In the society of lifelong learning, a school library has to play an important educational role in improving self-directed learning ability that school education is seeking. First of all, This study makes it clear that the goal of school library use education is to develop self-directed learning ability. It carries out a research into the present condition of school library use education which is an important educational role of a school library. Finally this study proposes some improvement plans in school library use education, as mentioned below : 1. Building an administration system of school library media center. 2. Re-establishing information literacy as culture education 3. Team teaching by a curriculum based approach

본 논문은 다양한 사고력 향상을 위한 문제 중심의 이야기를 만들어 스크래치 EPL 프로그래밍 교육과정에 접목시켜 전통적 수업방식인 시범, 실습 프로그래밍 교육과정과 비교하여 문제해결력, 프로그래밍 학습에 대한 흥미도를 통하여 새로 개발한 문제 중심의 스토리텔링 기법을 이용한 스크래치 EPL 프로그래밍 교육과정의 효과를 분석한다. 이를 통해서 학생들에게 흥미로운 이야기에 문제상황을 가미한 스크래치 EPL 프로그래밍 교육과정이 학생들의 문제해결력 및 흥미도를 향상 시키는 내용임을 검증한다.

어린이가 위험에 노출된 경우 그 안전을 확보하기 위해 어린이 안전에 관한 「어린이안전관리에 관한 법률」이 제정되었다. 이에 어린이이용시설종사자는 행정안전부에서 지정하는 어린이 안전교육 전문기관에서 이론 및 실습 교육을 매년 이수하여야 한다. 한국어린이안전재단은 어린이 안전교육 전문인력 및 시설을 확보하여 어린이 안전교육 전문기관으로 지정되었다. 이에 효과적인 안전교육을 제공하기 위한 운영방안에 대해 논의하고 대응한다.

지식정보사회로의 전환에 따라 컴퓨터는 교육에 있어서 교육 내용으로써 뿐만 아니라 교육적 활용의 측면으로도 그 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 특히 학교 환경에서 컴퓨터를 교육에 활용하고자 하는 정보통신기술교육이 강조되면서 이와 인식을 같이 하는 컴퓨터교육의 필요성도 강조되어 실시되고 있다. 그러나 제7차 교육과정에서 제시된 중 고등학교 일반 교과에서의 컴퓨터 교육은 응용 소프트웨어를 이용한 컴퓨터의 도구적 활용을 상대적으로 강조하게 되어 있어 교과로서의 컴퓨터 교육에 대한 컴퓨터 교육의 정체성 확립과 급격한 변화속에서의 컴퓨터 교육의 방향을 설정하지 못한 채 그 활용만을 위주로 전개되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 학교 컴퓨터 교육의 현황을 살펴보고, 지식정보사회에서의 교과로서 컴퓨터 교육의 정체성을 확립하기 위한 컴퓨터교과에 대한 개념, 컴퓨터 교육의 필요성과 역할에 대해 모색하였다.

This study proposed a new education program for the information science gifted talent using unplugged computing and EPL that are new teaching approach of computer science. We analyzed unplugged computing contents and developed the advanced educational program for the information science gifted talent. We also made up a curriculum and teaching strategy and applied the elementary information science gifted talents the developed program with unplugged computing. In order to verify an effectiveness of new program, we tested t-test and found the positive results between before and after the program as well as an experimental group and the comparison group. In interview and observation about the gifted talents, we also saw that the students evaluated an unplugged computing lesson to the positive responses. We expect the proposed unplugged computing program will give many help for teaching the information science gifted talent.

Traditional information services do not provide information which meets end-users' information need. Therefore, the purpose of this paper Is to budd a WWW research consulting system of supporting researchers on the project base, in order to provide more efficient information service, and to evaluate an efficiency of the proposed system. The system consists of two modules, including an information consulting, and a knowledge base module. The proposed system can be utilized as a component of a digital library system, and also can be used as an education and information system which connects between educators and students In the distance education environment.

Computer based industry is activated and IT education for student has developed quickly. Variety of related IT education has performed. Especially interest of Gifted of Information Science is increased, and programming education for Gifted of Information Science is carrying out in Office of Education and college. But most student are tired of learning tedious algorithm, language centered programming, and test focused learning. In this paper we offer opportunity to learn programming for students through implementing programming curriculum using Visual Basic more easily learning than other programming language, actually apply it in their homepage. and prepare ground of programming.

오늘날 IT산업이 급속도로 진보하고 있다. 단순한 자원이나 노동력보다는 첨단과학 기술을 이용하여 얼마나 의미 있는 정보를 찾아내고 활용하는가에 따라 개인의 경쟁력이 좌우된다. 이러한 미래사회에 대비하기 위해 7차 교육과정에서는 지식 위주의 암기 교육이 아닌 창의력과 문제해결력 신장을 중요하게 여기고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 학교의 컴퓨터교육은 지나치게 기능위주의 내용이나, 단순 소프트웨어와 컴퓨터의 활용법에 관한 내용만을 강조하고 있어 이러한 취지를 잘 살리고 있지 못하다. 또한 교육자료 조차 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 그동안의 수박겉핥기 식의 컴퓨터 활용법 및 소프트웨어 사용법 위주 교육에서 벗어나, 컴퓨터의 원리에 대한 내용을 연구함에 있어 초등학생들이 좀더 체계적으로 쉽게 다가갈 수 있도록 컴퓨터 과학자들을 이용하여 창의적 문제해결력을 향상시킬 수 있는 교수-학습 자료를 개발하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the changing trajectory of using educational media through longitudinal data analysis. We categorize the feature of using educational media as usage for learning, usage for information, and usage for the game. We explore the longitudinal changing patterns of usage for learning, usage for information, and usage for the game by LGM(Longitudinal Growth Modeling). We also find the gender difference between these longitudinal changing trajectories. We used 3,499 samples of KYPS middle school second-grade panel data. We found these results: (a) Both usage for learning and information are statically significant variability in initial level and rate of change. Both of the changing trajectories have increased. (b) Girls have a higher rate of the change both in the usage of learning and information than boys over time. (c) There is a statistically significant individual variability in initial levels and rate of change in the usage of the game over time. (d) Boys have a higher rate of initial value than girls in the usage of games, but there is no significant difference in the rate of changing trajectories.

최근 인터넷 환경은 컴퓨터를 이용한 윈도우즈의 환경에서 핸드폰, PDA 등의 모바일 기기를 이용한 다양한 형태로 확산되고 있다. 이로 인해 시각, 청각 장애자나 컴퓨터 초보자도 쉽게 인터넷에 접근할 수 있는 웹 접근성 향상이 많은 분야에서 이루어지고 있다. 이 논문에서는 KADO-WAH 평가도구를 이용하여 교육 관련 기관의 홈페이지를 평가하고 이들 홈페이지의 웹 접근성 지침 준수 여부를 비교 분석한다. 이 논문에서는 교육 관련기관인 대도시 교육청 홈페이지와 부산시 교육청 산하 교육구청의 홈페이지, 그리고 부산시내의 여러 고등학교 홈페이지에 대하여 웹 접근성 지침 준수 여부를 평가하고 비교 분석한다. 그 결과 학부모나 교육 관련 이해 당사자 누구라도 쉽게 교육용 웹사이트에 접근하고 이용할 수 있게 하는데 이 연구의 목적이 있다.
