The present study aims to identify the factors that affect the continuous use and discontinuance of the hospital information seeking applications(hospital apps thereafter) by employing the post acceptance model. The surveys were conducted with people who used the hospital apps from October 11 to 18, 2019. Researchers collected 125 valid data and analyzed them by using the structural equation model. The study found that the satisfaction and confirmation of expectation for the hospital apps users had significant effects on intention for continuous use and perceived usefulness, respectively. However, the perceived usefulness did not have a significant effect on the intention for continue use. The present study has identified the variables that influence the continuous use of these innovative technologies. The findings of the study confirmed the post acceptance model by observing the adoption and use of the hospital apps and extended the literature of the post acceptance model by discussing the unique characteristics of the hospital apps that satisfy the urgent help-seekers under emergency situations or the information needs emphasizing promptness. In addition, based on the benefits and limitations of hospital apps reported by consumers, the study provided practical implications for designing more user-friendly apps to hospital app developers or managers.

It is highly required to evaluate the economic value of technology in many decision making of the technology management area, for example, technology acquisition, transfer, and investments. Also evaluating the performance of R&D objectively is very important subject in the public side. So, developing the objective technology evaluation system has much usefulness in practice. In many studies, the patent information has been suggested to the valid measurement for evaluation of technology. The purpose of this study is to explore the validity of patent information as a measurement of technology evaluation.

This paper explores the characteristics of innovation activities in high growth firms that contribute to national and regional economic growth and job creation. The analysis is based on the 2016 KIS data to analyze the difference in innovation activities between high growth firms and general firms. The main results are as follows: First, high growth firms have a higher proportion of R&D personnel than general firms. Second, high growth firms are actively introducing product innovation, process innovation, and organizational innovation as compared to general firms. In the innovation activities related to product innovation and process innovation, there is no statistically significant difference between high growth companies and general companies except for external R&D. Third, High growth firms are more likely to cooperate with other technology partners than general firms. But, there is no statistically significant difference between high growth firms and general firms in the external knowledge search and the diversity of cooperating partners. Fourth, in terms of protecting innovation, high growth firms are more likely to use all kinds of innovation protection method, such as 'utilizing intellectual property rights', 'maintaining confidentiality', 'adopting complex design methods', 'market preemption ahead of competitors', and the most important means is the intellectual property rights. Fifth, government innovation policies that high growth firms chose as important are 'innovation subsidies and loans', 'acquirement, utilization and protection of intellectual property rights' and 'human resource support'.

5G 시스템은 혁신적인 발전을 거듭하며 강력해진 기술 표준을 근간으로 초광대역 이동형 데이터 서비스, 대규모 사물통신 서비스 등을 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 SW를 기반으로 한 5G의 기술 개발 방법론을 제안한다. 또, 실제 환경에서 차세대 모바일 네트워크의 성능 분석이 가능한 SW 기반의 시스템 레벨 테스트베드 및 모니터링 프로그램을 OAI(Openairinterface) 5G 연구 단체의 오픈소스를 이용하여 구현한다. 기존 하드웨어 위주의 단일 칩 시스템(SoC)을 이용한 구현은 손상되기가 쉽고 유지보수가 힘들다는 단점이 있다. 하지만 기존 하드웨어 칩을 소프트웨어 기반인 소스코드로 구현하면 유지 보수가 용이하다는 장점뿐만 아니라 하드웨어가 변경되더라도 다른 하드웨어에 호환되는 이식성 때문에 생산성이 높아지며 비용 절감의 효과도 기대할 수 있다.

Recently, as mobile banking enables to instantly provide the customized service in accordance with customer demand via information technology. With this individual customized service, mobile banking plays a role of transforming the existing offline banking strategies. However, contrary to expectation, the mobile banking service has not been widely used to the extent that it can replace offline banking service. Therefore, the current study aims to explore the antecedents to affect customer's usage of mobile banking. Specifically, the antecedents influencing the intention to use and actual usage of mobile banking include personal-innovation fit, positive psychological capital, and service quality factors, which reflect the innovative technology characteristics of mobile banking. Furthermore, the paper also analyzes the effect of mobile banking service on intention to use and actual usage of mobile banking service. With empirical analysis using Structural Equation Modeling for 195 mobile banking users, the results showed that user's ability fit, value fit, and positive psychological capital positively affected user's future intention to use and actual usage of mobile banking. Furthermore, the current paper also found the significant moderation effect of usage purpose of mobile banking (banking task and online stock exchange) in the relationship between positive psychological capital and intention to use. This study suggests that banks need to develop mobile banking services that reflect customer's IT usability as well as their pursuing purpose and value.

In multi-media, multi-channel era, video viewing using various digital devices via the Internet, not the existing broadcasting network, is emerging as a new broadcasting viewing behavior. OTT service is regarded as the main service of this change of viewing behavior. It is a video service that can seamlessly use any content desired by the user at any time, at any time, any device, any contents, if the Internet connection is available. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the satisfaction of OTT service by applying the technology acceptance model (TAM). As a result of analyzing through 303 questionnaires of the early users of OTT service, social pressure, perceived popularity, perceived cost, user reputation, individual innovation, and esthetics set as external factors in this study are partially affects perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived enjoyment. In addition, perceived usefulness, ease of use, and enjoyment are directly influencing satisfaction. Based on these results, we discuss the theoretical and practical implications and propose future research direction.

In this paper, I will propose the Niche-Meta Genetic Algorithm that has a multi-mutation operator for design of fuzzy controller. The gene in the proposed algorithm is formed by several parameters that represent the crossover rate, mutation rate and input-output membership functions. The optimization of fuzzy membership function is performed with local search on sub-population and the optimal structure is constructed with global search on total-population. The multi-mutation is selected under basis of the result of local evolution. A simulation for 2 D.O.F wheeled-mobile robot is showed to prove the efficiency of the proposed algorithm

This study aims at establishing a knowledge transfer system between academics and industries in the Chungnam Region. We analyze the difficulties encountered by the technology licensing offices of universities in the Chungnam Region through a practical analysis of the current situation regarding the transfer of the knowledge developed in the universities. The problems found included the poor circumstances of the TLO of the universities, very limited number of requests for knowledge transfer by the companies, distrust of university technologies and the absence of related networks and platforms. Especially, there is insufficient concern and recognition of the regional actors in the knowledge transfer system. Therefore, in order to improve the regional competitiveness, these problems should be fixed by enacting suitable government policies.

Library 2.0 stands for the term which suggests the changes in library's services. Library 2.0, the term, was first appeared in 2005 and have studied as a meaningful model for library services. The majority was related to the definition of basic concepts, overview of best practices, and case study for individual implementation. There are three goals of this study which is distinguished from other library 2.0 studies. First, I have surveyed various types of services and classified into three groups. Second, I have examined the properties viewed in this light of content, user, and manager. Third, I have propose a new conceptual model of a information ecosystem which thinks the library 2.0 collectively.

Among the compression methods of moving picture information, a motion estimation method is used to remove time-repeating. The Block Matching Algorithm in motion estimation methods is the commonest one. In recent days, it is required the more advanced high quality in many image processing fields, for example HDTV, etc. Therefore, we have to accomplish not by means of Partial Search Algorithm, but by means of Full Search Algorithm in Block Matching Algorithm. In this paper, it is suggested a structure that reduce total calculation quantity and size, because the structure using Bit Plane select and use only 3bit of 8bit luminance signal.
