This study is concerned with educational services provided for archives with a focus on programs for teachers and students in the classroom. The purpose of this study is to develop the archival-resource based learning model. And the other purpose is to find out the influence of the archival-resource based learning. The researcher and teachers designed two lessen plans for archival-resource based learning and general learning. To compare with the archival-resource based learning and the general learning, the researcher divided into two comparison classes of 6th graders of two elementary schools. Statistical analysis was conducted by analysis of covariance using SPSS WIN 12.0 for t-test.

전자정부의 고도화 등 정보화 사업의 규모가 확대되면서 성공적인 정보화 사업의 추진을 위한 표준 및 지칭의 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 이러한 정보화 표준 밀 지칭은 조직의 지식, 인력, 정보기술, 업무, 시스템 등의 정보자원과 정보화 추진 절차 및 사용자/개발자 관점에 따라 체계적으로 개발되고 개선되는 것이 필요하다. 이 논문은 정보화 추진을 위해 필요한 표준 일 지침을 분류하는 다양한 과정을 통합하여 효율적이고 체계적으로 지침 및 표준을 관리, 개발할 수 있는 분류체계를 제시한다. 또한 이를 토대로 향후 정보화 표준/지침의 개발을 위한 방향을 모색한다.

WebDAV는 웹통신 프로토콜인 HTTP/1.1의 확장으로서 인터넷을 통하여 다양한 자원의 비동기적인 협업을 지원하는 표준 프로토콜이다. CoSlide 시스템은 협업을 효과적으로 지원하기 위하여 WebDAV 프로토콜을 확장하여 개발된 협업시스템이다. CoSlide 협업시스템은 협업을 위한 가상공간을 제공하며 가상공간에 다양한 자원을 등록 및 관리할 수 있다. CoSlide 협업시스템을 활용하여 효과적인 협업을 수행하기 위한 사용자 중심의 클라이언트가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 WebDAV 프로토콜을 이용한 협업시스템인 Coslide를 효과적으로 활용하기 위한 클라이언트 개발에 대하여 기술한다. 개발된 클라이언트는 사용자가 서버에 등록한 자원을 관리하는 기능과 팀원들 간의 상호 작용을 원활하게 지원하는 사용자 인터페이스를 제공한다. 또한 CoSlide 협업시스템을 사용하는 사용자는 새로운 작업장을 생성하고 다른 사용자를 초대할 수 있으며, 작업장에 파일을 등륵, 이동 그리고 삭제할 수 있다. 기존의 협업시스템에서 분산저작을 하는 경우 클라이언트에서 제공하는 특정 프로그램을 이용하거나, 파일을 서버로부터 내려받아 이를 수정하여 다시 등록하는 과정을 거친다. 본 클라이언트는 이러한 단점을 개선하여 CoSlide 협업시스템의 자원에 대하여 다양한 저작프로그램을 자동적으로 연결하여주며, 실시간으로 협업시스템의 자원을 갱신하여 준다. 또한 자원에 대한 일관성을 보장하기 위하여 자동 잠금기능을 제공한다. 추가적으로 사용자는 드래그앤드랍 기능을 이용하여 작업장간의 자원을 이동할 수 있다.

This study is to investigate the user behavior of defense development and test researchers working for A research institute to provide advanced library services. Based on the prior studies about the subject, survey through questionnaires were conducted, and the data analyzed using SPSS 12.0. Results of the analyses are as follows: The researchers generally gathered information 2 to 3 times per month. The major reason for information gathering was to solve problems and do their tasks. They considered accuracy of information as the most important factor when they gather information. Finding and selecting information sources were the most difficult task for them in retrieving, acquiring and using information. They have most frequently used digital materials (67%), printed materials next (26%), and non-book materials (6%). Internet was both the most frequently used and most satisfied information source for the researchers.

제주지역은 8,000여종의 생물종다양성 자원을 가진 생물유전자원의 보고로 알려져 있으며, 종다양성자원을 활용한 산업개발 잠재력이 크다고 평가 받고 있다. 특히 아열대 생물자원에 대한 산업개발 가치는 매우 높다 할 수 있다. 현재, 제주지역 생물산업 분야 연구인력은 430여명, 연간 학 석 박사 졸업생은 600여 명으로 전문인력 배출면에서 양적으로는 풍부한 상황이며, 도내 생물산업 관련 연구기관은 45개로 양적으로는 적은 편이 아니나 질적인 측면에서는 기술혁신역량이 다소 부족 형편이다. 도내 생물산업체는 250여 개로 대부분 저부가가치 농수산물 단순가공 및 식품가공업이나, 최근에 향장품산업체를 포함하는 중견기업이 유치되고 있다. 특히, 지방산업기술 혁신을 통한 지역 산업간 기술 격차를 완화하여 광역경제권 실현을 앞당기고 지역 균형발전 및 지역경제 활성화에 기여하기 위한 사업으로 제주의 다양한 생물자원을 활용한 건강 뷰티 생물산업을 지역 특화산업으로 육성하기 위해 산업화 소재를 발굴하고 기술개발을 전담하는 연구기관이 절실하게 필요함에 따라 국가균형발전 및 지역산업기술 고도화를 위한 지식경제부의 지자체연구소육성사업계획으로 제주생물종다양성연구소가 설립되었으며, 본 연구소에서는 생물자원 정보 구축, 보존 관리 체계 확립으로 생물주권을 확보하고 1, 3차산업 중심의 산업구조를 개선 및 기업 유치 보육을 통한 건강 뷰티 생물산업 육성을 목표로 고용창출 및 균형발전에 이바지 하고 있다. 현재, 제주생물종다양성연구소는 (재)제주테크노파크 부설연구소로 통합 운영 중에 있으며, 제주 향토생물자원 산업화 거점 연구기관으로서 제주자생식물 및 잉여 농수산물을 활용한 기능성 제품 개발 지원, 향토생물자원 발굴 및 고부가가치 산업 소재화 기술개발을 통해 향토산업 육성 등 지역 경제발전에 이바지하고 있다. 이에 본 연구소에서 수행 중인 제주 특산 향토자원을 이용한 산업화 현황을 소개하고자 한다.

이질 분산 환경에서 분산 객체 미들웨어를 이용한 시스템 통합 기술은 시스템 서로 간에 상호운용 가능하도록 할뿐만 아니라 개발비용의 절감을 가져 올 수 있다. 현재의 군 정보체계는 하부 구조와 개발 플랫폼이 정의없이 정보 시스템 개발을 진행함에 따라 재사용성과 기술 공유가 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 이를 해결하기 위해서는 분산 객체 기술을 이용하여 개방 체계로 전환하기 위한 접근 방법이 필요하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 군 정보 시스템을 분산객체 미들웨어인 CORBA를 이용하여 통합할 수 있는 절차를 확보한 뒤 이를 설계하고 테스트함으로써 군 정보 시스템 자원과 C4I 시스템 개발 자원의 낭비를 절감시키고, 현재 시스템 간의 상호 운용성이 가능하도록 하였다.

A GIS technique was developed for aggregate resources management and transport route analysis. In the study, the management of aggregate resources deals with resources evaluation and control of aggregate supply. The computer system was specially designed for this analysis on the basis of relational database model, and it was named ARIS(Aggregate Resources Information System). A Vector database for this study area of Chungcheong - Do was established for analysis of ARIS. In network analysis, there are many essential elements such as road name, speed limit and width, turns and stops etc. Impedance was also measured for the resistance against transportation of aggregate resources. Actually, the impedances are attributes of arcs, turns and stops. Finally, the feasibility of ARIS was tested to use as a decision making tool of aggregate resources management.

The purpose of this paper is to suggest guidelines for building up an integrated information network(IIN) model that enables to enhance production, flow and use of knowledge and information. The IIN consists of four areas of key infrastructure, such as, education, labor market, school-industry cooperation, and lifelong education information infrastructure. Based on the analysis of current situations and problems of each information infrastructure, this paper raises variety of issues and solutions for the IIN model. Directions for building up the IIN includes both information base infrastructure and information support infrastructure.

본 연구의 주요 목적은 기존의 연구에서 구축된 배타적 경제수역(EEZ) 해양자원정보시스템(MRIS)을 근간으로 다양한 해양자원의 정보를 효율적으로 표출하고 EEZ 관련 의사지원과 정책결정을 위한 GIS기반의 EEZ 정책결정지원시스템을 개발에 있다. 이를 위하여 기존에 구축된 MRIS를 이용하여 분산되어 관리되던 기존의 데이터와 매년 탐사 과정을 거쳐 추가되는 데이터의 관리를 위한 표준화를 수립하고 관리방안을 확정하였다. 또한, 기존에 개발된 다양한 해양데이터의 표출방안을 이용하여 EEZ 경계획정 협상 및 정책 결정에 있어 실질적 판단근거가 되는 EEZ에 대한 법령과 각국의 정책 및 EEZ 경계획정 사례 등을 데이터베이스화하였다. 나아가 GIS를 이용하여 표출된 공간데이터를 다양한 공간 검색과 공간분석 기능을 이용하여 분석함으로써 과학적인 방법으로 EEZ에 대한 중요정책 결정에도 활용하도록 하였다. 본 시스템을 이용하여 향후 EEZ 내 자원분포 및 지 역 별 경제성 비교와 쟁점지역에 대한 정확한 분석이 가능함에 따라 국가 간 협상에서 우리나라에 보다 유리한 협상결과를 도출하는데 기여가 클 것으로 판단된다. 아울러 주변국과 경계획정에 있어 유리한 협상 결과를 도출하기 위한 제반 정보의 제공과 함께 보다 효율적인 정책 수립을 위한 다양한 의사결정의 지원이 가능할 것으로 사료된다.
