본 논문에서 2D-3D 자동 영상 변환을 위하여 2D 상으로부터 깊이 지도(depth map)을 생성하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 보다 정확한 깊이 지도 생성을 위해 영상의 전경 깊이 지도(foreground depth map)와 배경 깊이 지도(background depth map)를 각각 생성 한 후 결합함으로써 보다 정확한 깊이 지도를 생성한다. 먼저, 전경 깊이 지도를 생성하기 위해서 라플라시안 피라미드(laplacian pyramid)를 이용하여 포커스/디포커스 깊이 지도(focus/defocus depth map)를 생성한다. 그리고 블록정합(block matching)을 통해 획득한 움직임 시차(motion parallax)를 이용하여 움직임 시차 깊이 지도를 생성한다. 포커스/디포커스 깊이 지도는 평탄영역(homogeneous region)에서 깊이 정보를 추출하지 못하고, 움직임 시차 깊이 지도는 움직임 시차가 발생하지 않는 영상에서 깊이 정보를 추출하지 못한다. 이들 깊이 지도를 결합함으로써 각 깊이 지도가 가지는 문제점을 해결하였다. 선형 원근감(linear perspective)와 선 추적(line tracing) 방법을 적용하여 배경깊이 지도를 생성한다. 이렇게 생성된 전경 깊이 지도와 배경 깊이 지도를 결합하여 보다 정확한 깊이 지도를 생성한다. 실험 결과, 제안하는 방법은 기존의 방법들에 비해 더 정확한 깊이 지도를 생성하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

A schematic map is a special purpose map which is generated to recognize it's objects easily and conveniently via simplifying and highlighting logical geometric information of a map. To manufacture the schematic map with road, label and icon, we must generate simplified route map and replace many geometric objects. Performing a give task, however, there are an amount of overlap areas between geometric objects whenever we process the replacement of geometry objects. Therefore we need replacing geometric objects without overlap. But this work requires much computational resources, because of the high complexity of the original geometry map. We propose the schematic map generation system whose map consists of icons and label. The proposed system has following steps: 1) eliminating kinks that are least relevant to the shape of polygonal curve using DCE(Discrete Curve Evolution) method. 2) making an evenly distributed route using CVT(Centroidal Voronoi Tessellation) and Grid snapping method. Therefore we can keep the structural information of the route map from CVT method. 3) replacing an icon and label information with collision avoidance algorithm. As a result, we can replace the vertices with a uniform distance and guarantee the available spaces for the replacement of icons and labels. We can also minimize the overlap between icons and labels and obtain more schematized map.

실업계 고등학교 담임교사와 취업 지도 교사들은 서로의 취업 지도 경험과 정보를 공유하고 활용하는데 축적된 자료의 부족과 시스템의 미비로 많은 어려움을 겪고 학생들 역시 장소와 시간의 제약으로 현실에 맞는 취업 정보를 얻는데 한계가 있었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 취업 지도 시스템을 구현하여 취업관련 정보를 공유하고 시간과 공간적 제한을 극복해 취업 지도 과정을 간편하게 하는데 중점을 두고 향후 취업 지도 시스템에 대한 연구 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

수치지도의 지리조사 기준은 80년대 후반 수치지도 전산화 작업이 국토지리정보원에서 시작되면서 건설부령으로 작성되어 몇 차례 수정이 되어 온 수치지도작성작업규칙과 내규에 의하여 작업되고 있다. 그러나 수치지도작성 작업지침은 수치지도 1.0을 기준으로 하고 있어 수치지도 2.0과 기본지리정보 등이 종이지도에서 수치지도 개념으로 제작환경변화가 발생하여 현재의 현지조사 기준에 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 수치지도의 지리조사 작업기준을 정립하기 위하여 작업규정, 속성자료, 관련자 설문 및 면담을 수행하여 문제점을 분석하였고. 적합한 수치지도 지리조사 작업기준을 제시하였다.

문화지도는 지도라는 인터페이스를 활용하여 문화와 관련된 여러 가지 주제들을 지도위에 나타내는 것이며, 이는 해당지역에 대한 문화(주제), 지역(공간), 시대(시간) 라는 세 가지 값을 동시에 활용하여 해당지역의 시대별 문화를 통합적으로 이해할 수 있다. 전자문화지도는 이러한 문화지도를 전자적 형태 즉, 컴퓨터를 활용해 구현한 시스템으로 주제, 공간, 시간 값의 메타데이터를 활용해 조합이 가능하도록 데이터베이스화한 개념이다. 이는 시대별 지역별 주제별 정보들을 사용자 스스로가 조합해서 조회가 가능하다는 의미이다. 본 논문에서는 해외지역, 특히 지중해지역 중심의 연구를 위한 전자문화지도를 설계한다. 이는 인문, 지역학과 IT의 융합학으로서, 해외지역을 연구하는 도구 및 연구결과물의 전시 도구로 활용할 수 있다.

This study has been implemented a map-based festival information website with Google Map to overcome a limit that existing festival information web sites supplied location information only through text-based format. To get the newest festival information, this website uses GeoRSS function which transform rss feed offered by newspaper websites into location based information. Through this function, internet users can see festival information at a glance on the basis of a map. Through this study we confirmed the efficiency of offering location based festival information and possibility of GeoRSS function to provide the newest festival information.

GIS의 기초가 되는 수치지도의 활용은 빠르게 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 수치지도의 제작 공정에 있어서 많은 발전이 있어 왔지만 지리조사와 구조화편집 공정에는 여전히 지도 출력물에 의존하는 기존의 방법을 사용하고 있었다. 이에 본 연구는 이러한 공정에 현장측량시스템의 활용하는 방법을 제안하고, 제안된 방법을 수치지도 제작에 적용하여 기존의 방법에 의한 결과와 비교 분석하였다. 제안된 방법을 적용하면 수치지도 제작 과정에 필요한 소요 인원 및 단계가 절감되며 이에 따라 소요 비용과 작업 단계마다 발생하게 되는 오류를 줄일 수 있었다.

JAVA 2 ME 언어의 등장과 최근 무선 단말기에서의 KVM(Kilobytes Virtual Machine) 지원이 보편화되었지만, 휴대폰 단말기에서 벡터 지도서비스는 여러 가지 제약으로 인하여 그 동안 구현되지 못하였다. 본 논문에서는 휴대폰에서의 모바일 벡터 지도서비스를 위한 서버 모듈과 클라이언트 브라우저 모듈을 새로 설계하고 구현하여 제시한다. 본 제안 시스템은 클라이언트 모듈의 기능을 최소화하고 서버에서 지도 간소화 작업을 수행하여, 기존의 지도 데이터베이스로부터 직접 모바일 벡터 지도서비스가 가능하게 하였다.

본 연구는 국가정보화의 총괄적인 정보개발계획을 수립하기 위하여 일명 정보개발지도를 이용하여 국가의 정보개발 현황을 분석하고 국가 정보화의 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이는 현재 국내에 개발되어 서비스를 제공중인 정보, 사업의 지원자금으로 개발을 추진중에 있는 정보, 혹은 아직 미개발되었지만 공공정보로써 개발이 가능한 공공기관의 정보자원을 조사하고 세부분야별로 분류하여 하나의 평면에 나타냄으로써 국내 공공정보 개발의 방위를 파악하고자 한다. 또한 해외의 정보개발, 서비스들을 평면에 함께 제시함으로써 향후 공공데이터베이스의 개발 과제를 파악하기 위한 기반자료로 활용될 수 있으며, 정보개발지도에 따라 년차별 개발분야 및 개발 우선순위 등을 결정될 수 있으리라 예측된다.

Recently the navigation service and LBS (Location based Services) using map supports much information services on mobile terminal. Also Internet Web sites support user much information. But, the user has the difficulty for acquiring the service and the various information based on map because of searching the many Internet sites. Accordingly, this paper supports a convergence information service model of various culture, education, tourism, sport and traffic for accessing synthesizing information based on map. And we design and implement this model using 공개 API. We present a convergence information service model of culture, tourism, sport and bus line information form tour destination and cultural place of Jeju province using the model. Additionally, we develop this service model using apache web server on Linux environment, PHP and JavaScript, MySQL database and Map 공개 API. As this service model supports a convenience action of culture and tourism for Jeju islanders and tourists.
