This paper aims to study the effects of quality of u-City public service on customer satisfaction in the Korea and is summarized as follows. First, we propose a model for assessing customer's satisfaction on u-City public services. The model comprises of information system (IS) quality, information quality, service quality and publicity. For verifying a model, a statistical study by SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 16.0 has been performed. Second, it is shown from the analysis that information system (IS) quality, information quality and publicity have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. while service quality does not. Last, the study shows that u-City public service enables any citizen to connect to necessary service in anytime and anywhere.

지금까지 2G 이동통신 사용자들은 주로 일대일 통신을 기반으로 하는 음성통화 서비스와 단문메시지 서비스를 사용하여 왔다. 하지만 인터넷을 통한 멀티미디어 접근이 일반화되면서, 이동통신 단말을 통해 언제, 어디서나, 자신이 원하는 서비스를 받기를 원하는 사용자들의 요구가 점차적으로 높아지고 있다. 이러한 사용자의 요구를 만족시키기 위해 제안된 3G IMT-2000은 음성 서비스뿐만 아니라 인터넷을 포함한 고속데이터 서비스, 영상 서비스 등의 멀티미디어 서비스를 목표로 유럽의 WCDMA와 북미의 cdma2000이 연구, 개발되어 왔다.(중략)

요즈음 세계적인 유수 통신 사업자들이 새로운 서비스로 가장 큰 관심을 나타내고 있는 것이 IPTV이다. 이는 통신 사업자들이 브로드밴드 IP 네트워크 환경에서 비디오, 음성 및 데이터 정보들을 다양한 형태의 새로운 서비스 패키지로 엮어서 이용자들의 요구에 가장 잘 적응할 수 있게 만든 서비스 모델이 IPTV 서비스이기 때문일 것이다. 그런데 IPTV 서비스가 이용자들에게 고품질의 서비스 및 다양한 부가기능을 갖춘 고기능 부가서비스로 다가갈 뿐만 아니라 효율적인 통신 서비스 시장을 형성하여 나가기 위해서는 표준화의 요구 사항을 만족시켜야 할 것이다. 그러나 IPTV 관련 기술 및 서비스 기능들이 네트워크, 서비스 기능 및 특성, 가입자 액세스 기술, 서비스 품질, 네트워크 특성들이 고려된 종합적인 IPTV 표준화가 이루어지지 않았다. 따라서 각국의 통신 사업자뿐만 아니라 서비스 사업자 및 가입자 시스템 벤더들은 브로드밴드 통신 시장의 수요에 따라 IPTV 서비스의 endto-end 상호운용성(Interoperability)을 제공하기 위한 IPTV 표준화에 경쟁적으로 참여하고 있다. 최근에 ITU-T는 IPTV의 표준화를 위한 포커스 그룹 결성을 위한 준비 모임을 오는 4월 초에 제네바에서 개최하고 7월경에는 공식적으로 표준화 조직으로 결성할 예정이다.

최근 통신서비스 시장 전반적인 성장정체와 경쟁 심화의 영향으로 주요 통신서비스 사업자들은 '고객만족'을 경영의 핵심요소로 설정하고, 다양한 노력을 하고 있다. 이는 신규가입 자 유치가 쉽지 않은 상태에서 고객만족도가 하락할 경우, 결과적으로 가입자 이탈로 이어져 단순한 기업 이미지 하락차원을 벗어나 사업자의 수익에도 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것을 반영하고 있다 이와 관련, 과거의 요금이나 마케팅 차원에서의 가입자 기반 강화 노력에서 탈피해서 서비스 품질에 대한 근본적인 개선과 가입자의 욕구를 미리 파악, 서비스를 제공함으로써 가입자 불만을 최소화하려는 움직임이 증가하고 있다. 특히, 2002년 9월 정보통신부 주도로 초고속인터넷 서비스를 중심으로 서비스수준협약(SLA: Service Level Agreement) 제도가 도입된 이후 아직까지는 제도, 정책, 환경 등의 측면에서 초보적인 수준을 벗어나지는 못 하고 있지만, 통신사업자 입장에서는 점차 증가하는 가입자의 불만에 대응책과 경쟁 사업자 대비 차별화 방안 모색의 필요성 증가로 인해 그 활용도가 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 통신서비스에 대한 SLA 제도 도입과 관련해서 SLA 제도에 대한 사용자의 반응을 파악, 향후 품질보장형 네트워크의 구축, 사용자의 고품질 서비스에 대한 요구 증대, 사용자 보호정책 강화 푸진 등에 따른 통신사업자 입장에서 참고할 만한 사항을 제시 하고자 한다.

사용자 정보 전달을 위한 가상채널을 설정하는 신호절차는 B-ISDN에서도 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 B-ISDN 서비스를 지원하는 B-ISDN 신호프로콜의 특성을 살펴보고, 각 부분별 즉, UNI, NNI, Meta-Signalling, SAAL(Signalling AAL)에 대해 설명한다. 그리고 B-ISDN 신호 절차 및 신호 프로토콜의 진화방향등을 살펴보고, 다양한 B-ISDN서비스특성을 만족시키기 위해 앞으로 연구되어야 할 신호 기능들을 기술하였다.

최근 첨단 IT 분야 기반 기술들의 상용화가 시작되고 있다. 이들 기술들을 바탕으로 이동 단말에서 다양한 서비스를 즐길 수 있는 시대로 진입하고 있다. 이동 중인 사용자는 핸드오프가 빈번히 발생되는 환경에서 스트리밍 서비스를 받게 된다. 이러한 환경에서 스트리밍 미디어의 QoS를 만족시키기 위해서는 이동성이 고려된 미디어 데이터선인출이 사용되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 미디어 서버에서 사용자 단말로 스트리밍 미디어가 서비스 될 때 빈번한 핸드오프에 의한 기지국(Base Station : BS) 스트리밍 서버의 자원낭비를 연구한다. 논문에서는 BS의 버퍼용량을 속도와 이동거리에 따라 변화하는 량을 조사하여 선인출 용량 변화가 버퍼 사용률에 영향을 미침을 지적한다.

This study analyzes the influence of the service quality of Chinese internet shopping mall on the customer satisfaction. This study also analyzes the influence of the customer satisfaction on the repurchase intention. Then this study examines whether there is a difference among the influences of the service quality on the customer satisfaction depending on the types of shopping mall and the users' traits. As a result, when it comes to the service quality, responsiveness and empathy influence customer satisfaction and the customer satisfaction influences repurchase intention similarly. And this research reveals that the service quality can differently influence on the customer satisfaction depending on the types of shopping mall and the users' gender and ages. And then the implication in accordance with analyses result is mentioned.

웨어러블 디바이스 시장이 커지고 있고, 웨어러블 디바이스의 성능이 좋아지고 있다. 이에 발맞춰 웨어러블 디바이스를 이용한 인증, 헬스케어 등 다양한 서비스들이 제공 되고 있다. 다양한 서비스를 제공할 때 웨어러블 디바이스에서 수집한 개인 정보들이 통신 과정을 통해 이동하게 된다. 이용자들에게 개인정보 보호는 중요한 문제이기 때문에 웨어러블 디바이스에 대한 보안은 중요하다. 그러나 웨어러블 디바이스에서의 통신 표준문서 IEEE802.15.6의 프로토콜은 사실상 표준에서 요구하는 보안 요구사항을 만족하지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 4개의 키 합의 프로토콜 중 3번 프로토콜에서의 취약점을 파악하고 보안 요구사항을 만족하는 안전한 키 합의 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안한 프로토콜은 표준에서 요구하는 보안 요구사항을 만족하며, 웨어러블 디바이스 통신 환경에서 안전한 통신을 가능하게 한다.

The spread of mobile devices comes to increase explosive data traffic and then results in various types of service demands. In order to satisfy the increment of traffic and the requirements for various services, optical internet technologies that transmit several Tbps through only a single optical fiber have been actively studied. Because of the large bandwidth, an optical link can accommodate a large number of service types. Therefore, new technologies are required to guarantee the survivability of optical internet and handle the requirements of each service. So, in this article, a new scheme based on GMPLS technologies is proposed to deal with the various service demands and survivability issues in IP over WDM networks.
