The main purpose of this study is to examine the effect of patient-centered communication of doctor(facilitating factor, inhibition factor) on patient participation(behavioral participation, emotional participation, informational participation). Concretely, it is confirmed where there are effects of patient-centered communication of doctor to patient participation and whether there are moderating effects of trust between patient-centered communication of doctor and patient participation. In domestic general hospital, 301 samples were for this analysis collected and tested by factor analysis and moderating regression analysis. As a result of this study is as followings. First, it is confirmed that communication facilitating factor have influences on patient participation positively and communication inhibition factor have no influences on patient participation. Second, there are moderating effects of trust between facilitating factor and emotional participation, between facilitating factor and informational participation. Especially, in higher level group of trust, it is confirmed that facilitating factor more influence on emotional participation and informational participation. On the basis of these study results, I suggested theoretical and practical implication for the patient-centered communication and successful medical service.

정보시스템 분야에서 성공적인 정보시스템 개발을 위하여 사용자 참여, 몰입, 만족 과 관련된 많은 연구가 진행되었다. 초기의 연구에서는 사용자 참여와 몰입의 개념이 혼용 되었으나 현재는 구분되는 개념으로 사용되고 있다. 초기 연구에서 몰입과 만족에 관한 연 구가 있었으나 구분되는 개념으로 보았을 때 몰입보다는 참여와 만족에 관한 연구로 보아야 할 것이고, 그후 진행된 대부분의 연구가 사용자 참여와 만족간의 관계에 대한 것이었다. 이들 연구에서는 사용자의 참여 정도가 사용자 만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하였 다. 그러나 이들의 연구는 일관성 있는 결과를 제시하지 못하였는데, 이와 같은 결과가 나 타난 데에는 다른 여인도 작용하였겠지만, 개발에 참여한 사용자의 주관적 심리 상태인 사 용자 몰입 정도의 차이가 결과의 불일치를 가져오는 요인으로 작용하였을 수 있다. 본 연구 에서는 사용자 참여와 몰입간의 관계를 분석하기 위하여, 시스템 개발에서 사용자와 개발자 간의 관계를 집단으로 간주하여, 집단의 구조적 측면과 집단의 행위적 측면에서 이들 관계 를 분석하였다. 이들 관계에 영향을 주는 조절변수로 구조적 측면에서는 공식화, 집권화 정 도를, 행위적 측면에서는 갈등의 정도, 집단 응집성, 의사소통 수준을 사용하였다.

정보시스템의 가장 큰 목적은 시스템 사용자의 의사결정에 유용한 정보를 제공하는 것이다. 그리고 정보의 유용성 결정은 사용자들의 판단에 근거하므로 사용자의 참여는 시스템 성공에 매우 중요한 변수로 작용하고 있다. 사용자 참여에 대한 기존 연구는 사용자의 참여에 대한 이점을 설명하고 있기는 하나, 메인프레임 환경의 전통적 시스템 개발방법에 근거하고 있으므로 최종사용자 전산환경에서의 사용자 참여에 대한 새로운 조명이 필요하다. 최종사용자 전산 환경에서는 최종사용자의 책임과 권한, 정보의 내용, 친숙한 개발 도구 등으로 인해 시스템 개발 주기의 일정 단계에서의 제한적 참여가 아닌 주체적 참여가 필수적이다. 이러한 개발 환경은 참여자로서의 역할보다는 오히려 개발자로서의 역할이 훨씬 더 강조되는 개념이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 개발자로서의 사용자 참여가 발생하는 새로운 환경을 '공동작업'이라고 제안한다. 결론적으로 본 연구를 통하여, '공동작업'의 결과로 인한 정보시스템의 성과를 어떻게 설명할 수 있는가에 초점을 두고 있다. 즉, '공동작업'이 사용자 만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 고찰하고자 하는 것이다.

The main purposes of this study is to examine the effect of treatment setting on patient participation, and the moderating effect of negative emotion between treatment setting and patient participation. For the purposes of this study's goals, the 320 samples for this empirical study were collected from the general hospital and medical clinic outpatients in C and carried out hierarchial regression by SPSS 19.0. The results of this study are as follows. There is positive effect of cleanness of the treatment setting on behavior factor in patient participation. The higher aging of patient have influences on emotional factor in patient participation. There are positive effects of the third person in treatment settings on emotional and informational factors in patient participation. There is negative effect of negative emotion on emotional and informational factors in patient participation. There are negative effects of time pressure in treatment settings on emotional and informational factors in Patient Participation. On interaction effect, there are positive effects of cleanness in treatment setting and negative emotion on emotional and informational factors in patient participation. Implications for theoretical and practical patient participation are discussed.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the determinants of customers' information engagement, the behavior pattern from WOM to cooperation, and the moderator in the behavior pattern. The proposed three determinants, boundary personnel's citizenship behavior, satisfaction, and commitment were significant antecedents to WOM, but not to cooperation. The path coefficient from WOM to cooperation was significant and hereby the voluntary level of cooperation was found as a higher level of voluntary behavior than WOM. Additionally, the path from WOM to cooperation was moderated by customer involvement, as the path coefficients from WOM to cooperation varied by the level of involvement.

컴퓨팅 능력의 발달과 네트워크의 대용량화로 인해서 다중 참여자를 고려한 분산 가상 환경에 대한 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 분산 가상 환경은 네트워크를 통해서 연결된 다중의 참여자를 고려해야 하기 때문에 참여자 그룹 관리가 필수적으로 요구된다. 기존의 분산 가상 환경에서의 참여자 그룹 관리는 참여자의 가입, 탈퇴 처리와 현재 상태의 제공 기능 등을 지원하고 있다. 그러나, 다양한 형태의 참여자 활동을 지원하기 위해서는 현재 상태의 정보 뿐만 아니라 다양한 그룹 활동의 지원과 각각의 참여자가 수행한 작업의 형태와 그룹에 대한 정책등에 대한 적절한 관리가 필요하다. 이러한 작업은 기존의 참여자 그룹 관리 방식에는 중앙 서버에 지나친 부담을 주기 때문에 이에 대한 해결하기 위한 고려도 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 모빌 에이전트를 기반한 분산 가상 환경을 위한 참여자 그룹 관리 시스템을 설계하였다. 설계한 시스템의 특징은 하나의 그룹내에 다수의 소그룹이 존재할 수 있게 함으로써 보다 다양한 그룹 활동을 지원하며, 그룹의 현재 상태 정보 뿐만 아니라 그룹에 참여하는 각각의 참여자들의 행위 정보와 이동 정보를 관리함으로써 참여자를 진단을 욕하는 응용에 사용될 수 있다. 또한, 모빌 에이전트 형태로 설계함으로써 중앙 서버에 대한 지나친 부담 문제를 해결하였다.

학습에 대한 적극적인 참여는 학업에서 중요한 행동이며 높은 학업 참여는 성공적인 학업성취와 밀접한 관계가 있다. 학업 참여는 학자들의 관점에 따라 행동적 참여, 정서적 참여, 인지적 참여로 구분된다. 행동적 참여는 학생들이 실제 학습활동과 과제 수행에 어떻게 참여하는가로 정의한다. 그러나 온라인 학습 환경에서는 학생들의 학습활동을 평가하는 데 어려움이 존재하여 관련된 연구의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 영상 분석을 이용한 양방향 Convolutional LSTM 모델을 기반으로 온라인 수업 상에서 학습활동 중 하나인 손들기 행동을 인식하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법으로 학습활동 중 하나인 손들기 행동의 인식 정확도는 88%이다.

Under the influence of information technology, there has been a significant change in the consumers' attitude and behavior toward the cultural products. Especially, the social network service (SNS) is predicted to effectively facilitate the growing interaction among potential consumers, which may lead to consumption of the cultural products. The goal of this study is thus two-fold: (a) to investigate the characteristic features of the digital environments based on SNS, and (b) to examine how these factors result in the purchase of the cultural contents. The survey data identified the digital environments as Informational interaction, Information connectivity, and Informational trust in the SNS environment. Subsequently, the structural equation methods confirmed that these factors facilitate consumers' participation in the information network and promote consumers' emotional attachment to the cultural contents, which eventually lead to the positive attitude toward the purchase of the cultural contents.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between intention to participation in sharing economy, digital cultural capital, and social connectedness and then analyze the variables affecting the intention to participate in sharing economy. This subjects were university students. Collected data were statistically processed by PASW 18.0 program using reliability, frequency analysis, T-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows. First, redistribution participation and cooperative lifestyle participation were relatively high. Second, intention to participate in sharing economy activities differs according to gender, age, monthly allowance, and SNS usage time. Third, intention to redistribution participation increases as the recognition of objectified digital culture capital, embodied digital culture capital, and social connectedness increases. And the intention to cooperative lifestyles participation and information sharing participation increased as digital culture capital increased. Forth, the most significant variable affecting the intention to participate in sharing economic activities was digital cultural capital.

본 연구는 비동시적 온라인 토론 환경에서 학습자의 참여에 영향을 미치는 요인들간의 관계를 보다 포괄적으로 규명하기 위한 기초 연구로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 온라인 토론과 관련된 선행연구 분석을 통해 교수학습설계요인, 동기적 요인, 사회-정서적 요인을 영향요인으로 도출하였으며, 영향요인들과 학습자의 인지적 참여(과정)와 학습(결과)간의 구조적 관계를 나타내는 이론적 연구모형을 제안하였다.
