본 논문은 지능형 정보 제공 시스템(IP : Intelligent Peripheral)의 주요 소프트웨어 블록 중 하나인 자원 서비스 제어부의 구현 방법을 설명한 것이다. 본 연구의 자원 서비스 제어부는 ITU-T INCS-1에 정의된 특수자원 기능실체(SRF : Specialized Resource Function)의 상태모델을 실현시킨 소프트웨어 블록으로서 IP 하드웨어 구성요소의 하나인 특수자원교환기(SRS : Specialized Resource Switch) 의 CROS(Concurrent Realtime perating System)상에서 CHILL(CCITT High Level Programming Language)로 구현되었으며, 지능망서비스제어시스템(SCP : Service Control Point)이 보낸 지능망 응용프로토콜(INAP : Intelligent Network Application Protocol)오퍼레이션을 분석하여 IP가 보유한 자원 구동에 필요한 모든 절차를 제어한다. 또한 동시에 수신된 INAP오퍼레이션들에 대한 순서제어기능, 통계데이타 제공기능, 사용자 상호작용 종료 기능등을 제공한다. 제안된 구현기술은 자원서비스 제어부가 실제 자원을 동작시키는 IP 하드웨어 구성요소인 특수자원유닛(SRU : Specialized Resource Unit)을 클라이언트/서버형태로 유지하여 이들 자원의 상태를 관리함으로써 IP의 확장성을 보잔하여, 교환기 실시간 데이터베이스를 이용하여 IP가 생성하는 수만여개의 메시지를 효율적으로 관리할 수있다.

그리드 환경은 수많은 컴퓨팅 자원을 활용하는 시스템으로 자원에 대한 정보가 필요하다. 자원 정보 검색을 위해서는 모니터링이 전체 자원에서 일어나야 하므로 이에 따른 오버헤드가 예상된다. 본 논문에서는 모니터링의 오버헤드를 줄이면서도 효율적으로 정확하게 자원 정보를 수집 할 수 있는 모니터링 기술을 구현하였다. 여기서 제안된 모니터링 기술은 시스템 성능에 따라 자동적으로 모니터링 주기를 조절하게 된다. 이를 통해 모니터링에 의한 오버헤드가 줄었음을 측정 결과를 통해 보일 것이다.

객체지향 프로그래밍의 발달과 필요성에 따라 분산된 통신망에도 객체지향 기술이 적용되는 분산객체 컴퓨팅이 새로운 버젼으로 대중화되고 있다 따라서 분산 객체간의 자원을 효율적으로 이용하고 다른 통신망의 사용자들과 원활한 통신을 하기 위해서는 자원의 공유가 필연적이다. 그러나 이러한 정보와 자원의 공유는 불완전한 통신 채널을 통해 이루어지기 때문에 불법적인 사용자들이 정보를 악용하는 보안상의 문제가 발생한다. 본 논문은 다양한 컴퓨팅 자원들이 통신망으로 연결되어 있는 개방형 분산 객체 컴퓨팅 환경에서 운영되는 컴퓨터 통신망의 정보를 보호하고 정당한 사용자에게 자원을 효율적으로 제공할 수 있는 인증 메카니즘으로 CORBA 환경에서 티켓을 사용하지 않은 Kerberos 인증을 제안하였다.

The goal of this study is to investigate and analyse the formative process of the Korean information resources, Korean society, and bibliography and those contents with reference to Korean in Russia. The Research proper time is 1900-1937. Documents analysis, and direct observation and interviews were used as research methods. This paper consists of as follows' developing and taking form Korean society, information resources, and Diaspora, and the form of publication and subject, collection, the period of Korean information resources and those contents, and a conclusion and suggestion.

데이터 그리드의 작업 수행시 먼 거리에 위치한 자원 사용을 위해 그리드 자원 중개자를 이용한다. 그러나 효율적인 작업 수행이 필요로 하는 모든 자원들의 최적화된 사용은 제공하지 못한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 작업예약 정보를 이용하여 실시간으로 자원간의 최적화된 사용을 이루는 데이터 복제 알고리즘을 제안하고 구현하였다.

웹상에서 제공되는 영상정보 자원의 양이 급증하고 이용자들의 문화적인 수요가 높아진 것에 비해 영상정보를 포괄적으로 기술할 수 있는 체계적인 서지기술은 부족한 실정이다. 기존의 영상정보 기술 메타데이터 요소로는 이용자가 탐색하고자 하는 정보자원을 적절하게 검색하거나 혹은 검색된 자원 중에서 서로 연관성이 있는 정보를 그룹화하여 보여주는 것이 불가능하다[1]. 따라서 영상정보 자원이 지니는 다양한 수준과 다양한 측면의 특성을 표현해 내기 위해 국내에서 제안된 영상정보 분야의 새로운 메타데이터 표준이 제시되었다. 본 논문에서는 제안된 영상정보 분야의 메타데이터를 기반으로 하는 영화 Context 검색 엔진을 개발하였고, 이에 따라 추후에 적절한 정보자원의 검색과 연관성 있는 정보의 그룹화로의 확장을 가능하게 할 것이다.

에너지 자원이 절대 부족하여 에너지 해외의존도가 97% 이상인 우리 나라의 입장에서는 에너지 해외의존도를 경감시키고 에너지를 안정시키기 위하여 국내의 부존에너지를 최대한 활용하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 또한 지구온난화에 대처하는 범세계적인 규제에 대비하기 위하여, 청정한 에너지를 적극 개발하여 에너지자립도를 향상시켜야 한다. 소수력 자원은 다른 대체에너지원에 비하여 에너지밀도가 매우 크기 때문에 개발할 가치가 큰 부존자원으로 평가되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지리정보시스템을 통해 소수력자원에 대한 정보제공과 함께 소수력 자원지도구축을 목표로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 소수력 지리정보시스템을 구축하였으며, 국내 840개 표준유역의 소수력자원량을 산정하였다. 그림 1은 표준유역의 소수력 연간발전가능량 주제도를 나타낸다.

본 논문에서는 인터넷 자원의 정의와 특성을 기술한 후 인터넷 자원의 질적 평가기준을 선행연구를 기초로 조사하였다. 이어서. 인터넷 자원평가를 하기 위하여 정보관리 학회지에 인용된 인터넷 자원을 선정하여서 제시된 평가기준에 따라 분석하였다. 이런 연구 결과는 전세계적으로 퍼져있는 인터넷 자원들 중에서 이용자들이 원하는 고품질의 자원들을 선정하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Library website is medium for connecting library information resources and users. However, searching and accessing methods to information resources in library websites and retrieval systems are mostly designed for users. So, the disabled users have difficulty accessing and using library information resources through library websites. Therefore, the author carried on current status study and analysis on the retrieval system of the national and public library websites in Korea. And then, the author proposes improvement plan in order to enhance satisfaction with information needs of disabled users and to use a basic study for construction of retrieval system of library websites for disabled users.

Disaster prevention resources consist of persons, equipments, goods, and facilities. Specially, equipments and goods are internally managed in the regional office, and may be leased to the inter-offices. National Disaster Management System(NDMS) managed the resources in the separated system. That is, one system is managed by regional disaster prevention system, the other is managed by the central disaster prevention system which receives the data from the regional disaster prevention system. Because the regional disaster prevention system updates the resource information quarterly, it is difficult to confirm the exact information. In this study, we propose the model which makes to supply in timely the resource to the disaster using the managed resource with RFID technology. Firstly, we classified the resources based on the resource types for the easily search. After then, we defined ID and attributes information of the resources. From the information, we described the management model for the real time resource.
