The Joint Effect of factors on Generalization Performance of Neural Network Learning Procedure (신경망 학습의 일반화 성능향상을 위한 인자들의 결합효과)

  • The goal of this paper is to study the joint effect of factors of neural network teaming procedure. There are many factors, which may affect the generalization ability and teaming speed of neural networks, such as the initial values of weights, the learning rates, and the regularization coefficients. We will apply a constructive training algerian for neural network, then patterns are trained incrementally by considering them one by one. First, we will investigate the effect of these factors on generalization performance and learning speed. Based on these factors' effect, we will propose a joint method that simultaneously considers these three factors, and dynamically hue the learning rate and regularization coefficient. Then we will present the results of some experimental comparison among these kinds of methods in several simulated nonlinear data. Finally, we will draw conclusions and make plan for future work.

  • The educational exchange through e-learning is working very well in such case as develop e-learning, development of various learning tools, cooperative practical use of e-learning contents, etc. However because there were no considerations of LMS(Learning Management System) interconnection when each systems were developed, the exchange through e-learning is starting to raise a problem. Especially the exchange through e-learning between university produced problem for a variety of reasons by absence of direct exchange in every case such as communication of students information, communication of lecture information, etc. Hence in this thesis, I will present designed model about efficient LMS interconnection through analysis case of exchange through e-learning and deduce problem. In the first place I define essential part for study such as lecture establishment data, lecture data, user data, class data, student learning tracking to interconnection data, then constituted data interconnection table used view by data interconnection prcess. By experiment result, the accessibility between students and professors was more convenience, and decreased work process by less data exchange. Henceforth there are researches in development of various essential parts for study, considered security of LMS interconnection.

  • Recently, research on edutech, which combines education and technology in the e-learning field called learning, education and training, has been actively conducted, but it is still insufficient to collect and utilize data tailored to individual learners based on learning activity data that can be automatically collected from digital devices. Therefore, this study attempts to detect questions in textbooks or problem papers using artificial intelligence computer vision technology that plays the same role as human eyes. The textbook or questionnaire item detection model proposed in this study can help collect, store, and analyze offline learning activity data in connection with intelligent education services without digital conversion of textbooks or questionnaires to help learners provide personalized learning services even in offline learning.

  • 정보통신기술의 발전과 활용의 증가는 교육현장에서도 구성원간 신속하고 편리한 의사소통수단임과 동시에 효과적인 교수학습매체로써 그 역할이 증대되고 있다. 각 초등학교에서도 전 학년에 걸쳐 주당 1시간씩 재량활동으로 ICT활용교육이 이루어지고 있는데 반해 각종 역기능도 심각하게 노출되고 있다. 학교마다 정보통신윤리 교육강화를 내세우고 있으나 대개 전교단위로 일시적이고 설명위주의 교수활동으로 끝나는 경우가 대부분이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는, 역할놀이 교수 학습모형을 기반으로 ICT활동과 연계하여 초등학생들이 개인정보 관리의 필요성과 중요성을 인식하고, 실천의지를 다질 수 있도록 효과적으로 수업을 전개할 수 있는 학습지도안을 모델링해 본다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 PBL 기반 Alice 프로그래밍 학습이 초등학생의 문제해결력에 미치는 영향에 관해 연구하는 데 있다. 정보처리의 이해 영역 중 '프로그래밍의 이해와 기초'에 관한 학습 내용을 중심으로 PBL 기반 교수-학습 모형을 적용한 Alice 프로그래밍 학습을 실시한 후 실험집단과 통제집단의 문제해결력에 관한 사전 사후 검사를 실시하려고 한다.

  • 심층인공신경망을 이용한 대화 모델링 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 대화에서 발화의 감정과 화행을 분류하기 위해 멀티태스크(multitask) 학습을 이용한 End-to-End 시스템을 제안한다. 우리는 감정과 화행을 동시에 분류하는 시스템을 개발하기 위해 멀티태스크 학습을 수행한다. 또한 불균형 범주 분류를 위해 계단식분류(cascaded classification) 구조를 사용하였다. 일상대화 데이터셋을 사용하여 실험을 수행하였고 macro average precision으로 성능을 측정하여 감정 분류 60.43%, 화행 분류 74.29%를 각각 달성하였다. 이는 baseline 모델 대비 각각 29.00%, 1.54% 향상된 성능이다. 본 논문에서는 제안하는 구조를 이용하여, 발화의 감정 및 화행 분류가 End-to-End 방식으로 모델링 가능함을 보였다. 그리고, 두 분류 문제를 하나의 구조로 적절히 학습하기 위한 방법과 분류 문제에서의 범주 불균형 문제를 해결하기 위한 분류 방법을 제시하였다.

  • The importance of SW education is being stressed recent days, and the App Inventor is getting attention as a tool of SW education. In this study, I have developed an app Inventor instruction model, which is based on the Design Based Learning and integrated with elements of computational thinking. And I taught the student to apply this model. and then analyzed the app production process and the changes of student. In developing the app, students defined the problem and made a plan to resolve them. And this student had have a sense of accomplishment and self-confidence through practical experience to implement it in their own source code.

  • 현재 필기시험과 실기시험 두 가지로 치루어지는 제빵 기능사 자격증 시험에 대비하기 위한 교육 자료가 매우 부족한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 제빵 기능사 자격증 시험을 보다 체계적, 자율적으로 대비하기 위하여 현장 경험을 토대로 한 코스웨어의 학습 모형을 제시하고, 다양한 형태 교습자료의 제공이 가능하고 접근의 편의성을 지니고 있어 현재 새로운 교수도구로서 인식받고 있는 WBI를 기반으로 한 코스웨어를 제안한다. 이 코스웨어는 반복적이고 자율적, 자기 주도적인 학습 기능을 제공함으로서 우리는 위 자격증 시험 대한 학습 효율을 극대화시킬 수 있으리라 본다.

  • To achieve a computer tutor framework with high learning effects as well as practicality, the goal of this research has been set to developing an intelligent tutor for problem-solving in mathematics domain. The maine feature of the CyberTutor, a computer tutor developed in this research, is the facilitation of a learning environment interacting in accordance with the learners differing inferential capabilities and needs. The pedagogical information, the driving force of such an interactive learning, comprises of tutoring strategies used commonly in various domains such as phvsics and mathematics, in which the main contents of learning is the comprehension and the application of principles. These tutoring strategies are those of testing learners hypotheses test, providing hints, and generating explanations. We illustrate the feasibility and the behavior of our propose framework with a sample problem-solving learning in geometry. The proposed tutorial framework is an advancement from previous works in several aspects. Firstly, it is more practical since it supports handing of a wide range of problem types, including not only proof types but also finding-unkown tpes. Secondly, it is aimed at facilitating a personal tutor environment by adapting to learners of varying capabilities. Finally, learning effects are maximized by its tutorial dialogues which are derived from real-time problem-solving inference instead of from built-in procedures.

  • Misuse IDS is known to have an acceptable accuracy but suffers from high rates of false alarms. We show a behavior based alarm reduction with a memory-based machine learning technique. Our extended form of IBL, (XIBL) examines SNORT alarm signals if that signal is worthy sending signals to security manager. An experiment shows that there exists an apparent difference between true alarms and false alarms with respect to XIBL behavior This gives clear evidence that although an attack in the network consists of a sequence of packets, decisions over Individual packet can be used in conjunction with misuse IDS for better performance.
