하고 이들을 학습조직으로 전환시키는 사례연구들이 뒤따라야 할 것이다.
