인터넷에서 아동을 대상으로 하는 웹사이트들이 이벤트나 광고를 통하여 아동 및 그 법정대리인 등의 개인정보를 지나치게 많이 요구하는 경우가 많고 아동들은 그에 대한 분별력이 적어서 해당 사이트를 빨리 이용하고자 하거나 상품 등을 받고자 하는 욕구에 분별 없이 자신의 개인정보는 물론 가족들, 친구들의 개인정보를 제공하게 된다. 그러나 14세 미만의 아동으로부터 개인정보를 수집하는 경우 법정대리인의 동의를 받도록 하고, 이용 또는 제3자 제공에 대한 동의권, 동의철회권, 열람청구권 및 정정요구권을 부여하고 있다.

Take-over requests in semi-autonomous cars must be handled properly in the case of road obstacles or curved roads in order to avoid accidents. In these situations, situation awareness and appropriate decision making are essential for distracted drivers. This study used a driving simulator to investigate the components of auditory-visual information systems that affect safety, workload, and trust. Auditory information consisted of either voice guidance providing situation awareness for the take-over or a beep sound that only alerted the driver. Visual information consisted of either a screen showing how to maneuver the vehicle or only an icon indicating a take-over situation. By providing auditory information that increased situation awareness and visual information that aided decision making, trust and safety increased, while workload decreased. These results suggest that the levels of situation awareness and decision making ability affect trust, safety, and workload for drivers.

One of the effective countermeasures for preventing traffic accidents is to provide traffic safety warning information to drivers. Provision of warning information would lead to safer driving to avoid accident occurrence. This study investigated the effects of in-vehicle warning information on driver's behavior. A variety of warning information contents using text, sound, and pictograms were prepared for the field experiments. Individual vehicle speed and acceleration data, which represent quantitative drivers' behavior in response to in-vehicle warning information, were collected using differential global positioning systems (DGPS). Statistical analyses including ANOVA and Tukey's pairwise comparison were conducted. It is expected that the results could be invaluable for designing more effective warning information.

At the current stage of a semi-autonomous vehicle, there are situations in which the vehicle has to request take-over control to the driver quickly. However, current self-driving cars use only simple messages and warning sounds to notify drivers when handing over control, so they do not adequately convey considerations of individual characteristics or explanations of various emergent situations. This study investigated how visual and auditory information and the efficacy of drivers in self-driving cars can improve efficient take-over requests between the car and the driver. We found that there were significant differences in driver's cognitive load, reliability, safety, usability, and usefulness according to the combination of three visual and auditory information provided in the experiment of the take-over request situation. The results of this study are expected to help design self-driving vehicles that can communicate more safely and efficiently with drivers in urgent control transition situations.

최근 초고속 멀티 미디어 통신망을 경제적으로 구성할 수 있는 하나의 방안으로서 성층권 통신시스템에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 성층권 통신 시스템이란 대류권(Troposphere, 지상 10-20 Km) 위에 존재하는 성층권(Stratosphere, 지상 20-50 Km)에 통신 탑재체를 싣고 있는 비행선을 체공시켜 각종 무선 통신 서비스를 제공하는 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 실측 데이터를 이용한 채널 모델을 적용하여 성층권 통신 채널을 섀도우잉이 포함된 라이시안 채널로 모델링하였으며, 이러한 채널에서의 BPSK시스템의 성능을 분석하였다.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 많은 장점에도 불구하고 아직 기업들이 서비스의 가용성 및 데이터 보안, 자사 데이터에 대한 통제권 확보, 종속성 등의 문제로 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 이용을 꺼리고 있다. 이 같은 문제들은 기술개발, 표준화, 표준약관, 서비스수준협약(SLA) 등으로 어느 정도 해결이 가능하다 그러나 데이터가 여러 국가에 복제되어 분산 저장될 경우 데이터의 국외이전 금지 문제, 데이터의 보관 및 파기 의무, IT 컴플라이언스 수탁자의 불법행위에 대한 위탁자의 책임, 자신의 데이터센터에 저장된 불법정보에 대한 클라우드 서비스제공자의 책임범위, 클라우드 서비스제공자의 책임제한 등 현행법상의 법적 규제와 충돌되는 부분에 대해서는 법. 제도적 접근과 검토가 필요하다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅 산업의 촉진 및 이용 활성화를 위해서는 구체적으로 다음과 같은 사항이 법 제도적으로 검토되어야 한다. (1) 클라우드 서비스나 솔루션을 시험할 수 있는 테스트베드 구축 등 시범사업 근거 마련, (2) 분야별 특화된 클라우드 서비스 모델 개발 및 사업화를 위한정부시책 추진 및 지원 근거 마련, (3) 민 관의 포괄적 협력 기반조성 및 정부의 기술 개발연구 지원체계 마련, (4) 사전 인증 및 사후 보증체계 구축을 통한 클라우드 서비스의 신뢰성 및 안정성 제고, (5) 클라우드 서비스의 상호운용성 확보를 위한 표준화, (6) 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 정보보안, 개인정보보호 등 각종 법률 이슈와 예상되는 다양한 이해관계 충돌 문제에 대응할 수 있도록 서비스제공자와 이용자 대상의 지침 근거 마련, (7) 클라우드 속에 있는 기업의 정보지산에 대한 접근권 보장, (8) 정보자산의 실제 위치와 선택권 보장, (9) 정보자산의 부적절한 접근 방지와 오남용 방지, (10) 클라우드 서비스 제공기업 또는 서비스 자체의 영속성 보장, (11) 서비스 장애 책임범위와 분담, (12) 소프트웨어 라이선스 등에 대한 규정이 고려되어야 한다.

본 고에서는 사용자의 자기 정보 통제권을 강화시키는 전자 ID 지갑 시스템을 기술한다. 전자 ID 지갑 시스템은 ID 정보 제공자로부터 ID 정보 소비자로 유통되는 사용자의 정보를 사용자가 직접 제어할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다. 또한 전자 ID 지갑 시스템은 사용자가 가입한 사이트, 사용자의 크리덴셜 및 사용자의 데이터 공유 정보 등을 사용자에게 모두 카드-기반의 인터페이스로 제공하여 사용자에게 편리함과 일관성을 제공한다. 전자 ID 지갑 시스템은 현재의 웹 환경뿐만 아니라 사용자의 참여와 공유가 더욱 더 중요해지는 웹 2.0 환경에 적합한 사용자 중심 ID 관리 시스템이다.

본 연구는 초상권을 보호할 수 있는 실시간 영상 모자이크 서비스이다. 실시간 모자이크 서비스에서는 모자이크 처리를 제외하기 위한 이용자 얼굴 등록 기능을 갖고 있다. 이렇게 등록된 얼굴정보는 실시간 영상 스티리밍 서비스에서 모자이크가 되지 않도록 한다. 즉, 모자이크를 원하지 않는 정보를 미리 시스템에 등록하여 실시간 서비스에 어떠한 부분을 모자이크에서 제외 할 것인지 세팅하여 실시간 스트리밍 서비스를 제공한다. 기존 기술과의 차이점은 사람의 얼굴뿐만 아니라 방송에 나오면 안 되는 흉기나 담배 등을 모자이크 처리해 줄 수 있는 기능을 제공하고, 실시간으로 모자이크된 영상 스트리밍 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 장점을 갖는다.
