The Effect of Problem-Based Learning Education on the Dysfunction of Information in Elementary School (문제중심학습을 적용한 초등학교 정보 역기능 예방 교육의 효과)

  • This study is to examine the effects of problem-based learning on elementary school students' ability in coping with the dysfunction of information. In order to conduct research, prevention education for elementary school students using problem-based learning is designed and the designed teaching method is applied to an experimental group, but tradition teaching is conducted to a comparative group. Therefore, it is possible to understand the effects of problem-based learning on students' ability in coping with the dysfunction of information, ICT application ability and learning achievement. The study has a meaning to give correct understanding of the dysfunction of information and prevention consciousness, offering significant information to teachers for improving teaching methods for the dysfunction of prevention education.

  • 정보기술의 역기능을 줄이기 위한 가장 쉬운 접근 방법은 역기능 자체에 초점을 두어 해소할 수 있는 방안에 대해 대책을 세우는 것이라 하겠다. 이에 따라 그동안 법률적, 기술적, 윤리적 접근 방법으로 역기능을 해소하기 위한 노력이 이어져 왔으며, 그 가운데 가장 근본적인 해결 방법으로 윤리적인 접근의 시도인 정보윤리 교육의 실시를 확대하고 있는 상황이다. 그러나 역기능을 줄일 수 있는 또 하나의 방법이 바로 순기능의 강화이며, 본 논문에서는 정보기술의 순기능을 강화하여 역기능을 해소할 수 있는 방안에 대해 제안한다. 이러한 제안이 역기능을 줄이기 위한 노력과 더해진다면 바람직한 유비쿼터스 세상을 열어나가는 밑거름이 될 것이다.

  • 본 연구는 감독자의 정보제공과 판매원의 감독참가가 판매원의 역기능 행동에 영향을 미치는가를 관계마케팅 연구에서 발전된 개념인 신뢰도 개념을 도입하여 이론적으로 그리고 실증적으로 검토하여, 판매원의 감독자에 대한 신뢰도가 매개적 역할로 작용하고 있음을 탐색하였다. 즉, 정보제공과 감독참가는 판매원의 역기능 행동에 직접적으로 작용하여 부정적 영향을 미치는 것이 아니라 감독자에 대한 신뢰수준을 매개로 역기능 행동에 부정적 영향을 미침을 탐색하였다.

  • It has been to have not only good functions that make us convenient but also side effects that lead to a variety of social problems. Especially, on many statistical data shows the high percentage of adolescent exposed to such side effects. Therefore, it is important for teenagers who needs to build healthy personality to learn information ethics education. In this paper, we have compared and analyzed the existing information ethics education in information curriculum and information ethics education in revision curriculum of 2015. In order to educate the information ethics in the new curriculum, the education priorities of the adolescents according to the exposures of information dysfunction were suggested and the information dysfunctional areas were classified into educational categories. It is expected that information ethics education can be applied more effectively.

  • In spite of advantages to using internet, but there are many adverse effects. The most well-known negative effects include internet addiction, personal information infringement, copyright violation, spread of harmful information, cyber bullying, online fraud, hacking and virus distribution, and online prostitution. Until now, the government and public organization strived to prevent and reduce the negative effects but have faced limitations. In accordance with, one of the measures the solve the problems caused by internet is to strengthen the internet ethics education. This study aims to consider and analyze the negative effects of internet and provide measures to promote internet ethics education to prevent and reduce such effects.

  • Since IT technology grow rapidly, our ethic of consciousness has become big issue with adverse effect. Many scholar has discussed and tired to solve this problem, but it is still helpless to fix. Therefor in this paper, author will not suggest the solution, but will present model list of adverse effects and cases to prevent accidents. The model list of adverse effects, what author will present is about media addiction, harmful content, cyber-violence, right infringement, cyber terror and decision obstacle. This model list is made by primary and secondary survey. This model will show adverse effect of present day, but also will show future adverse effects that can be prevent. Through out this paper, this model list could use for education plan.

  • At present, our society is developing into the intelligent information society in the wave of the 4th industrial revolution, and this change will have the positive effect of innovating all industry fields. However, due to the duality of technology, there will be positive and negative effects. With intelligence, threats to cyber dysfunction such as hacking, terrorism, privacy infringement, and illegal content distribution will become more serious. Until now, the security system of the Internet has been a proactive security system, but in recent years, a proposal for a trust network, a preventive security system, has been introduced. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the possibility of resolving cyber dysfunction of intelligent information society about Bright Internet, one of trust network technologies. This study defines the cyber dysfunction of the intelligent information society and analyzes the perceptions of changes in the cyber dysfunction of the intelligent information society on the introduction of the five principles of the Bright Internet. The change of cyber dysfunction severity of the intelligent information society due to the introduction of the trust network is analyzed to reflect the technical and social demands. This work will guide the structure of the trust network and the direction of practical technological introduction and its influence.

  • Although Internet provides a lot of convenience such as easy accessibility, interactivity, concurrency, openness, subsequent dysfunction causes serious problems. Especially elementary school students are indiscriminately exposed to the problems, and thus information communication ethics education is needed for the students. This study conducted a survey with randomly selected 5th and 6th graders in Chungbuk area, and analyzed 'students' experience and perception related to information dysfunction' and 'their experience and perception related to information & communication ethics education at school'. In addition, for the detailed understanding of students' current status and accompanying instructional approach, an additional analysis was conducted to examine the existence of the difference according to students' gender and grade. As a result, significant differences were found according to students' gender and grade in their experience and perception related to the information dysfunction and information & communication ethics education. Considering such differences according to students' gender and grade, appropriate instructional approach needs to be prepared to satisfy students' needs for more effective information & communication ethics education.
