The Effects of Internet Shopping Motivation on Information Searching Intention, Customer Satisfaction and Purchase Intention: focusing on Consumers in Beijing (인터넷쇼핑동기가 정보탐색의도, 만족도 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향: 중국 북경소비자를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this paper is to investigate the impact of internet shopping motivations on information searching intention, customer satisfaction and purchase intention. To achieve this goal, literature review and empirical studies were conducted in parallel. The results of this study are as follows: First, the motives of internet shopping of Chinese consumers were found to be in four dimensions, "seeking convenience," "seeking low-cost," "seeking variety" and "seeking pleasures", in order of large proportions, respectively. Second, Among these four internet shopping motivations "seeking convenience,""seeking variety" and "seeking pleasures" were found to have direct, significant and positive effects on information searching intention. But "seeking low-cost" has no positive effects on information searching intention. Third, information searching intention was found to have direct impact on customer satisfaction and purchase intention. Fourth, Customer satisfaction has an direct and positive effects on purchase intention.

  • The purpose of this study is to define determinants of tourists' behavior focused on tourism omni-channel and to verify the relationship between tourism information search motivation, tourism omni-channel satisfaction, tourism experience and perceived risk. We presented the hypotheses including ease of use, trust and satisfaction and also analyzed the moderator effects of tourism experience and perceived risk(financial risk, psychological risk) variables. For an accuracy of expected results, we focused on survey with 298 respondents. Based upon prior studies, it is meaningful that this study verified 1) the positive relationship between tourism information search motivation and tourism omni-channel satisfaction and 2) the significant moderating effect of financial risk on the relationship between tourism information search motivation and tourism omni-channel satisfaction.

  • 컨테이너 터미널의 수출 장치장은 수출될 컨테이너들이 지속적으로 반입되어 해당 선박에 선적되기까지 일시적으로 보관되는 장소이다. 장치장의 공간 활용도를 높이면서 선적 시 작업의 능률을 극대화하기 위해서는 여러 가지 제약조건과 장치 규칙에 따라 컨테이너들의 장치 위치를 결정해야 할 뿐 아니라, 소정의 기간을 대상으로 그 동안 반입 예정인 전 컨테이너들에 대한 적절한 공간할당 계획을 미리 수립해 두어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 수출 장치장 계획 문제를 제약조건만족 문제로 보고 이를 효과적으로 해결하기 위한 탐색 기법을 제시하고 있다 대규모의 탐색공간으로부터 효율적으로 해를 찾기 위해 dependency-directed backtracking 기법을 적용하였고, 탐색 중에 제약조건을 만족하는 해를 찾기 어렵다고 판단될 경우에는 일부 제약조건을 완화하여 해를 재 탐색하는 제약조건 완화 기법을 적용하였다. 실제 부산 신선대 컨테이너 터미널의 데이터를 이용한 실험 결과 만족할 만한 수준의 계획을 빠른 시간 내에 수립할 수 있음을 확인하였다

  • 컨테이너 터미널에서의 선석 및 크레인 일정계획은 일정 기간 동안 입항 예정인 선박들을 대상으로 접안 위치와 접안 시기 및 기간을 결정하며, 또한 각 선박별로 컨테이너를 싣고 내릴 크레인을 배정하되 각 크레인의 서비스 시작과 완료시간가지 지정하는 전 과정을 포함한다. 이 문제는 여러 선박들 사이의 시간적 공간적 제약관계를 준수하고 크레인들을 충돌 없이 각 선박에 할당하여야 하는 제약조건 만족 문제인 동시에, 각 선박의 선호 위치와 희망 입출항 시간을 최대한 준수해야 하는 최적화 문제이기도 하다. 기존의 연구에서는 제약만족탐색기법을 사용하여 초기계획을 수립한 후 최적의 해를 유도해 내기 위해 휴리스틱 교정기법을 제약만족 탐색기법의 틀 내에서 반복적으로 적용하였다. 본 논문에서는 반복적 개선 탐색 도중에 도출되는 해의 정보를 이용하여 새로운 제약조건을 추가함으로써 다음 제약만족 탐색 시 보다 쉽게 더 충은 해를 찾을 수 있도록 하였으며 이 방법을 기존의 휴리스틱 교정기법과 결합하여 휴리스틱 교정기법의 성능을 향상시켰다.

The Effect of YouTube BJ Attributes on Information Usefulness, Information Search Satisfaction and Behavioral Intention -Focused on e-Sports Content (유튜브 BJ 속성이 정보의 유용성, 정보탐색만족도 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향 -e-스포츠콘텐츠 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate how the attributes of YouTube BJs, specifically those dealing in e-sports content, affects information usefulness, information search satisfaction, and behavioral intention. To achieve this purpose, data from 229 students collected by convenient sampling of college students were used for final analysis, and analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 programs. The results of the study are as follows: First, the friendliness of the BJ had a significant positive (+) effect on the information usefulness, the information search satisfaction, and the behavioral intention. Second, it was found that the reliability of the BJ did not significantly affect the information usefulness, the information search satisfaction, and the behavioral intention. Third, the information usefulness had no significant effect on behavioral intention, but Information search satisfaction was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on behavioral intention. Therefore, the results of this study are expected to contribute to establishing a strategy for e-sports content production based on the attributes of BJs.

Extending An EBL Based Conrol-Knowledge Planner for Anycase Subgoals (Anycase Subgoal을 위한 EBL 기반의 제어지식형 계획기의 확장)

  • 본 논문은 EBL 기반의 제어지식형 계획기에서 다양한 목표확장 방법을 사용하여 MEA의 불완전한 계획생성을 해결하는 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 계획기의 문제 공간을 탐색하는 방법 중 하나인 MEA는 현재상태와 목표상태의 차이를 줄이기 위하여 연산자를 선택한 후에, 연산자의 조건절을 현재상태가 만족하는지의 여부에 따라서 조건절의 부목표화를 결정한다. 그러나 이러한 목표확장 방법은 현재상태에서 만족된 부목표에 대한 목표확장을 하지않음으로써 문제공간 탐색에서 제한된 범위만을 탐색하므로 목표를 만족하는 최적의 계획을 생성할 수 없으며, 또한 문제를 해결하는 계획이 있음에도 불구하고 탐색범위의 제한으로 인해 계획을 생성하지 못하는 경우도 발생한다. 이와 같이 현재 상태에서 만족되어 목표확장을 하지 않은 부목표를 Anycase Subgoal이라 한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 목표확장 방법은 ELB기반의 제어지식형 계획기를 Anycase Subgoal을 위하여 확장하는 방법으로 서, 초기의 문제공간 탐색에서 사용된 목표확장 방법에서 문제를 해결하지 못할 경우 탐색공간을 확장하여 문제를 해결하고, 문제에 적합한 목표확장 방법을 제어지식형 규칙으로 학습하여 유사한 문제에 대하여 효율적으로 계획을 생성한다.

Influences of Enneagram Personality Types on OPAC Searching and Satisfaction (에니어그램 성격 유형에 따른 OPAC 탐색 성향과 만족도)

  • This study examined the relation between personality types and users' searching trait and satisfaction when interacting with OPAC system. In this study, personality type was measured by the KEPTI Enneagram tools. Data was collected through four questionnaires, pre-test, TaskA, TaskB, and post-test survey. The results indicated that there was a statistically significant difference in perceptions on the expected ease of search, completion time, adequacy of search time, usefulness of search results, and performed ease of search within the Three Triads of Enneagram. Also a statistically significant difference was found on familiarity and interest in the selected queries within the Hornivian group.

  • Constraint satisfaction optimization problem is a kind of optimization problem involving cost minimization as well as complex constraints. Local search and constraint programming respectively have been used for solving such problems. In this paper, I propose a method to integrate local search and constraint programming to improve search performance. Basically, local search is used to solve the given problem. However, it is very difficult to find a feasible neighbor satisfying all the constraints when we use only local search. Therefore, I introduced constraint programming as a tool for neighbor generation. Through the experimental results using weighted N-Queens problems, I confirmed that the proposed method can significantly improve search performance.

  • The study aims at understanding that the precedent information search Patterns of on-line database users compared to non-users have an effect on user satisfaction. The research team analyzed S college students' library system use patterns to evaluate the efficiency of library information services and systems and therefore to diverse factors to improve user satisfaction. The research showed higher satisfaction from on-line system users than non-users. To satisfy user needs the research recommends more devices access methods to information.

Effects of Mobile Shopping Tendencies and Information Search on the Shopping Mall Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention: Focusing on Fashion Clothing (모바일 쇼핑성향과 정보탐색이 쇼핑몰의 만족도와 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향: 패션의류를 중심으로)

  • The objective of this study is to verify the effects of shopping tendencies and information search on the shopping mall satisfaction and repurchase intention of fashion clothing consumers at this point in time when the mobile shopping has been routinized. To verify this, this study selected male and female university students with experiences in purchasing fashion clothing in mobile shopping mall within the last one year as its samples. For the verification of hypotheses, the factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, and simple regression analysis were conducted. The results of this study are as follows. First, the shopping tendencies of consumers who had experiences in mobile shopping included the economic shopping tendency, entertaining shopping tendency, convenient shopping tendency, and trend-pursuit shopping tendency. Second, the convenient shopping tendency, entertaining shopping tendency, and economic shopping tendency of consumers' mobile shopping tendencies had positive effects on the mobile shopping mall satisfaction and repurchase intention. Third, the information search for purchasing fashion clothing in mobile shopping mall had positive effects on the shopping mall satisfaction and repurchase intention.
