개방형통신 안전기술의 국내외 표준화동향

  • 정보통신 안전 서비스의 제공에 따라 사업자 측면에서 관련 장비의 상호운용성 확보, 연구개발 또는 도입제품 평가의 용이성과 제품생산자 측면에서는 생산원가의 저렴화를 위하여 반드시 표준화가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 안전기술의 표준화 연구를 수행하는 주요 국제기구인 ISO/IEC JTC1 SC21, SC27과 CCITT SG VII 등의 활동과 이에 대응한 국내 표준화 그룹들과 관련 기관들의 활동을 소개하였다. 또한 이러한 국내외 활동과 통신 사업자의 사업여건을 고려하여 통신 사업자가 정보통신 사업에 잇어서 소요되는 안전기술 및 이의 표준화 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

  • The Fourth Industrial Revolution is the super-connected-based intelligent revolution, which is triggered by intelligence information technology such as AI and IoT. Radical changes in industrial structure being expected, major developed countries are counteracting it by preparing strategies to enhance industrial competitiveness for taking the lead in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Korea's national preparations, however, are considered to be insufficient, as it ranks only $25^{th}$ in the world. In compliance with the issue, preparing relevant policies and strategies such as establishment of the Fourth Industrial Revolution Committee, government diagnoses the pending issue of information and communication industry and arranges countermeasures so that it intends to gain competitiveness in the industry and lays a foundation for leading the market.

  • In a u-City project in Busan, public transportation which is one of ITS has been considered. RFID system embedded with PXA255 chip and middleware capable of communicating a server side was developed. To perform data communication link with traffic card, developed system consists of wireless modules that are wireless LAN (IEEE802.11a/b and IEEE802.16. Using developed RFID system and middleware, it is expected that this system becomes a basic infrastructure to support a service of u-Traffic for u-City construction.

  • 연구개발전략을 논함에 있어서 우리 한국통신의 연구개발 전략이 다른 선진국의 통신사업자의 그것과 크게 다르지 않을 것이다. 왜냐하면 21세기 고도 통신은 우리 모두의 소망인 것이며, "어디에서나, 누구에게나, 어떠한 정보라도주고 받는 서비스"를 값싸게 제공하는 것을 공동 목표로 하고 있기 때문이다. 물론 이에 도달하기 위한 경로의 선택에는 국가별로 차이가 있을 것이다. 즉, 현재의 기술수준 및 사회적 관습에 따라서 달라질 수 있을 것이다. 한국통신이 보유한 기술중에 전자교환기술, 광전송같은 분야에서는 시장 선도전략(First to Market)과 같이 주도적 입장에서 시장개발에 대응해도 되는 수준이지만 선로 및 통신토목, 위성통신기술 등은 방어적 연구개발 투자를 하거나 모방적 연구투자를 하는 수준을 당분간 유지해야 할 것이다. 기술혁명을 통한 인류의 복지증진은 자명한 사실이며 과학, 기술업계가 갖는 소중한 기회일 것이다. 한국통신은 공기업의 입장에서 이러한 기회를 연구차원에서 추진하여 정보화시대의 information architect로서의 역할완수에 더욱 매진할 것이다.욱 매진할 것이다.

  • Smart Factory refers to a factory that can be controlled by itself with an intelligent factory that improves productivity, quality and customer satisfaction by combining the entire process of manufacturing and production with digital automation solutions. The manufacturing industry around the world is rapidly changing, with Germany, Europe, and the United States at the center. In order to cope with such changes, the Korean government is also implementing a policy to spread the supply of smart factories for small and medium-sized companies, and related ministries and agencies such as the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy, the Ministry of SMEs and Venture Business, the Korea Institute of Technology and Information Promotion, and local technoparks, as well as large companies such as Samsung, SK and LG are actively investing in smart manufacturing projects to support smart factories[1]. Factory Automation (FA) construction has many issues regarding the connection of heterogeneous equipment. The most difficult aspect of configuring various communications from various equipment is the reason. Although it may not be known if there are standards or products made up of the same company, it is not easy to build equipment that is old, up-to-date, and different use environments through a series of communications. To solve this problem, we would like to propose a method of communication using Modbus, one of FieldBus, which is one of the many industrial devices of PLC, a representative facility control system, and is used as a communication standard.

  • Reliable hydrologic data acquisition is the basic and essential requirement for efficient water management. Especially the acquisition of various stream data in a certain location is very important to construct on alarm system to response an urban flood which occurs frequently due to the effect of climate change. Although the frequency of stream inundation flood occurrence becomes low owing to the consistent stream improvement, the urban flood due to the drainage system problems such as deterioration and bad management occurs continuously. The consistent management and current status understanding of the urban drainage system is essential to reduce the urban flood. The purpose of this study is to develop the urban runoff network flow velocity monitoring system which has the capability of collecting stream data whenever, wherever and to whomever without expert knowledge using Code Division Multiple Access technique and Bluetooth near-distance wireless communication technique. The urban runoff network flow velocity monitoring system consists of three stages. In the first stage, the stream information obtained by using ubiquitous floater is transferred to the server computer. In the second stage, the current state of the urban drainage system is assessed through the server computer. In the last stage, the information is provided to the user through a GUI. As a result of applying, the developed urban runoff network flow velocity monitoring system to Woncheon-Stream in Suwon, the information necessary for urban drainage management can be managed in real time.
