Most public library websites provide unstructured cultural program data, which cannot be produced and utilized systematically as bibliographic information. It is not sufficiently used in existing library big data research or cases, and there is a risk of disappearing when the website is reorganized or the person in charge is changed. This study developed a data schema that can be used in conjunction with bibliographic data by collecting and analyzing cultural programs and community service data produced in an unstructured manner and proposed to share and utilize public library cultural programs and community service data, and establish a library big data platform that can serve as an information channel between librarians who are cultural program planners. Library program data posted on the library website can be integrated and managed through the platform, securing continuity of work, and systematically managing and preserving the specialized service history of individual libraries.

The purpose of this study is to implement evaluation on domestic cyber University web site to analyze web usability and web accessibility in order to present how much cyber University provides various personalized services and qualitative contents to users on web site. And also with this result, I hope to contribute in qualitative development of web site and reliability of remote education. For this purpose, I developed checklist suitable to remote University by applying SM-ABCDE assessment method of Moonhyeongnam, the professor in Sookmyung Women's University, and implemented evaluation on web sites of 17 cyber University over the five aspects of attraction, business, contents, design, and engineering. As the result of this study, it was found that Busan Digital University was best in the respect of attraction, both Kyunghee Cyber University and Cyber University of foreign studies were best in the respect of business, Kyunghee University was best in the respect of contents, and Hanyang Cyber University was best in the respect of design. It was also evaluated in the comprehensive view and the order was found that Kyunghee Cyber University, Busan Cyber University, and Hanyang Cyber University. However in the respect of engineering, it came out that all the sites did not observe the regulation on web accessibility. If domestic Cyber Universities are to observe the regulation on web accessibility with the long term view, on the base of this study, web usability would be increasing. Then they can secure various classes of customers as well as ordinary people so that they will be able to take the real place of educational institution orienting the most advanced educational method in the society of knowledge and information in addition to advance in themselves.

Many attempts have been made to track the web usage patterns and provide suggestions that might help web operators get the information they need. These tracking mechanisms rely on mining web log files for usage patterns. The purpose of this study is to verify a web agent prototype that was built for mining web log files. The web agent for this paper was made by Java and ASP and the agent came into being as part of a cookie for a short-term data storage. For long-term data storage, the agent used a My-SQL as a Data Base. This agent system could inform that if the data comes from the web data mining agent, it could be a rapid information providing method rather than the case of data coming into a data mining tool. Therefore, the developed tool in this study will be helpful as a new kind of decision making system and expert system.

Ten Web sites from educational policy authorities, educational research institutions, professional educational, and national libraries that provide educational policy information services are investigated using content analysis method. They are analyzed using various types of information sources, classification schemes, and functions of information retrieval. Standardization of classification scheme of educational policy information, standardization of meta data items, improvement of retrieval systems, provision of personalized information services to educational policy authorities, operation of specialized policy information centers, and cooperation among professional institutions are suggested. A model of a specialized educational policy information center is proposed.

초기 사업자들에 의해 일방적으로 정보가 제공되던 인터넷 GIS 사이트는 Web 2.0의 패러다임과 함께 사용자들에 의해서 정보가 생산되고, 평가되는 형태로 변화하였다. 기존의 일반적인 웹사이트의 평가모델과 GIS 사이트 평가 모델에 대해서 살펴보고, Web 2.0을 고려하여 보완된 GIS 2.0 사이트 평가모델의 기준점을 활용하여 유비쿼터스 사업 특성을 고려한 평가 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문은 검색엔진을 이용하여 대상 웹사이트의 링크 사이트 전체를 수집하고, 각 링크 사이트의 페이지를 인덱싱하여 데이터베이스화하는데, 특히 가장 최신의 페이지를 분류하여 시간에 의해 검색단어의 정확도가 가려지는 경우, 이를 이용할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 논문은 검색엔진에 의해 검색 서비스를 제공하는 기본적인 웹 로봇의 구현에 대한 연구이며, 웹 로봇의 역할은 크게 링크 사이트를 수집하는 것 이외에 제목, 메타태그, 멀티미디어 다운로드등의 역할들을 수행하며 이를 인덱싱 하여 데이터베이스화한다.

웹로그 마이닝은 대용량의 웹로그 데이터로부터 웹액세스 패턴을 추출함으로써 사용자의 행등 패턴을 찾아내는데 이러한 작업은 웹사이트 설계상의 문제점 등을 발견 및 보완하거나 사용자에게 개인화 페이지를 제공하는데 이용될 수 있다. 사용자의 관심도를 반영하는 웹액세스 패턴을 추출할 때 페이지의 액세스 횟수 뿐만 아니라 페이지의 소요 시간까지 고려함으로써 더욱 정확한 액세스 패턴을 추출하는 것이 본 논문의 목적이다.

본 논문은 성인과 다른 기저를 가진 미취학 연령인 유아를 대상으로 하는 웹사이트들의 인터페이스 가이드라인을 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 가이드라인의 타당성을 검증하기 위해서 관련 연구를 통해 평가항목을 선정하고 현재 가장 많은 이용자를 보유하고 있는 유아사이트를 대상으로 사용 편의성을 평가하였다. 평가 방법은 평가 대상이 인지능력과 언어발달이 완전하지 않은 미취학 연령인 유아인 점을 고려하여 관찰 및 모니터링 방법으로 사용성 평가를 하였으며 평가결과를 토대로 인터페이스 설계 가이드라인을 제안했다.

1인 가구 수의 증가로 시장에서 1인 가구를 위한 서비스와 재화가 제공되고 있고, 시장에서 소비자로서 입지를 다지고 있음에도 합리적인 가격에 소비하지 못하고 있다. 사용자들이 스스로 주최하는 공동구매를 통해서 합리적이고, 친환경적이고, 소비자 후생적인 소비를 도모하고, 나아가 1인 가구 웹 커뮤니티 형태로 발전하길 기대한다.
