본 논문에서는 공급 사슬의 경쟁력을 결정하는 중요한 요소인 외부 환경에 대응하는 유연성과 외부 환경에 반응하는 신속성에 관하여 개념적 정의, 구체적 구성 및 운영, 다차원적 이해를 기본으로 두 개념의 통합 모델인 민첩성의 모형을 정립하고, 실현 방안 등에 관하여 기업 개체에서 출발하여 전체 공급 사슬로 확장하여 분석하고자 한다.

기업의 Network 보안은 회사의 관문 방화벽에만 의존하고 있어 보안정책의 집중으로 효율성이 저하되고 이를 우회할 경우 심각한 위험에 노출될 수 있다. 본 연구는 신속성, 보안강화 측면에서 Network보안 관리 모델을 제시하여 기업의 보안 수준을 강화하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 따라서 기업 비즈니스 환경 변화를 배경으로 관련 연구 결과 및 Trend에서 제시하는 이론(802.1x 사용자 인증, Virtual Backbone 등)을 조사하고 이를 바탕으로 보안 강화 측면에서의 기업의 Network 구조와 보안정책 관리모델을 제시하여 이를 실제 기업 Network에 적용하여 얻어진 효과를 검증한다.

This study explored the factors affecting the intention to use ChatGPT for adult men and women. The results are summarized and presented based on the hypothesis as follows. First, perceived ease of use had a positive effect on perceived usefulness. Second, information reliability did not have a significant effect on perceived usefulness. Third, information quickness had a positive effect on perceived usefulness. Fourth, perceived ease of use had a positive effect on user satisfaction. Fifth, perceived usefulness had a positive effect on user satisfaction. Sixth, information reliability did not have a significant effect on user satisfaction. Seventh, information quickness had a positive effect on user satisfaction. Eighth, user satisfaction had a positive effect on the intention to use.

다양한 분야에서 무선 인터넷 서비스의 가능성이 거론되고 있는 요즘, 무선 인터넷을 통한 의료 정보 서비스 또한 관심을 모으고 있다. 모바일 기기를 이용한 의료정보 시스템은 기존 Desktop PC가 가지는 이동성의 제한이라는 단점을 극복하여 이동이 빈번한 의료 정보 사용자에게 정보 이용의 편의성과 신속성을 제공할 것으로 기대된다. 그러나 무선인터넷을 기반으로 하는 모바일 기기는 지속적인 하드웨어의 발전에도 불구하고 정보 처리의 효율성, 무선 네트워크의 불안전성, 보안등의 문제가 지적되고 있다. 의료 정보는 환자의 지극히 개인적인 정보를 취급하는 것으로 환자, 관계 의료진 이외의 사람에게 노출되는 것은 위험스러운 일이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 의료 정보가 진료의 편의성과 신속성, 업무의 효율성을 위하여 모바일 시스템으로 진화하는 경우, 무선 인터넷의 특성에 의한 보안 위협에 노출되게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 모바일 원격 의료 정보 시스템을 구현하는 경우 발생할 수 있는 보안 위협에 대처할 수 있는 모바일 인증 시스템을 제안하고 구현하였다. 제안된 시스템은 모바일 원격 의료 정보 시스템의 환자 정보 보호를 위한 적절한 대안이 될 것으로 기대된다.

최근 정보화 산업이 고도화 되어 신속하고 다양한 통계정보에 대한 수요가 급증하고 있다. 그러나 기존 도로보수현황은 수기작성 및 e-Mail에 의한 자료 취합으로 집계의 신속성이 떨어지고, 자료 관리와 정보 제공을 위한 매체가 파일 및 책자로 국한되어 있어 효과적으로 활용되지 못하고 있다. 매년 발간하는 도로보수현황의 신속한 자료 취합, 통계자료의 시의성 확보 등 활용성 제고를 위해 도로보수현황 시스템 구축 연구를 진행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 도로보수현황의 자료 관리 체계 개선을 바탕으로 WEB 기반의 도로보수현황 시스템 구축에 대해 기술하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 인터넷 전자상거래에서의 고객별 정보를 저장하고 있는 에이전트를 이용하여 고객이 인터넷 쇼핑몰에 접속해서 LOGIN할 경우 전에 구매했던 정보를 데이터베이스에서 읽어와서 사용자가 자주 방문했던 매장을 LOGIN과 동시에 자동적으로 보여줌으로써 원하는 매장에 쉽게 들어갈 수 있도록 한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 CISA(고객 정보 저장 에이전트)는 고객이 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 물건을 구입할 경우 정보를 찾는 시간을 줄이고 대신 정보의 분석과 의사결정에 시간을 투여할 수 있게 함으로써 경제성, 신속성 및 편리성을 제공한다.

The recent development of the technology for wireless mobile computing and applied technology for location-based services has made it possible to support query processing faster than that in the past. However, some technological limitations on hardware and software still exist. The most critical aspects of query processing are accuracy and speed. For improving the accuracy, it is required that detailed information on the data involved in query processing be saved. In this case, the amount of information on the data increases, which decreases the speed. On the other hand, for increasing the speed, it is necessary to reduce the broadcast cycle, which enables rapid data acquisition as desired. In this case, because of insufficient index information, the listen time for the client increases, which may cause unnecessary energy consumption. Therefore, a trade-off occurs between the accuracy and speed. This paper proposes a hierarchical bitmap-based spatial index (HBI) as a solution for the aforementioned problems. HBI describes an object with 0 and 1 on the Hilbert curve map. It reduces the broadcast cycle by decreasing the index size on the basis of bit information and tree structure. Therefore, it is able to shorten the listen time and query processing time. In addition, HBI enables the detection of the locations of all the objects so that it is possible selectively listen to a broadcast. A performance evaluation of the proposed technique demonstrates that it is excellent.

In the era of global competition, international competitiveness depends greatly on the prompt provision of overseas information. In the field of Science and Technology, it is very important to catch the research or technical trends of advanced countries in time. In this paper, we explain the process of collecting, evaluating, and distributing KISTI's overseas S&T trend information service. We also explain a quality management system which evaluates the quality of the information without loosing promptness.

연구목적:기존의 예·경보 발령 체계와는 별도로 지역 특성 및 상황에 따라 기상 관련 긴급정보를 적시에 발령하여 사용자가 신속히 대응할 수 있는 정보를 신속하게 제공할 필요가 있다. 연구방법: 업무의 신속한 적용과 효율성을 위하여 기상청 기운용 중인 선진예보시스템과 종합통보시스템, 그리고 방재기상 포탈 시스템과 연동하여 발생하는 다양한 기상정보와 이로부터 발생된 기상특보문(10종), CBS발송문 등을 연동하고, 위험 기상현상에 관한 기상 긴급 판단 기준을 결정한다. 연구결과:긴급기상정보의 발령 주무부처인 기상청이 운용하는 선진예보시스템과 연동하여 기상긴급정보 전달시스템이 개발되었고 기상긴급정보 자동 생성을 위한 판단 모듈과 메시지 자동생성 기능이 구현됨. 결론:현재 기운용중인 시스템과 효율적으로 연동하여 기상긴급정보의 판단 기준을 제공하고 이를 효율적으로 자동 생성하여 기존의 중계망을 통하여 신속한 제공이 가능하게 되어 긴급한 기상 상황에 의한 재난 피해를 대폭 줄 일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

정부는 중소기업의 업무성과(업무처리의 신속성과 능력 향상, 정확한 자료관리, 고객 대응 능력 향상, 의사결정의 신속성)를 높이고자 하는 목표를 가지고 다양한 정보화사업을 시행하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 목적으로 2001년부터 산업자원부가 지원한 3만개 중소기업의 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) 시스템의 도입에 따른 업무성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 1022개의 설문응답을 회수하였다. 설문의 업무성과 응답이 5점 서열척도임을 고려하여 이에 적합한 ordered probit 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 모든 종속변수들과 유의한 관련성을 가지는 독립 변수는 사용용이성, 시스템 안정성, 정보의 정확성, 그리고 정보의 다양성으로 나타났다.
