Building and researching high definition maps that support autonomous vehicles, one of Korea's key challenges for the future, are being actively propelled in both private and government sectors with the goal of fast commercialization. Under this perspective, update methods that secure up-to-date information are emerging as key tasks. To provide a plan for establishing efficient renewal systems for high definition maps, we analyzed the present condition of road types, causes of road changes and its annual change rates, and examined where and how such road change information is managed. Furthermore, the method of collection and detection of road change information and the renewal system of high definition maps are defined based on the current study. At the end of the paper, a step-by-step renewal system is proposed through the examination of renewal cycles, contents, and region of high definition maps.

소셜 미디어(Social Media)란 사람들이 의견, 생각, 경험, 관점 등을 서로 공유하기 위해 사용하는 온라인 툴과 플랫폼을 뜻한다. 여행에서 가장 중요한 정보는 위치와 경로 정보이다. 하지만 우리가 다른 사람들의 여행정보를 검색하여 보면 위치와 경로 정보를 보여주는 방법으로는 지도를 캡처하여 그 위에 직접 경로를 그린 뒤 그림파일로 저장하여 올려서 사진처럼 보여주는 경우가 대부분이며 지도를 제공하는 여행 블로그 사이트에서는 출발 정보와 목적지 정보를 입력하면 지도 위에 목적지와 그 사이를 선으로 연결하여 같이 보여주는 정도의 서비스를 제공한다. 또한 지도 위의 정보와 실질적인 여행 정보, 즉 사진이나 여행자의 메모나 생각 같은 글이 연결되어 보여주지 못한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사용자가 자신의 여행기를 정리하고 표현하는데 있어서 지도 위에서 자유롭게 사용자의 의도대로 표현할 수 있는 인터페이스를 생성하는 것을 목표로 한다.

This paper presents a method which enables raster maps to be used like vector maps in the wed environment and develops a raster map viewer which can be executed in the wed browser. Through the preprocessing process the coordinates attached to each object in the raster map can be used as vector information. The raster map viewer makes the spatial analysis possible using the attribute database connected to the coordinates of each object, This map viewer makes the Web GIS can be constructed at the lower cost because the viewer uses the characteristics of raster map. And the map viewer has merit point of easily developing a component for spatial analysis.

본 논문에서는 음성인식기능을 이용하여 지리정보 검색시스템을 구현하고 그 성능 평가 결과에 관하여 보고한다. 성능평가실험을 위하여 사용한 수치지도 자료는 1:5,000의 대구광역시 수성구의 국가 기본도를 사용하였으며, 이 수치지도에서 속성단어와 제어단어를 포함한 68단어를 음성인식과 지도정보 검색의 대상으로 한다. 또한, 음성인식 결과와 지도자료와의 인터페이스는 OLE Automation 프로그래밍 기법을 이용하였으며, Pentium 150MHz, 64MB 메모리를 가진 개인용 컴퓨터 환경하에서 개발하였다. 성능평가 실험결과 남성 3인이 지도검색용 68단어를 실제 사무실 환경하에서 마이크를 통하여 on-line 테스트하여 평균 98.02%의 인식률을 얻었다. 이사의 결과로부터 음성인식기능을 이용한 수치지도 정보검색 시스템의 실용화 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다.

It was difficult for high school teachers to guide the careers of their students on the behalf of the time and place limits. Accumulation and sharing datum about career guidance was not easy, either. This study aims at more systematic and objective career guidance and counseling by overcoming the current problems using Data Mining Techniques for career guidance. Moreover, the systems can also be helpful to students who use this positive search system based on world wide web for the career information on the basis of their own need.

급속한 지식정보화 시대의 도래로 인해 GIS(Geographic Information System)는 토지관리, 환경, 국토계획, 해양, 재해 등과 관련된 정보를 통합하고 교류하는데 있어 핵심기술로 인식되어가고 있으며 GIS의 이용이 생활 속에서 일반화되어 가고 있다. 이에 따라 GIS의 기초데이터인 수치지도는 국가지리정보체계(NGIS)사업의 일환인 공간정보 기반인프라 기술개발을 통하여 지속적으로 발전해 나가는 단계에 있으며 현실세계의 모형에 가장 적합하고 최신성의 확보가 용이한 차세대 수치지도의 제작이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 차세대 수치지도의 개념과 구축 방안을 정립하기 위하여 국내 외의 수치지도 제작 및 활용 사례 조사를 통하여 현재 수치지도의 문제점을 분석하고, 차세대 수치지도가 갖추어야 할 특성을 정의하였다.

Map is information media for human life. Recently, innovative map making technology has been developed and most updated various data are provided to map users. In consequence, use of maps is rapidly increasing in various applications. One of the examples is car navigation map because navigation maps provide reliable and necessary information with convenient way. Therefore, maps are to be changed to user-oriented from map making-oriented design. The main goal of spatial data infrastructure is to allow various users to access the real world information easily for decision making. However, most of the digital maps are focused on map making aspect such as providing up-to-date data, acquisition of accurate data with state-of-the-art technology, and addition of layers (For example, ortho-images and DEMs). If map data processing tools are to be provided with the digital maps, users could utilize maps for decision making without professional software or knowledge. Therefore, objective of this paper is to propose scheme of the digital map data processing service with application examples.

본 논문에서는 우리가 사는 동네의 안전현황에 대하여 국민안전처가 제공하는 생활안전 지도서비스를 통해 혹시 모를 사고와 범죄 예방은 물론, 신속한 대응을 해야 하나, 각종 서비스는 부처별로 재난안전정보를 개별 분산적 관리한 탓에 국민에게 생활주변의 다양한 안전정보를 제공하지 못하는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 이 연구에서는 현재 생활안전지도 서비스에 대한 실태를 살펴보고 비교분석하여 개선방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 조정을 거친 수치지도를 이용하여 3차원 도시공간모델을 생성하는 자동제작기를 제안하는 것이다. 일반적인 디지털 도시공간모탤 제작방식에 대해 분석하여 3차원 도시공간모델 제작에 필요한 소요정보 및 공간제작함수(기능, Method} 등을 추출한다. 수치지도에서 3차원 도시공간모델 제작에 필요한 정보를 추출하고 이런 정보들을 가공하여 모텔제작에 사용가능한 정보로 바꾸어 준다. 또한 수치지도를 이용하여 3차원 모델을 제작할 때 사용자가 필요로 하는 부가정보들을 수동으로 입력할 수 있도록 한다. 수치지도에서 얻는 정보에 공간제작함수를 적용해서 3차원 모텔을 제작한다. 수치지도가 2차원지도로만 활용되고 있는 현실이며 수치지도의 다양한 3차원 정보를 이용한 3차원 도시 공간모델 자동제작을 제안함으로써 재래식 모델제작에 필요했던 대량의 시간과 노동력을 절감할 것이고 또한 제작된 도시공간모텔은 건축이나 도시설계분야에서 보다 경제적이고 보다 쉽게 활용될 수 있을 것이라고 기대된다.

The digital map needs efficiently updating. Because it is a base map at each local government and several geographic information systems and that is the key to enhancing to use spatial data. We suggest the linking method of building registers to the building layers of digital map, to update attribute data of the building layers. To conduct that, it is very important that each building in two data is linked by one-to-one matching. In this paper, we generate the strategy for renewing attribute data of the building layers based on identifier by using identifier of the new address system.
