National Information and Communication Services of Public Administration and Security organized by the 'A' group (Line service network), 'B' group (IP service network), 'C'Group (Voice over Internet protocol(VoIP) service, IP application services) are provided by constructing the infrastructure. National Information and Communications Services 'C' group, providers are providing VoIP services. In this paper, national information and communications service 'C' group, providers of domestic calls, international calls, including calls to move we will study the basic telephone service. And text messaging, video telephony, IP-Centrex services, etc. we will study the seven value-added services. In addition, national information and communication service providers on the status of the project based on the analysis of national information and communication Internet telephone network using Internet telephony is the type of analysis. In this study, national information and communications services industry, will serve as the basis for the development.

협회에서는 지난 3월 8일부터 17일까지 8일간 정보통신서비스, 정보통신기기, S/W 및 컴퓨터관련서비스 18,000여개 사업체 중 표본 940개 업체를 대상으로 '국제 원자재 가격 상승이 IT업계에 미치는 영향'에 대한 조사를 실시하였다. 최근 이슈가 되고 있는 국제 원자재 가격 상승이 국내 IT업계에 미치는 영향 파악과 대안을 마련하기 위해 실시된 이번 조사에 응답한 업체는 총 723개 업체(대기업 127개, 중소기업 596개)이며, 정보통신서비스 94개, 정보통신기기 259개, S/W 및 컴퓨터관련서비스 370 업체 등으로 구성되었다.

A rapidly increasing demand of voice and data through mobile telecommunication service and the development of technologies related with the service are sufficiently said to make the service become an indispensible communicating means, not just selective one. However, in the other side of the generalizing of mobile telecommunication service, there is said to be a worsening situation of unbalanced benefits due to the problem of information difference between the non. The more advanced mobile telecommunication service proceeds, the more deepens the problem, and it is generally known that the problem cannot be solved by the ability of free market itself as seen in the wired telecommunication market. Therefore, we need to set up a systematic policy of mobile telecommunication service for solving this problem, and also think over whether to include the service within the range of universal service. In this study, we examine the required factors for including the service within the range of universal service, and analyze the validity of the including in the view point of institutional aspects.

정보통신의 발전 및 디지털화에 따라 사람들의 이동성이 증가하고 무선통신망과 위치측위 기술을 바탕으로 차량내외의 이동형 정보서비스를 지원하는 텔레매틱스가 이동통신, 자동차, 시스템, 단말기 컨텐츠 분야를 중심으로 대두되고 있다. 이처럼 텔레매틱스는 다양한 분야의 기술을 통합하고 연계하여 서비스를 제공하는 분야이며, 유무선통신기술, 위치측위기술, 시스템통합기술 등의 기반기술을 토대로 재창출되는 서비스의 집합이다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 기반기술 및 서비스를 바탕으로 효율적으로 텔레매틱스 서비스를 구현하기 위한 텔레배틱스 서비스 서버 구축 방안을 기술한다. 기존의 위치기반서비스 및 지능형 교통시스템 등의 관련 분야의 서비스를 통합 서비스 형태로 제공할 수 있는 통합 서비스 서버 모델을 제안한다. 이 모델은 계층화된 구조를 가지고 있어 관련 분야 기반 기술 및 서비스 기술의 적용을 효율적으로 할 수 있어 향후 시스템 확장성을 용이하게 한다. 또한 본 논문에서는 텔레매틱스 서비스 서버를 활용하여 구축된 위치기반라우팅 서비스의 구현사례를 보여준다. 이는 텔레매틱스 서비스 서버를 활용하여 관련 분야의 기반 기술과 서비스의 기술을 효율적으로 활용할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있다.

차세대 통신 서비스 종류로는 초고속정보통신망, 멀티미디어서비스, 이동통신서비스 등 많은 분야가 있지만 실제로 가장 가까운 시대에는 서비스는 개인통신으로 보고 있다. WARC-92에서는 전세계의 동일한 대역의 FPLMTS로 가장 가까운 시대의 서비스는 개인통신대역으로 2GHz 대역에서 230MHz를 할당하였고, 국내에서는 '94년도 국내통신사업 구도개편의 방향을 발표 했다. 여기서는 통신사업자들이 제시한 자료를 근간으로 국내의 통신사업자들의 개인통신 서비스 전략 및 추진 현황을 살펴보고 향후 우리가 준비해야 할 과제를 돌출하여 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

디지털 기술 및 통신 기술의 발달로 방송.통신.컴퓨터.가전의 경계가 불확실해지고 사용자에게 다양한 형태의 융합된 서비스 제공이 가능하게 되어, 일방적으로 서비스를 사용자에게 제공하는데 그치지 않고 사용자가 서비스를 직접 선택하고 서비스 공급자에게 자신의 정보를 제공하는 대화형 방송 기술이 주요한 디지털서비스 요소로 자리잡고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내외의 대화형 방송 기술 개발 현황을 살펴보고, 한국전자통신연구원에서 개발중인 대화형 위성통신방송 시스템 기술, 대화형 위성통신방송 단말기술, 대화형 위성원격교육 기술에 대하여 기술한다.

개인의 정보통신에 대한 수요가 증가하면서 음성 위주의 무선통신은 인터넷 지원이 가능한 데이터 중심의 무선통신으로 빠르게 전환하고 있어 무선통신 환경에서 전자상거래를 비롯한 데이터 서비스의 제공이 미래 정보통신산업의 핵심이 될 것이다. 이러한 환경 속에서 주요 이슈가 되고 있다. 그러나 무선통신 환경에서 데이터 서비스가 원활하게 제공되기 위해서는 인터넷에서와 마찬가지로 정보보호 문제가 반드시 선결되어야 한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 데이터의 비밀성, 무결성, 인중 메카니즘, 부인봉쇄 서비스 둥의 정보보호 서비스를 제공하면서 무선인터넷 단말기에 편리한 인터페이스를 제공하는 안전한 M-Commerce 시스템을 제안 하였다.

개인의 정보통신에 대한 수요가 증가하면서 음성 위주의 무선통신은 인터넷 지원이 가능한 데이터 중심 의 무선통신으로 빠르게 전환하고 있어 무선통신 환경에서 전자상거래를 비롯한 데이터 서비스의 제공이 미래 정보통신산업의 핵심이 될 것이다. 이러한 환경 속에서 여러 매체나 보도를 통해 쉽게 접하는 용어중의 하나가 바로 무선인터넷 전자상거래(M-Commerce)이다. 이런 M-Commerce는 휴대용 무선기기를 사용한 모든 인터넷 비즈니스를 통칭하는 말로써 구매자와 판매자의 정보를 통하여 각각이 필요로 하는 상품이나 서비스를 이동 컴퓨팅 단말을 통하여 연결시켜 주는 서비스이다. 그러나 무선통신 환경에서 데이터 서비스가 원활하게 제공되기 위해서는 인터넷에서와 마찬가지로 정보보호 문제가 반드시 선결되어야한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 데이터의 비밀성, 무결성, 인증 메카니즘, 부인봉쇄 서비스 등 기본적인 정보보호 서비스를 갖춘 안전한 M-Commerce 시스템을 설계하고자 한다.

정보통신은 PC통신에 의해 꽃피워질 것이다. 특히 퍼스컴이 일반 전화망에 접속될 경우 그 이용도는 전화만큼이나 높아질 것이며, 활용은 부가가치 서비스에 의해 고도화될 것이다. 현재 정보통신이 앞서가는 나라들은 PC통신을 어느 정도 궤도에 올려놓고 있다. 우리 나라에서도 한국전기공사가 전화망을 이용한 퍼스컴통신을 계획하고 있어 PC통신에 대한 기대가 고조되고 있다. 비약적 발전이 기대되는 Pc통신과 망구성과 망의 종류, 이를 통한 서비스 내용들을 알아본다.

For a telecommunication service evolution plan, it is necessary to analyze the types of the communication demands and to estimate the size of the market for each different demand types. In this paper, we classify the basic services in view of the customer needs the complementary services in terms of their functions and also the functional attributes for services, terminals and networks.
